The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ അമ്മോന്യരുടെ നേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ചു അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ചു അമ്മോന്യരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:

And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Because you said, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ; യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം അശുദ്ധമായ്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ നീ അതിനെയും, യിസ്രായേൽദേശം ശൂന്യമായ്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ അതിനെയും, യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോയപ്പോൾ അവരെയും ചൊല്ലി നന്നായി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു

Behold, therefore I will deliver you to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in you, and make their dwellings in you: they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk.ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കിഴക്കുള്ളവർക്കു കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും; അവർ നിങ്കൽ പാളയമടിച്ചു, നിവാസങ്ങളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും; അവർ നിന്റെ ഫലം തിന്നുകയും നിന്റെ പാൽ കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and all of you shall know that I am the LORD.ഞാൻ രബ്ബയെ ഒട്ടകങ്ങൾക്കു കിടപ്പിടവും അമ്മോന്യരെ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടങ്ങൾക്കു താവളവും ആക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

For thus says the Lord GOD; Because you have clapped yours hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all your despite against the land of Israel;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യിസ്രായേൽ ദേശത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു നീ കൈകൊട്ടി കാൽകൊണ്ടു ചവിട്ടി സർവ്വനിന്ദയോടുംകൂടെ ഹൃദയപൂർവ്വം സന്തോഷിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു,

Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon you, and will deliver you for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut you off from the people, and I will cause you to perish out of the countries: I will destroy you; and you shall know that I am the LORD.ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി നിന്നെ ജാതികൾക്കു കവർച്ചയായി കൊടുക്കും; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വംശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചു ദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു മുടിച്ചു നശപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നീ അറിയും.

Thus says the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം സകല ജാതികളെയുംപോലെയത്രേ എന്നു മോവാബും സേയീരും പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു,

Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Bethjeshimoth, Baalmeon, and Kiriathaim,ഞാൻ മോവാബിന്റെ പാർശ്വത്തെ അതിന്റെ അതൃത്തികളിലുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളായി ദേശത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വമായ ബേത്ത്-യെശീമോത്ത്, ബാൽ-മെയോൻ, കീർയ്യഥയീം എന്നീ പട്ടണങ്ങൾമുതൽ തുറന്നുവെച്ചു

Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.അവയെ അമ്മോന്യർ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഓർക്കപ്പെടാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അമ്മോന്യരോടുകൂടെ കഴിക്കുള്ളവർക്കു കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും.

And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ മോവാബിൽ ന്യായവിധി നടത്തും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.

Thus says the Lord GOD; Because that Edom has dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഏദോം യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടു പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്തു പകരം വീട്ടി ഏറ്റവും കുറ്റം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; ഞാൻ ഏദോമിന്റേ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി അതിൽനിന്നു മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗത്തെയും ഛേദിച്ചു അതിനെ ശൂന്യമാക്കിക്കളയും; തേമാൻ മുതൽ ദേദാൻ വരെ അവർ വാളിനാൽ വീഴും.

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, says the Lord GOD.ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേൽമുഖാന്തരം എദോമിനോടു പ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; അവർ എന്റെ കോപത്തിന്നും എന്റെ ക്രോധത്തിന്നും തക്കവണ്ണം എദോമിനോടു ചെയ്യും; അപ്പോൾ അവർ എന്റെ പ്രതികാരം അറിയും എന്നു യഹേഅവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Thus says the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഫെലിസ്ത്യർ പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്തു പൂർവ്വദ്വേഷത്തോടും നാശം വരുത്തുവാൻ നിന്ദാഹൃദയത്തോടും കൂടെ പകരം വീട്ടിയിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി ക്രേത്യരെ സംഹരിച്ചു കടൽക്കരയിൽ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും.

And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.ഞാൻ ക്രോധശിക്ഷകളോടുകൂടെ അവരോടു മഹാപ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; ഞാൻ പ്രതികാരം അവരോടു നടത്തുമ്പോൾ, ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.

Ezekiel 26

1
And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,പതിനൊന്നാം ആണ്ടു ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Son of man, because that Tyrus has said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste:മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യെരൂശലേമിനെക്കുറിച്ചു: നന്നായി, ജാതികളുടെ വാതിലായിരുന്നവൾ തകർന്നുപോയി; അവർ എങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൾ ശൂന്യമായ്തീർന്നിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിറയും എന്നു സോർ പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against you, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against you, as the sea causes his waves to come up.യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സോരേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു; സമുദ്രം തന്റെ തിരകളെ കയറിവരുമാറാക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാൻ അനേകം ജാതികളെ നിന്റെ നേരെ പുറപ്പെട്ടുവരുമാറാക്കും.

