Numbers 12

And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.മോശെ ഒരു കൂശ്യസ്ത്രീയെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു കൂശ്യസ്ത്രീനിമിത്തം മിർയ്യാമും അഹരോനും അവന്നു വിരോധമായി സംസാരിച്ചു:

And they said, Has the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? has he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.യഹോവ മോശെ മുഖാന്തരം മാത്രമേ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളുവോ? ഞങ്ങൾ മുഖാന്തരവും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലയോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; യഹോവ അതു കേട്ടു.

(Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)മോശെ എന്ന പുരുഷനോ ഭൂതലത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സകലമനുഷ്യരിലും അതിസൌമ്യനായിരുന്നു.

And the LORD spoke suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out all of you three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.പെട്ടെന്നു യഹോവ മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും മിർയ്യാമിനോടും: നിങ്ങൾ മൂവരും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിങ്കൽ വരുവിൻ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു; അവർ മൂവരും ചെന്നു.

And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.യഹോവ മേഘസ്തംഭത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങി കൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ നിന്നു അഹരോനെയും മിർയ്യാമിനെയും വിളിച്ചു; അവർ ഇരുവരും അങ്ങോട്ടു ചെന്നു.

And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.പിന്നെ അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: എന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ കേൾപ്പിൻ; നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഒരു പ്രവാചകൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അവന്നു ദർശനത്തിൽ എന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ അവനോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്കയും ചെയ്യും.

My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.എന്റെ ദാസനായ മോശെയോ അങ്ങനെയല്ല; അവൻ എന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിൽ ഒക്കെയും വിശ്വസ്തൻ ആകുന്നു.

With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the embodiment of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were all of you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?അവനോടു ഞാൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നതു മറപൊരുളായിട്ടല്ല അഭിമുഖമായിട്ടും സ്പഷ്ടമായിട്ടും അത്രേ; അവൻ യഹോവയുടെ രൂപം കാണുകയും ചെയ്യും. അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കെ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ദാസനായ മോശെക്കു വിരോധമായി സംസാരിപ്പാൻ ശങ്കിക്കാഞ്ഞതു എന്തു?

And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.യഹോവയുടെ കോപം അവരുടെ നേരെ ജ്വലിച്ചു അവൻ മറഞ്ഞു.

And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.മേഘവും കൂടാരത്തിന്മേൽ നിന്നു നീങ്ങിപ്പോയി. മിർയ്യാം ഹിമംപോലെ വെളുത്തു കുഷ്ഠരോഗിണിയായി; അഹരോൻ മിർയ്യാമിനെ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അവൾ കുഷ്ടരോഗിണി എന്നു കണ്ടു.

And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I plead to you, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.അഹരോൻ മോശെയോടു: അയ്യോ യജമാനനേ, ഞങ്ങൾ ഭോഷത്വമായി ചെയ്തുപോയ ഈ പാപം ഞങ്ങളുടെമേൽ വെക്കരുതേ.

Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb.അമ്മയുടെ ഗർഭത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ മാംസം പകുതി അഴുകിയിരിക്കുന്ന ചാപിള്ളയെപ്പോലെ ഇവൾ ആകരുതേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I plead to you.അപ്പോൾ മോശെ യഹോവയോടു: ദൈവമേ, അവളെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കേണമേ എന്നു നിലവിളിച്ചു.

And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again.യഹോവ മോശെയോടു: അവളുടെ അപ്പൻ അവളുടെ മുഖത്തു തുപ്പിയെങ്കിൽ അവൾ ഏഴുദിവസം ലജ്ജിച്ചിരിക്കയില്ലയോ? അവളെ ഏഴു ദിവസത്തേക്കു പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തു അടെച്ചിടേണം; പിന്നത്തേതിൽ അവളെ ചേർത്തുകൊള്ളാം എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.ഇങ്ങനെ മിർയ്യാമിനെ ഏഴു ദിവസം പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തു ആക്കി അടെച്ചിട്ടു; അവളെ വീണ്ടും അംഗീകരിച്ചതുവരെ ജനം യാത്ര ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നു.

