Job 25

Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,അതിന്നു ശൂഹ്യനായ ബില്ദാദ് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Dominion and fear are with him, he makes peace in his high places.ആധിപത്യവും ഭയങ്കരത്വവും അവന്റെ പക്കൽ ഉണ്ടു; തന്റെ ഉന്നതസ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ അവൻ സമാധാനം പാലിക്കുന്നു.

Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom does not his light arise?അവന്റെ സൈന്യങ്ങൾക്കു സംഖ്യയുണ്ടോ? അവന്റെ പ്രകാശം ആർക്കു ഉദിക്കാതെയിരിക്കുന്നു?

How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?മർത്യൻ ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ എങ്ങനെ നീതിമാനാകും? സ്ത്രീ പ്രസവിച്ചവൻ എങ്ങനെ നിർമ്മലനാകും?

Behold even to the moon, and it shines not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.ചന്ദ്രന്നുപോലും ശോഭയില്ലല്ലോ; നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളും തൃക്കണ്ണിന്നു ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവയല്ല.

How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?പിന്നെ പുഴുവായിരിക്കുന്ന മർത്യനും കൃമിയായിരിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യനും എങ്ങനെ?

Job 26

But Job answered and said,അതിന്നു ഇയ്യോബ് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

How have you helped him that is without power? how save you the arm that has no strength?നീ ശക്തിയില്ലാത്തവന്നു എന്തു സഹായം ചെയ്തു? ബലമില്ലാത്ത ഭുജത്തെ എങ്ങനെ താങ്ങി?

How have you counselled him that has no wisdom? and how have you plentifully declared the thing as it is?ജ്ഞാനമില്ലാത്തവന്നു എന്താലോചന പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്തു? ജ്ഞാനം എത്ര ധാരാളം ഉപദേശിച്ചു?

To whom have you uttered words? and whose spirit came from you?ആരെയാകുന്നു നീ വാക്യം കേൾപ്പിച്ചതു? ആരുടെ ശ്വാസം നിന്നിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു;

Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.വെള്ളത്തിന്നും അതിലെ നിവാസികൾക്കും കീഴെ പ്രേതങ്ങൾ നൊന്തു നടുങ്ങുന്നു.

Hell is naked before him, and destruction has no covering.പാതാളം അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ തുറന്നുകിടക്കുന്നു; നരകം മറയില്ലാതെയിരിക്കുന്നു.

He stretches out the north over the empty place, and hangs the earth upon nothing.ഉത്തരദിക്കിനെ അവൻ ശൂന്യത്തിന്മേൽ വിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയെ നാസ്തിത്വത്തിന്മേൽ തൂക്കുന്നു.

He binds up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.അവൻ വെള്ളത്തെ മേഘങ്ങളിൽ കെട്ടിവെക്കുന്നു; അതു വഹിച്ചിട്ടു കാർമുകിൽ കീറിപ്പോകുന്നതുമില്ല.

He holds back the face of his throne, and spreads his cloud upon it.തന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ ദർശനം അവൻ മറെച്ചുവെക്കുന്നു; അതിന്മേൽ തന്റെ മേഘം വിരിക്കുന്നു.

He has compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.അവൻ വെളിച്ചത്തിന്റെയും ഇരുട്ടിന്റെയും അറ്റത്തോളം വെള്ളത്തിന്മേൽ ഒരു അതിർ വരെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.ആകാശത്തിന്റെ തൂണുകൾ കുലുങ്ങുന്നു; അവന്റെ തർജ്ജനത്താൽ അവ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകുന്നു.

He divides the sea with his power, and by his understanding he strikes through the proud.അവൻ തന്റെ ശക്തികൊണ്ടു സമുദ്രത്തെ ഇളക്കുന്നു; തന്റെ വിവേകംകൊണ്ടു രഹബിനെ തകർക്കുന്നു.

By his spirit he has garnished the heavens; his hand has formed the crooked serpent.അവന്റെ ശ്വാസത്താൽ ആകാശം ശോഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ കൈ വിദ്രുതസർപ്പത്തെ കുത്തിത്തുളെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?എന്നാൽ ഇവ അവന്റെ വഴികളുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളത്രേ; നാം അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു ഒരു മന്ദസ്വരമേ കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളു. അവന്റെ ബലത്തിന്റെ ഇടിമുഴക്കമോ ആർ ഗ്രഹിക്കും?