And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and make her like the top of a rock.അവർ സോരിന്റെ മതിലുകളെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു, അതിന്റെ ഗോപുരങ്ങളെ ഇടിച്ചുകളയും; ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ പൊടി അടിച്ചുവാരിക്കളഞ്ഞു അതിനെ വെറും പാറയാക്കും.

It shall be a place for the spreading of nets in the midst of the sea: for I have spoken it, says the Lord GOD: and it shall become a spoil to the nations.അതു സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽ വലവിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നുള്ള സ്ഥലമായ്തീരും; ഞാൻ അതു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു; അതു ജാതികൾക്കു കവർച്ചയായ്തീരും.

And her daughters which are in the field shall be slain by the sword; and they shall know that I am the LORD.നാട്ടുപുറത്തുള്ള അതിന്റെ പുത്രിമാരെ വാൾകൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.

For thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much people.യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ വടക്കുനിന്നു രാജാധിരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ എന്ന ബാബേൽരാജാവിനെ കുതിരകളോടും രഥങ്ങളോടും കുതിരച്ചേവകരോടും ജനസമൂഹത്തോടും വളരെ പടജ്ജനത്തോടും കൂടെ സോരിന്നുനേരെ വരുത്തും.

He shall slay with the sword your daughters in the field: and he shall make a fort against you, and cast a mount against you, and lift up the buckler against you.അവൻ നാട്ടുപുറത്തുള്ള നിന്റെ പുത്രിമാരെ വാൾകൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലും; അവൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ കൊത്തളം പണിതു വാടകോരി നിന്റെ നേരെ ഒരു മറ നിർത്തും.

And he shall set engines of war against your walls, and with his axes he shall break down your towers.അവൻ നിന്റെ മതിലുകളുടെ നേരെ യന്ത്രമുട്ടികളെ വെച്ചു കോടാലികൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ ഗോപുരങ്ങളെ തകർത്തുകളയും.

By reason of the abundance of his horses their dust shall cover you: your walls shall shake at the noise of the horsemen, and of the wheels, and of the chariots, when he shall enter into your gates, as men enter into a city wherein is made a breach.അവന്റെ കുതിരകളുടെ പെരുപ്പംകൊണ്ടു കിളരുന്ന പൊടി നിന്നെ മൂടും; മതിൽ ഇടിഞ്ഞുകിടക്കുന്ന പട്ടണത്തിലേക്കു കടക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവൻ നിന്റെ ഗോപുരങ്ങളിൽകൂടി കടക്കുമ്പോൾ കുതിരച്ചേവകരുടെയും ചക്രങ്ങളുടെയും രഥങ്ങളുടെയും മുഴക്കംകൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ മതിലുകൾ കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകും.

With the hoofs of his horses shall he tread down all your streets: he shall slay your people by the sword, and your strong garrisons shall go down to the ground.തന്റെ കുതിരകളുടെ കുളമ്പുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ നിന്റെ സകലവീഥികളെയും മെതിച്ചുകളയും; നിന്റെ ജനത്തെ അവൻ വാൾകൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലും; നിന്റെ ബലമുള്ള തൂണുകൾ നിലത്തു വീണുകിടക്കും.

And they shall make a spoil of your riches, and make a prey of your merchandise: and they shall break down your walls, and destroy your pleasant houses: and they shall lay your stones and your timber and your dust in the midst of the water.അവർ നിന്റെ സമ്പത്തു കവർന്നു നിന്റെ ചരകൂ കൊള്ളയിട്ടു നിന്റെ മതിലുകൾ ഇടിച്ചു നിന്റെ മനോഹരഭവനങ്ങൾ നശിപ്പിക്കും; നിന്റെ കല്ലും മരവും മണ്ണും എല്ലാം അവർ വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇട്ടുകളയും.

And I will cause the noise of your songs to cease; and the sound of your harps shall be no more heard.നിന്റെ പാട്ടുകളുടെ ഘോഷം ഞാൻ ഇല്ലാതാക്കും; നിന്റെ വീണകളുടെ നാദം ഇനി കേൾക്കയുമില്ല.