And afterward the people removed from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wilderness of Paran.അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ജനം ഹസേരോത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു പാരാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

Numbers 13

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Send you men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall all of you send a man, every one a ruler among them.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കു ഞാൻ കൊടുപ്പാനിരിക്കുന്ന കനാൻ ദേശം ഒറ്റുനോക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ആളുകളെ അയക്ക; അതതു ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു ഓരോ ആളെ അയക്കേണം; അവരെല്ലാവരും പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരായിരിക്കേണം.

And Moses by the commandment of the LORD sent them from the wilderness of Paran: all those men were heads of the children of Israel.അങ്ങനെ മോശെ യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനപ്രകാരം പാരാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു അവരെ അയച്ചു; ആ പുരുഷന്മാർ ഒക്കെയും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിൽ തലവന്മാർ ആയിരുന്നു.

And these were their names: of the tribe of Reuben, Shammua the son of Zaccur.അവരുടെ പേർ ആവിതു: രൂബേൻ ഗോത്രത്തിൽ സക്കൂറിന്റെ മകൻ ശമ്മൂവ.

Of the tribe of Simeon, Shaphat the son of Hori.ശിമേയോൻ ഗോത്രത്തിൽ ഹോരിയുടെ മകൻ ശഫാത്ത്.

Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.യെഹൂദാഗോത്രത്തിൽ യെഫുന്നയുടെ മകൻ കാലേബ്.

These are the names of the men which Moses sent to spy out the land. And Moses called Oshea the son of Nun Jehoshua.ദേശം ഒറ്റു നോക്കുവാൻ മോശെ അയച്ച പുരുഷന്മാരുടെ പേർ ഇവ തന്നേ. എന്നാൽ മോശെ നൂന്റെ മകനായ ഹോശേയെക്കു യോശുവ എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.

And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said unto them, Get you up this way southward, and go up into the mountain:മോശെ കനാൻ ദേശം ഒറ്റു നോക്കുവാൻ അവരെ അയച്ചു അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ ഈ വഴി തെക്കെ ദേശത്തു ചെന്നു മലയിൽ കയറി:

And see the land, what it is, and the people that dwells therein, whether they be strong or weak, few or many;ദേശം ഏതുവിധമുള്ളതു, അതിൽ കുടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ജനം ബലവാന്മാരോ ബലഹീനരോ, ചുരുക്കമോ അധികമോ;

And what the land is that they dwell in, whether it be good or bad; and what cities they be that they dwell in, whether in tents, or in strong holds;അവർ പാർക്കുന്ന ദേശം നല്ലതോ ആകാത്തതോ, അവർ വസിക്കുന്ന പട്ടണങ്ങൾ പാളയങ്ങളോ കോട്ടകളോ,

And what the land is, whether it be fat or lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be all of you of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of the first-fruits grapes.ദേശം പുഷ്ടിയുള്ളതോ പുഷ്ടിയില്ലാത്തതോ, അതിൽ വൃക്ഷം ഉണ്ടോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്നിങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയറിവിൻ; നിങ്ങൾ ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടു ദേശത്തിലെ ഫലങ്ങളും കൊണ്ടുവരുവിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അതു മുന്തിരിങ്ങ പഴുത്തുതുടങ്ങുന്ന കാലം ആയിരുന്നു.

So they went up, and searched the land from the wilderness of Zin unto Rehob, as men come to Hamath.അങ്ങനെ അവർ കയറിപ്പോയി, സീൻമരുഭൂമിമുതൽ ഹാമാത്തിന്നുപോകുന്ന വഴിയായി രഹോബ് വരെ ദേശത്തെ ശോധനചെയ്തു.