Job 27

Moreover Job continued his parable, and said,ഇയ്യോബ് തന്റെ സുഭാഷിതം തുടർന്നു ചൊല്ലിയതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

As God lives, who has taken away my judgment; and the Almighty, who has vexed my soul;എന്റെ ന്യായം നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞ ദൈവത്താണ, എനിക്കു മനോവ്യസനം വരുത്തിയ സർവ്വശക്തനാണ--

All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;എന്റെ പ്രാണൻ മുഴുവനും എന്നിലും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ശ്വാസം എന്റെ മൂക്കിലും ഉണ്ടല്ലോ--

My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.എന്റെ അധരം നീതികേടു സംസാരിക്കയില്ല; എന്റെ നാവു വ്യാജം ഉച്ചരിക്കയുമില്ല.

God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.നിങ്ങളുടെ വാദം ഞാൻ ഒരുനാളും സമ്മതിക്കയില്ല; മരിക്കുവോളം എന്റെ നിഷ്കളങ്കത്വം ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയുമില്ല.

My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.എന്റെ നീതി ഞാൻ വിടാതെ മുറുകെ പിടിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം എന്റെ നാളുകളിൽ ഒന്നിനെയും ആക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നില്ല.

Let mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that rises up against me as the unrighteous.എന്റെ ശത്രു ദുഷ്ടനെപ്പോലെയും എന്റെ എതിരാളി നീതികെട്ടവനെപ്പോലെയും ആകട്ടെ.

For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he has gained, when God takes away his soul?ദൈവം വഷളനെ ഛേദിച്ചു അവന്റെ പ്രാണനെ എടുത്തുകളഞ്ഞാൽ അവന്നു എന്തു പ്രത്യാശ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളു?

Will God hear his cry when trouble comes upon him?അവന്നു കഷ്ടത വരുമ്പോൾ ദൈവം അവന്റെ നിലവിളി കേൾക്കുമോ?

Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God?അവൻ സർവ്വശക്തനിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുമോ? എല്ലാകാലത്തും ദൈവത്തെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കുമോ?

I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal.ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കയ്യെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ഉപദേശിക്കും; സർവ്വശക്തന്റെ ആന്തരം ഞാൻ മറെച്ചുവെക്കയില്ല.

Behold, all you yourselves have seen it; why then are all of you thus altogether vain?നിങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരും അതു കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ വ്യർത്ഥബുദ്ധികളായിരിക്കുന്നതെന്തു?

This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty.ഇതു ദുർജ്ജനത്തിന്നു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പക്കലുള്ള ഓഹരിയും നിഷ്ഠൂരന്മാർ സർവ്വശക്തങ്കൽനിന്നു പ്രാപിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവും തന്നേ.

If his children be multiplied, it is for the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread.അവന്റെ മക്കൾ പെരുകിയാൽ അതു വാളിന്നായിട്ടത്രേ; അവന്റെ സന്തതി അപ്പം തിന്നു തൃപ്തരാകയില്ല.

Those that remain of him shall be buried in death: and his widows shall not weep.അവന്നു ശേഷിച്ചവർ മഹാമാരിയാൽ കുഴിയിൽ ആകും; അവന്റെ വിധവമാർ വിലപിക്കയുമില്ല.

Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay;അവൻ പൊടിപോലെ വെള്ളി സ്വരൂപിച്ചാലും മണ്ണുപോലെ വസ്ത്രം സമ്പാദിച്ചാലും

He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.അവൻ സമ്പാദിച്ചു എന്നേയുള്ളു; നീതിമാൻ അതു ഉടുക്കും; കുറ്റമില്ലാത്തവൻ വെള്ളി പങ്കിടും.

He builds his house as a moth, and as a booth that the keeper makes.ചെലന്തിയെപ്പോലെ അവൻ വീടുപണിയുന്നു; കാവൽക്കാരൻ മാടം കെട്ടുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

The rich man shall lie down, but he shall not be gathered: he opens his eyes, and he is not.അവൻ ധനവാനായി കിടക്കുന്നു; പിന്നെ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്കയില്ല; അവൻ കണ്ണു തുറക്കുന്നു; ഇല്ലാതെയാകുന്നു.

Terrors take hold on him as waters, a tempest steals him away in the night.വെള്ളംപോലെ ഭയം അവനെ പിടിക്കുന്നു; രാത്രിയിൽ കൊടുങ്കാറ്റു അവനെ കവർന്നു കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നു.

The east wind carries him away, and he departs: and as a storm hurls him out of his place.കിഴക്കൻ കാറ്റു അവനെ പിടിച്ചിട്ടു അവൻ പൊയ്പോകുന്നു. അവന്റെ സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നു അതു അവനെ പാറ്റിക്കളയുന്നു.

For God shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.ദൈവം ആദരിയാതെ അവനെ എയ്യുന്നു; തൃക്കയ്യിൽനിന്നു ചാടിപ്പോകുവാൻ അവൻ നോക്കുന്നു.

Men shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.മനുഷ്യർ അവന്റെ നേരെ കൈകൊട്ടും: അവന്റെ സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നു അവനെ വിരട്ടി പുറത്താക്കും.
