Psalms 46

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.ദൈവം നമ്മുടെ സങ്കേതവും ബലവും ആകുന്നു; കഷ്ടങ്ങളിൽ അവൻ ഏറ്റവും അടുത്ത തുണയായിരിക്കുന്നു.

Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;അതുകൊണ്ടു ഭൂമി മാറിപ്പോയാലും പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ കുലുങ്ങി സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യേ വീണാലും,

Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.അതിലെ വെള്ളം ഇരെച്ചു കലങ്ങിയാലും അതിന്റെ കോപംകൊണ്ടു പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ കുലുങ്ങിയാലും നാം ഭയപ്പെടുകയില്ല.

There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.ഒരു നദി ഉണ്ടു; അതിന്റെ തോടുകൾ ദൈവനഗരത്തെ, അത്യുന്നതന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനിവാസത്തെ തന്നേ, സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.ദൈവം അതിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഉണ്ടു; അതു കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകയില്ല; ദൈവം അതികാലത്തു തന്നേ അതിനെ സഹായിക്കും.

The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.ജാതികൾ ക്രുദ്ധിച്ചു; രാജ്യങ്ങൾ കുലുങ്ങി; അവൻ തന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾപ്പിച്ചു; ഭൂമി ഉരുകിപ്പോയി.

The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ നമ്മോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടു; യാക്കോബിന്റെ ദൈവം നമ്മുടെ ദുർഗ്ഗം ആകുന്നു. സേലാ.

Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he has made in the earth.വരുവിൻ യഹോവയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ നോക്കുവിൻ; അവൻ ഭൂമിയിൽ എത്ര ശൂന്യത വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു!

He makes wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaks the bow, and cuts the spear in two; he burns the chariot in the fire.അവൻ ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റംവരെയും യുദ്ധങ്ങളെ നിർത്തൽചെയ്യുന്നു; അവൻ വില്ലൊടിച്ചു കുന്തം മുറിച്ചു രഥങ്ങളെ തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയുന്നു.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.മിണ്ടാതിരുന്നു, ഞാൻ ദൈവമെന്നു അറിഞ്ഞു കൊൾവിൻ; ഞാൻ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഉന്നതൻ ആകും; ഞാൻ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഉന്നതൻ ആകും.

Psalms 47

O clap your hands, all you people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.സകലജാതികളുമായുള്ളോരേ, കൈകൊട്ടുവിൻ; ജയഘോഷത്തോടെ ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ആർക്കുവിൻ.

For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.അത്യുന്നതനായ യഹോവ ഭയങ്കരൻ; അവൻ സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കും മഹാരാജാവാകുന്നു.

He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.അവൻ ജാതികളെ നമ്മുടെ കീഴിലും വംശങ്ങളെ നമ്മുടെ കാൽകീഴിലും ആക്കുന്നു.

He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.അവൻ നമുക്കു നമ്മുടെ അവകാശത്തെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു തന്നു; താൻ സ്നേഹിച്ച യാക്കോബിന്റെ ശ്ളാഘ്യഭൂമിയെ തന്നേ.

God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.ദൈവം ജയഘോഷത്തോടും യഹോവ കാഹളനാദത്തോടും കൂടെ ആരോഹണം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.ദൈവത്തിന്നു സ്തുതി പാടുവിൻ, സ്തുതി പാടുവിൻ; നമ്മുടെ രാജാവിന്നു സ്തുതി പാടുവിൻ, സ്തുതി പാടുവിൻ.

For God is the King of all the earth: sing all of you praises with understanding.ദൈവം സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കും രാജാവാകുന്നു; ഒരു ചാതുര്യകീർത്തനം പാടുവിൻ.

God reigns over the heathen: God sits upon the throne of his holiness.ദൈവം ജാതികളെ ഭരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവം തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധസിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.വംശങ്ങളുടെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർ അബ്രാഹാമിൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ജനമായി ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടുന്നു; ഭൂമിയിലെ പരിചകൾ ദൈവത്തിന്നുള്ളവയല്ലോ; അവൻ ഏറ്റവും ഉന്നതനായിരിക്കുന്നു.

Psalms 48

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നഗരത്തിൽ, അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതത്തിൽ യഹോവ വലിയവനും അത്യന്തം സ്തുത്യനും ആകുന്നു.

Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.മഹാരാജാവിന്റെ നഗരമായി ഉത്തരഗിരിയായ സീയോൻ പർവ്വതം ഉയരംകൊണ്ടു മനോഹരവും സർവ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും ആനന്ദവുമാകുന്നു.

God is known in her palaces for a refuge.അതിന്റെ അരമനകളിൽ ദൈവം ഒരു ദുർഗ്ഗമായി വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.ഇതാ, രാജാക്കന്മാർ കൂട്ടം കൂടി; അവർ ഒന്നിച്ചു കടന്നുപോയി.

They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.അവർ അതു കണ്ടു അമ്പരന്നു, അവർ പരിഭ്രമിച്ചു ഓടിപ്പോയി.

Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.അവർക്കു അവിടെ വിറയൽ പിടിച്ചു; നോവു കിട്ടിയവൾക്കെന്നപോലെ വേദന പിടിച്ചു.

You break the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.നീ കിഴക്കൻ കാറ്റുകൊണ്ടു തർശീശ് കപ്പലുകളെ ഉടെച്ചുകളയുന്നു.

As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah.നാം കേട്ടതുപോലെ തന്നേ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയുടെ നഗരത്തിൽ, നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നഗരത്തിൽ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവം അതിനെ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും സ്ഥിരമാക്കുന്നു. സേലാ.

We have thought of your loving kindness, O God, in the midst of your temple.ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്റെ ദയയെക്കുറിച്ചു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു.

According to your name, O God, so is your praise unto the ends of the earth: your right hand is full of righteousness.ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ നാമംപോലെ തന്നേ നിന്റെ സ്തുതിയും ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളോളം എത്തുന്നു; നിന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ നീതി നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of your judgments.നിന്റെ ന്യായവിധികൾനിമിത്തം സീയോൻ പർവ്വതം സന്തോഷിക്കയും യെഹൂദാപുത്രിമാർ ആനന്ദിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof.സീയോനെ ചുറ്റിനടന്നു പ്രദക്ഷിണം ചെയ്‍വിൻ; അതിന്റെ ഗോപുരങ്ങളെ എണ്ണുവിൻ.

Mark all of you well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that all of you may tell it to the generation following.വരുവാനുള്ള തലമുറയോടു അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിന്റെ കൊത്തളങ്ങളെ സൂക്ഷിച്ചു അരമനകളെ നടന്നു നോക്കുവിൻ.

For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.ഈ ദൈവം എന്നും എന്നേക്കും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമാകുന്നു; അവൻ നമ്മെ ജീവപര്യന്തം വഴിനടത്തും.