And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)അവർ തെക്കെ, ദേശത്തുകൂടി ചെന്നു ഹെബ്രോനിൽ എത്തി; അവിടെ അനാക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായ അഹീമാനും ശേശായിയും തൽമായിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഹെബ്രോൻ മിസ്രയീമിലെ സോവാരിന്നു ഏഴു സംവത്സരം മുമ്പെ പണിതതായിരുന്നു.

And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and they brought of the pomegranates, and of the figs.അവർ എസ്കോൽതാഴ്വരയോളം ചെന്നു അവിടെനിന്നു ഒരു മുന്തിരിവള്ളി കുലയോടെ പറിച്ചെടുത്തു ഒരു തണ്ടിന്മേൽ കെട്ടി രണ്ടുപേർകൂടി ചുമന്നു; അവർ മാതളപ്പഴവും അത്തിപ്പഴവും കൂടെ കൊണ്ടുപോന്നു.

The place was called the brook Eshcol, because of the cluster of grapes which the children of Israel cut down from thence.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ അവിടെനിന്നു മുറിച്ചെടുത്ത മുന്തിരിക്കുലനിമിത്തം ആ സ്ഥലത്തിന്നു എസ്കോൽതാഴ്വര എന്നു പേരായി.

And they returned from searching of the land after forty days.അവർ നാല്പതു ദിവസംകൊണ്ടു ദേശം ഒറ്റുനോക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു മടങ്ങിവന്നു.

And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land.അവർ യാത്രചെയ്തു പാറാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിലെ കാദേശിൽ മോശെയുടെയും അഹരോന്റെയും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സർവ്വസഭയുടെയും അടുക്കൽവന്നു അവരോടും സർവ്വസഭയോടും വർത്തമാനം അറിയിച്ചു; ദേശത്തിലെ ഫലങ്ങളും അവരെ കാണിച്ചു.

And they told him, and said, We came unto the land where you sent us, and surely it flows with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.അവർ അവനോടു വിവരിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ: നീ ഞങ്ങളെ അയച്ച ദേശത്തേക്കു ഞങ്ങൾ പോയി; അതു പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്ന ദേശം തന്നേ; അതിലെ ഫലങ്ങൾ ഇതാ.

Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.എങ്കിലും ദേശത്തു പാർക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങൾ ബലവാന്മാരും പട്ടണങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റവും ഉറപ്പും വലിപ്പവും ഉള്ളവയും ആകുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ അനാക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും അവിടെ കണ്ടു.

The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.അമാലേക്യർ തെക്കെ ദേശത്തു പാർക്കുന്നു; ഹിത്യരും യെബൂസ്യരും അമോർയ്യരും പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ പാർക്കുന്നു; കനാന്യർ കടൽക്കരയിലും യോർദ്ദാൻ നദീതീരത്തും പാർക്കുന്നു.

And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.എന്നാൽ കാലേബ് മോശെയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ജനത്തെ അമർത്തി: നാം ചെന്നു അതു കൈവശമാക്കുക; അതു ജയിപ്പാൻ നമുക്കു കഴിയും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.എങ്കിലും അവനോടുകൂടെ പോയിരുന്ന പുരുഷന്മാർ: ആ ജനത്തിന്റെ നേരെ ചെല്ലുവാൻ നമുക്കു കഴികയില്ല; അവർ നമ്മിലും ബലവാന്മാർ ആകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eats up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.തങ്ങൾ ഒറ്റു നോക്കിയ ദേശത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു അവർ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു ദുർവ്വർത്തമാനമായി പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞങ്ങൾ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു ഒറ്റുനോക്കിയ ദേശം നിവാസികളെ തിന്നുകളയുന്ന ദേശം ആകുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾ അവിടെ കണ്ട ജനം ഒക്കെയും അതികായന്മാർ;

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.അവിടെ ഞങ്ങൾ മല്ലന്മാരുടെ സന്തികളായ അനാക്യമല്ലന്മാരെയും കണ്ടു; ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നേ ഞങ്ങൾ വെട്ടുക്കിളികളെപ്പോലെ തോന്നി; അവരുടെ കാഴ്ചെക്കും ഞങ്ങൾ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ആയിരുന്നു.

