Psalms 97

The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.യഹോവ വാഴുന്നു; ഭൂമി ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ; ബഹുദ്വീപുകളും സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ.

Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.മേഘവും അന്ധകാരവും അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നീതിയും ന്യായവും അവന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാകുന്നു.

A fire goes before him, and burns up his enemies round about.തീ അവന്നു മുമ്പായി പോകുന്നു; ചുറ്റുമുള്ള അവന്റെ വൈരികളെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.അവന്റെ മിന്നലുകൾ ഭൂതലത്തെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി കണ്ടു വിറെക്കുന്നു.

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ, സർവ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും കർത്താവിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ, പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ മെഴുകുപോലെ ഉരുകുന്നു.

The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.ആകാശം അവന്റെ നീതിയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; സകലജാതികളും അവന്റെ മഹത്വത്തെ കാണുന്നു.

Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all you gods.കാഹളങ്ങളോടും തൂർയ്യനാദത്തോടുംകൂടെ രാജാവായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ഘോഷിപ്പിൻ!

Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of your judgments, O LORD.സീയോൻ കേട്ടു സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ന്യായവിധികൾ ഹേതുവായി യെഹൂദാപുത്രിമാർ ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.

For you, LORD, are high above all the earth: you are exalted far above all gods.യഹോവേ, നീ സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കും മീതെ അത്യുന്നതൻ, സകലദേവന്മാർക്കും മീതെ ഉയർന്നവൻ തന്നേ.

All of you that love the LORD, hate evil: he perserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.യഹോവയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവരേ, ദോഷത്തെ വെറുപ്പിൻ; അവൻ തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ പ്രാണങ്ങളെ കാക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു അവരെ വിടുവിക്കുന്നു.

Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.നീതിമാന്നു പ്രകാശവും പരമാർത്ഥഹൃദയമുള്ളവർക്കു സന്തോഷവും ഉദിക്കും.

Rejoice in the LORD, all of you righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.നീതിമാന്മാരേ, യഹോവയിൽ സന്തോഷിപ്പിൻ; അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്‍വിൻ.

Psalms 98

O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he has done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, has got him the victory.യഹോവെക്കു ഒരു പുതിയ പാട്ടു പാടുവിൻ; അവൻ അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യും അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധഭുജവും അവന്നു ജയം നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

The LORD has made known his salvation: his righteousness has he openly showed in the sight of the heathen.യഹോവ തന്റെ രക്ഷയെ അറിയിച്ചും ജാതികൾ കാൺകെ തന്റെ നീതിയെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

He has remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.അവൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്നു തന്റെ ദയയും വിശ്വസ്തതയും ഓർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയുടെ അറുതികളൊക്കെയും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.സകല ഭൂവാസികളുമായുള്ളോരേ, യഹോവെക്കു ആർപ്പിടുവിൻ; പൊട്ടിഘോഷിച്ചു കീർത്തനം ചെയ്‍വിൻ.

Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.കിന്നരത്തോടെ യഹോവെക്കു കീർത്തനം ചെയ്‍വിൻ; കിന്നരത്തോടും സംഗീതസ്വരത്തോടും കൂടെ തന്നേ.

With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.കാഹളങ്ങളോടും തൂർയ്യനാദത്തോടുംകൂടെ രാജാവായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ഘോഷിപ്പിൻ!

Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.സമുദ്രവും അതിന്റെ നിറെവും ഭൂതലവും അതിൽ വസിക്കുന്നവരും മുഴങ്ങട്ടെ.

Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful togetherപ്രവാഹങ്ങൾ കൈകൊട്ടട്ടെ; പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ ഒരുപോലെ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ഉല്ലസിച്ചു ഘോഷിക്കട്ടെ.

Before the LORD; for he comes to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.അവൻ ഭൂമിയെ വിധിപ്പാൻ വരുന്നു; ഭൂലോകത്തെ നീതിയോടും ജാതികളെ നേരോടുംകൂടെ വിധിക്കും.

Psalms 99

The LORD reigns; let the people tremble: he sits between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.യഹോവ വാഴുന്നു; ജാതികൾ വിറെക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ കെരൂബുകളുടെ മീതെ വസിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി കുലുങ്ങട്ടെ.

The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.യഹോവ സീയോനിൽ വലിയവനും സകലജാതികൾക്കും മീതെ ഉന്നതനും ആകുന്നു.

Let them praise your great and terrible name; for it is holy.അവൻ പരിശുദ്ധൻ എന്നിങ്ങനെ അവർ നിന്റെ മഹത്തും ഭയങ്കരവുമായ നാമത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കട്ടെ.

The king's strength also loves judgment; you do establish equity, you execute judgment and righteousness in Jacob.ന്യായതല്പരനായ രാജാവിന്റെ ബലത്തെ നീ നേരോടെ സ്ഥിരമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. നീ യാക്കോബിൽ നീതിയും ന്യായവും നടത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

Exalt all of you the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ പുകഴ്ത്തുവിൻ; അവന്റെ പാദപീഠത്തിങ്കൽ നമസ്കരിപ്പിൻ; അവൻ പരിശുദ്ധൻ ആകുന്നു.

Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.അവന്റെ പുരോഹിതന്മാരിൽ മോശെയും അഹരോനും, അവന്റെ നാമത്തെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവരിൽ ശമൂവേലും; ഇവർ യഹോവയോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; അവൻ അവർക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളി.

He spoke unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.മേഘസ്തംഭത്തിൽനിന്നു അവൻ അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു; അവർ അവന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും അവൻ കൊടുത്ത ചട്ടവും പ്രമാണിച്ചു.

You answered them, O LORD our God: you were a God that forgave them, though you took vengeance of their inventions.ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, നീ അവർക്കുത്തരമരുളി; നീ അവർക്കു ക്ഷമ കാണിക്കുന്ന ദൈവവും അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കു പ്രതികാരകനും ആയിരുന്നു.

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ പുകഴ്ത്തുവിൻ; അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതത്തിൽ നമസ്കരിപ്പിൻ; നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ പരിശുദ്ധനല്ലോ.