Numbers 14

And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.അപ്പോൾ സഭയൊക്കെയും ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിച്ചു, ജനം ആ രാത്രി മുഴുവനും കരഞ്ഞു.

And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ എല്ലാവരും മോശെക്കും അഹരോന്നും വിരോധമായി പിറുപിറുത്തു; സഭ ഒക്കെയും അവരോടു: മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുവെച്ചു ഞങ്ങൾ മരിച്ചുപോയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ കൊള്ളായിരുന്നു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു ഞങ്ങൾ മരിച്ചുപോയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ കൊള്ളായിരുന്നു.

And wherefore has the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?വാളാൽ വീഴേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളെ ആ ദേശത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു? ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഭാര്യമാരും മക്കളും കൊള്ളയായ്പോകുമല്ലോ; മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകയല്ലയോ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു നല്ലതു? എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.നാം ഒരു തലവനെ നിശ്ചയിച്ചു മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോക എന്നും അവർ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.അപ്പോൾ മോശെയും അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേൽസഭയുടെ സർവ്വസംഘത്തിന്റെയും മുമ്പാകെ കവിണ്ണുവീണു.

And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:ദേശത്തെ ഒറ്റുനോക്കിയവരിൽ നൂന്റെ മകൻ യോശുവയും യെഫുന്നയുടെ മകൻ കാലേബും വസ്ത്രം കീറി,

And they spoke unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സർവ്വസഭയോടും പറഞ്ഞതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞങ്ങൾ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു ഒറ്റുനോക്കിയ ദേശം എത്രയും നല്ല ദേശം ആകുന്നു.

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which flows with milk and honey.യഹോവ നമ്മിൽ പ്രസാദിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ നമ്മെ പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്ന ആ ദേശത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു നമുക്കു അതു തരും.

Only rebel not all of you against the LORD, neither fear all of you the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.യഹോവയോടു നിങ്ങൾ മത്സരിക്കമാത്രം അരുതു; ആ ദേശത്തിലെ ജനത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടരുതു; അവർ നമുക്കു ഇരയാകുന്നു; അവരുടെ ശരണം പോയ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; നമ്മോടുകൂടെ യഹോവ ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു അവരെ ഭയപ്പെടരുതു.

But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.എന്നാറെ അവരെ കല്ലെറിയേണം എന്നു സഭയെല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിൽ എല്ലായിസ്രായേൽമക്കളും കാൺകെ പ്രത്യക്ഷമായി.

And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be before they believe me, for all the signs which I have showed among them?യഹോവ മോശെയോടു: ഈ ജനം എത്രത്തോളം എന്നെ നിരസിക്കും? ഞാൻ അവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അടയാളങ്ങളൊക്കെയും കണ്ടിട്ടും അവർ എത്രത്തോളം എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കാതിരിക്കും?

And Moses said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for you brought up this people in your might from among them;)മോശെ യഹോവയോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: എന്നാൽ മിസ്രയീമ്യർ അതു കേൾക്കും; നീ ഈ ജനത്തെ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു നിന്റെ ശക്തിയാൽ കൊണ്ടുപോന്നുവല്ലോ.

And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that you LORD are among this people, that you LORD are seen face to face, and that your cloud stands over them, and that you go before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night.അവർ അതു ഈ ദേശനിവാസികളോടും പറയും; യഹോവയായ നീ ഈ ജനത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഉണ്ടെന്നു അവർ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവയായ നിന്നെ ഇവർ കണ്ണാലേ കാണുകയും നിന്റെ മേഘം ഇവർക്കു മീതെ നില്ക്കുകയും പകൽ മേഘസ്തംഭത്തിലും രാത്രി അഗ്നിസ്തംഭത്തിലും നീ ഇവർക്കു മുമ്പായി നടക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവല്ലോ.

Now if you shall kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of you will speak, saying,നീ ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ ജനത്തെ ഒക്കെയും ഒരു ഒറ്റമനുഷ്യനെപ്പോലെ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞാൽ നിന്റെ കീർത്തി കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതികൾ:

Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he swore unto them, therefore he has slain them in the wilderness.ഈ ജനത്തോടു സത്യം ചെയ്ത ദേശത്തേക്കു അവരെ കൊണ്ടു പോകുവാൻ യഹോവെക്കു കഴിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു അവൻ അവരെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു കൊന്നു കളഞ്ഞു എന്നു പറയും.

And now, I plead to you, let the power of my LORD be great, according as you have spoken, saying,യഹോവ ദീർഘക്ഷമയും മഹാദയയും ഉള്ളവൻ; അകൃത്യവും ലംഘനവും ക്ഷമിക്കുന്നവൻ; കുറ്റക്കാരനെ വെറുതെ വിടാതെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ അകൃത്യം മൂന്നാമത്തെയും നാലാമത്തെയും തലമുറയോളം മക്കളുടെ മേൽ സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നവൻ

The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.എന്നിങ്ങനെ നീ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുപോലെ കർത്താവേ, ഇപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ ശക്തി വലുതായിരിക്കേണമേ.

Pardon, I plead to you, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of your mercy, and as you have forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.നിന്റെ മഹാദയെക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം മിസ്രയീംമുതൽ ഇവിടംവരെ ഈ ജനത്തോടു നീ ക്ഷമിച്ചുവന്നതുപോലെ ഈ ജനത്തിന്റെ അകൃത്യം ക്ഷമിക്കേണമേ.

And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to your word:അതിന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: നിന്റെ അപേക്ഷപ്രകാരം ഞാൻ ക്ഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.എങ്കിലും എന്നാണ, ഭൂമിയെല്ലാം യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സുകൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കും.

Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;എന്റെ തേജസ്സും മിസ്രയീമിലും മരുഭൂമിയിലുംവെച്ചു ഞാൻ ചെയ്ത അടയാളങ്ങളും കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ള പുരുഷന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും ഇപ്പോൾ പത്തു പ്രാവശ്യം എന്നെ പരീക്ഷിക്കയും എന്റെ വാക്കു കൂട്ടാക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു

(Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley.) Tomorrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.എന്നാൽ അമാലേക്യരും കനാന്യരും താഴ്വരയിൽ പാർക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾ നാളെ ചെങ്കടലിങ്കലേക്കുള്ള വഴിയായി മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകുവിൻ.

And the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.ഈ ദുഷ്ടസഭ എത്രത്തോളം എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി പിറുപിറുക്കും? യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി പിറുപിറുക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

Doubtless all of you shall not come into the land, concerning which I swore to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.എന്റെ നേരെ പിറുപിറുത്തവരായ നിങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിൽ ആരും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ പാർപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു സത്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ദേശത്തു കടക്കയില്ല.

And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcasses be wasted in the wilderness.നിങ്ങളുടെ ശവം മരുഭൂമിയിൽ ഒടുങ്ങുംവരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കൾ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ നാല്പതു സംവത്സരം ഇടയരായി സഞ്ചരിച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ പാതിവ്രത്യഭംഗം വഹിക്കും;

After the number of the days in which all of you searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall all of you bear your iniquities, even forty years, and all of you shall know my breach of promise.ദേശം ഒറ്റുനോക്കിയ നാല്പതു ദിവസത്തിന്റെ എണ്ണത്തിന്നൊത്തവണ്ണം, ഒരു ദിവസത്തിന്നു ഒരു സംവത്സരം വീതം, നാല്പതു സംവത്സരം നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾ വഹിച്ചു എന്റെ അകല്ച അറിയും.

I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി കൂട്ടംകൂടിയ ഈ ദുഷ്ടസഭയോടു ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യും: ഈ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ അവർ ഒടുങ്ങും; ഇവിടെ അവർ മരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

And Moses told these sayings unto all the children of Israel: and the people mourned greatly.പിന്നെ മോശെ ഈ വാക്കുകൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടൊക്കെയും പറഞ്ഞു; ജനം ഏറ്റവും ദുഃഖിച്ചു.

And they rose up early in the morning, and got them up into the top of the mountain, saying, Lo, we be here, and will go up unto the place which the LORD has promised: for we have sinned.പിറ്റേന്നു അവർ അതികാലത്തു എഴുന്നേറ്റു: ഇതാ, യഹോവ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ചൊല്ലിയിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തേക്കു ഞങ്ങൾ കയറിപ്പോകുന്നു: ഞങ്ങൾ പാപം ചെയ്തുപോയി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു മലമുകളിൽ കയറി.

And Moses said, Wherefore now do all of you transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.അപ്പോൾ മോശെ: നിങ്ങൾ എന്തിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ കല്പന ലംഘിക്കുന്നു? അതു സാദ്ധ്യമാകയില്ല.

Go not up, for the LORD is not among you; that all of you be not smitten before your enemies.ശത്രുക്കളാൽ തോൽക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ കയറരുതു; യഹോവ നിങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഇല്ല.

For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are there before you, and all of you shall fall by the sword: because all of you are turned away from the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you.അമാലേക്യരും കനാന്യരും അവിടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ ഉണ്ടു; നിങ്ങൾ വാളാൽ വീഴും; നിങ്ങൾ യഹോവയെ വിട്ടു പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു യഹോവ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കയില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and Moses, departed not out of the camp.എന്നിട്ടും അവർ ധാർഷ്ട്യം പൂണ്ടു മലമുകളിൽ കയറി; യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകവും മോശെയും പാളയത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടില്ലതാനും.

Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and stroke them, and humiliated them, even unto Hormah.എന്നാറെ മലയിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്ന അമാലേക്യരും കനാന്യരും ഇറങ്ങിവന്നു അവരെ തോല്പിച്ചു ഹോർമ്മാവരെ അവരെ ഛിന്നിച്ചു ഓടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

Numbers 15

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you be come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ നിവാസദേശത്തു നിങ്ങൾ ചെന്നിട്ടു

And will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd or of the flock:ഒരു നേർച്ച നിവർത്തിപ്പാനോ സ്വമേധാദാനമായിട്ടോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്സവങ്ങളിലോ യഹോവെക്കു മാടിനെയാകട്ടെ ആടിനെയാകട്ടെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടെങ്കിലും ഹനനയാഗമായിട്ടെങ്കിലും യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയാകുമാറു ഒരു ദഹനയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ

Then shall he that offers his offering unto the LORD bring a food offering of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of oil.യഹോവെക്കു വഴിപാടു കഴിക്കുന്നവൻ കാൽഹീൻ എണ്ണ ചേർത്ത ഒരിടങ്ങഴി മാവു ഭോജനയാഗമായി കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

And the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering shall you prepare with the burnt offering or sacrifice, for one lamb.ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നും ഹനനയാഗത്തിന്നും പാനീയയാഗമായി നീ ആടൊന്നിന്നു കാൽഹീൻ വീഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a food offering two tenth deals of flour mingled with the third part of an hin of oil.ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനായാൽ ഹീനിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു എണ്ണ ചേർത്ത രണ്ടിടങ്ങഴി മാവു ഭോജനയാഗമായി കൊണ്ടു വരേണം.

And for a drink offering you shall offer the third part of an hin of wine, for a sweet savour unto the LORD.അതിന്റെ പാനീയയാഗത്തിന്നു ഹീനിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു വീഞ്ഞും യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

And when you prepare a bullock for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice in performing a vow, or peace offerings unto the LORD:നേർച്ച നിവർത്തിപ്പാനോ യഹോവെക്കു സമാധാനയാഗം കഴിപ്പാനോ ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നാകട്ടെ ഹനനയാഗത്തിന്നാകട്ടെ ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെ കൊണ്ടുവരുമ്പോൾ

Then shall he bring with a bullock a food offering of three tenth deals of flour mingled with half an hin of oil.കിടാവിനോടുകൂടെ അരഹീൻ എണ്ണ ചേർത്ത മൂന്നിടങ്ങഴി മാവു ഭോജനയാഗമായിട്ടു അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

And you shall bring for a drink offering half an hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.അതിന്റെ പാനീയയാഗമായി അരഹീൻ വീഞ്ഞു യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ദഹനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

Thus shall it be done for one bullock, or for one ram, or for a lamb, or a kid.കാളക്കിടാവു, ആട്ടുകൊറ്റൻ, കുഞ്ഞാടു, കോലാട്ടിൻ കുട്ടി എന്നിവയിൽ ഓരോന്നിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ വേണം.

According to the number that all of you shall prepare, so shall all of you do to every one according to their number.നിങ്ങൾ അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന യാഗമൃഗങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിന്നും ഒത്തവണ്ണം ഓരോന്നിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ വേണം.

All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.സ്വദേശിയായവനൊക്കെയും യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ദഹനയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതെല്ലാം ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കേണം.

And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as all of you do, so he shall do.നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ സ്ഥിരവാസം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരുത്തനോ യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ദഹനയാഗം കഴിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുംവണ്ണം തന്നേ അവനും അനുഷ്ഠിക്കേണം.

One ordinance shall be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as all of you are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.നിങ്ങൾക്കാകട്ടെ വന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിക്കാകട്ടെ സർവ്വസഭെക്കും തലമുറതലമുറയായി എന്നേക്കും ഒരു ചട്ടം തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം; യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ പരദേശി നിങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ തന്നേ ഇരിക്കേണം.

One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you.നിങ്ങൾക്കും വന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിക്കും പ്രമാണവും നിയമവും ഒന്നുതന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

¹⁷

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When all of you come into the land where I bring you,യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിങ്ങൾ എത്തിയശേഷം

Then it shall be, that, when all of you eat of the bread of the land, all of you shall offer up an heave offering unto the LORD.ദേശത്തിലെ ആഹാരം ഭക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ യഹോവെക്കു ഉദർച്ചാർപ്പണം കഴിക്കേണം.

All of you shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for an heave offering: as all of you do the heave offering of the threshing floor, so shall all of you heave it.ആദ്യത്തെ തരിമാവുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വട ഉദർച്ചാർപ്പണമായി കഴിക്കേണം; മെതിക്കളത്തിന്റെ ഉദർച്ചാർപ്പണംപോലെ തന്നേ അതു ഉദർച്ച ചെയ്യേണം.

Of the first of your dough all of you shall give unto the LORD an heave offering in your generations.ഇങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ തലമുറതലമുറയായി ആദ്യത്തെ തരിമാവുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവെക്കു ഉദർച്ചാർപ്പണം കഴിക്കേണം.

And if all of you have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD has spoken unto Moses,യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ച ഈ സകലകല്പനകളിലും

Even all that the LORD has commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations;യാതൊന്നെങ്കിലും യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ച നാൾമുതൽ തലമുറതലമുറയായി യഹോവ മോശെമുഖാന്തരം നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ച സകലത്തിലും യാതൊന്നെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണിക്കാതെ തെറ്റു ചെയ്താൽ,

Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his food offering, and his drink offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.അറിയാതെ കണ്ടു അബദ്ധവശാൽ സഭ വല്ലതും ചെയ്തുപോയാൽ സഭയെല്ലാം കൂടെ ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നായി ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെയും പാപയാഗത്തിന്നായി ഒരു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും ചട്ടപ്രകാരം അതിന്നുള്ള ഭോജനയാഗത്തോടും പാനീയയാഗത്തോടുംകൂടെ യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their ignorance:ഇങ്ങനെ പുരോഹിതൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സർവ്വസഭെക്കും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; എന്നാൽ അതു അവരോടു ക്ഷമിക്കപ്പെടും; അതു അബദ്ധവശാൽ സംഭവിക്കയും അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ അബദ്ധത്തിന്നായിട്ടു യഹോവെക്കു ദഹനയാഗമായി തങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടും പാപയാഗവും യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ അർപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്തുവല്ലോ.

And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourns among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.എന്നാൽ അതു യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സർവ്വസഭയോടും അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ വന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയോടും ക്ഷമിക്കപ്പെടും; തെറ്റു സർവ്വജനത്തിന്നുമുള്ളതായിരുന്നുവല്ലോ.

And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering.ഒരാൾ അബദ്ധവശാൽ പാപം ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ തനിക്കുവേണ്ടി പാപയാഗത്തിന്നായി ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഒരു പെൺകോലാട്ടിനെ അർപ്പിക്കണം.

And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sins ignorantly, when he sins by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.അബദ്ധവശാൽ പാപം ചെയ്തവന്നു പാപപരിഹാരം വരുത്തുവാൻ പുരോഹിതൻ അവന്നുവേണ്ടി യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തകർമ്മം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കേണം; എന്നാൽ അതു അവനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കപ്പെടും.

All of you shall have one law for him that sins through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourns among them.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽ അബദ്ധവശാൽ പാപം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ സ്വദേശിയോ വന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയോ ആയാലും പ്രമാണം ഒന്നുതന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

³⁰

But the soul that does ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproaches the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.എന്നാൽ സ്വദേശികളിലോ പരദേശികളിലോ ആരെങ്കിലും കരുതിക്കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ യഹോവയെ ദുഷിക്കുന്നു; അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിൽ നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

³¹

Because he has despised the word of the LORD, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.അവൻ യഹോവയുടെ വചനം ധിക്കരിച്ചു അവന്റെ കല്പന ലംഘിച്ചു; അവനെ നിർമ്മൂലമാക്കിക്കളയേണം; അവന്റെ അകൃത്യം അവന്റെമേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ശബ്ബത്ത് നാളിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ വിറകു പെറുക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു.

And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.അവൻ വിറകു പെറുക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടവർ അവനെ മോശെയുടെയും അഹരോന്റെയും സർവ്വസഭയുടെയും അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

³⁴

And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.അവനോടു ചെയ്യേണ്ടതു ഇന്നതെന്നു വിധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു അവർ അവനെ തടവിൽ വെച്ചു.

³⁵

And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.പിന്നെ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു: ആ മരുഷ്യൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; സർവ്വസഭയും പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തുവെച്ചു അവനെ കല്ലെറിയേണം എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

³⁶

And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses.യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ സർവ്വസഭയും അവനെ പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തുകൊണ്ടുപോയി കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞുകൊന്നു.

³⁷

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a thread of blue:നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ: അവർ തലമുറതലമുറയായി വസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ കോൺതലെക്കു പൊടിപ്പു ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും കോൺതലെക്കലെ പൊടിപ്പിൽ നീലച്ചരടു കെട്ടുകയും വേണം.

³⁹

And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that all of you may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that all of you seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which all of you use to go a whoring:നിങ്ങൾ യഹോവയുടെ സകലകല്പനകളും ഓർത്തു അനുസരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തഹൃദയത്തിന്നും സ്വന്തകണ്ണിന്നും തോന്നിയവണ്ണം പരസംഗമായി നടക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ആ പൊടിപ്പു ജ്ഞാപകം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

That all of you may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ സകല കല്പനകളും ഓർത്തു അനുസരിച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു വിശുദ്ധരായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.

I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ തന്നേ.