And I will make you like the top of a rock: you shall be a place to spread nets upon; you shall be built no more: for I the LORD have spoken it, says the Lord GOD.ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വെറുമ്പാറയാക്കും; നീ വലവിരിപ്പാനുള്ള സ്ഥലമായ്തീരും; നിന്നെ ഇനി പണികയില്ല; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അതു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Thus says the Lord GOD to Tyrus; Shall not the isles shake at the sound of your fall, when the wounded cry, when the slaughter is made in the midst of you?യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു സോരിനോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിഹതന്മാർ ഞരങ്ങുമ്പോഴും നിന്റെ നടുവിൽ സംഹാരം നടക്കുമ്പോഴും നിന്റെ വീഴ്ചയുടെ ഒച്ചയാൽ ദ്വീപുകൾ നടുങ്ങിപ്പോകയില്ലയോ?

Then all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and lay away their robes, and put off their broidered garments: they shall clothe themselves with trembling; they shall sit upon the ground, and shall tremble at every moment, and be astonished at you.അപ്പോൾ സമുദ്രത്തിലെ സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും സിംഹാസനം വിട്ടിറങ്ങി, അങ്കികളെ നീക്കി വിചിത്രവസ്ത്രങ്ങളെ അഴിച്ചുവെക്കും; അവർ വിറയൽ പൂണ്ടു നിലത്തിരുന്നു മാത്രതോറും വിറെച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോകും.

And they shall take up a lamentation for you, and say to you, How are you destroyed, that were inhabited of seafaring men, the renowned city, which were strong in the sea, she and her inhabitants, which cause their terror to be on all that haunt it!അവർ നിന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി ഒരു വിലാപം തുടങ്ങി നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു പറയും: സമുദ്രസഞ്ചാരികൾ പാർത്തതും കീർത്തിപ്പെട്ടതുമായ പട്ടണമേ, നീ എങ്ങനെ നശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീയും നിന്റെ നിവാസികളും സമുദ്രത്തിൽ പ്രാബല്യം പ്രാപിച്ചിരുന്നു അതിലെ സകലനിവാസികൾക്കും നിങ്ങളെ പേടിയായിരുന്നുവല്ലോ!

Now shall the isles tremble in the day of your fall; yea, the isles that are in the sea shall be troubled at your departure.ഇപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ വീഴ്ചയുടെ നാളിൽ ദ്വീപുകൾ വിറെക്കും; അതെ, സമുദ്രത്തിലെ ദ്വീപുകൾ നിന്റെ നിര്യാണത്തിങ്കൽ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകും.

For thus says the Lord GOD; When I shall make you a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the deep upon you, and great waters shall cover you;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത പട്ടണങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ശൂന്യപട്ടണം ആക്കുമ്പോഴും ഞാൻ നിന്റെമേൽ ആഴിയെ വരുത്തി പെരുവെള്ളം നിന്നെ മൂടുമ്പോഴും,

When I shall bring you down with them that descend into the pit, with the people of old time, and shall set you in the low parts of the earth, in places desolate of old, with them that go down to the pit, that you be not inhabited; and I shall set glory in the land of the living;ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടു കൂടെ പുരാതനജനത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഇറക്കുകയും നിനക്കു നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നീ ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു നിലനിൽക്കാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഭൂമിയുടെ അധോഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ പുരാതനശൂന്യങ്ങളിൽ തന്നേ, കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടുകൂടെ പാർപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

I will make you a terror, and you shall be no more: though you be sought for, yet shall you never be found again, says the Lord GOD.ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശീഘ്രനാശത്തിന്നു ഏല്പിക്കും; നീ ഇല്ലാതെ ആയ്പോകും; നിന്നെ അന്വേഷിച്ചാലും ഇനി ഒരിക്കലും നിന്നെ കണ്ടെത്തുകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Ezekiel 27

1
The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Now, you son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ സോരിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ഒരു വിലാപം തുടങ്ങി സോരിനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:

And say unto Tyrus, O you that are situated at the entry of the sea, which are a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus says the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, you have said, I am of perfect beauty.തുറമുഖങ്ങളിൽ പാർക്കുന്നവളും ഏറിയ ദ്വീപുകളിലെ ജാതികളുടെ വ്യാപാരിയും ആയുള്ളോവേ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സോരേ, ഞാൻ പൂർണ്ണസുന്ദരിയാകുന്നു എന്നു നീ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

Your borders are in the midst of the seas, your builders have perfected your beauty.നിന്റെ രാജ്യം സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യേ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്നെ പണിതവർ നിന്റെ സൌന്ദര്യത്തെ പരിപൂർണ്ണമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

They have made all your ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for you.സെനീരിലെ സരളമരംകൊണ്ടു അവർ നിന്റെ പാർശ്വം ഒക്കെയും പണിതു; നിനക്കു പാമരം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ ലെബാനോനിൽനിന്നു ദേവദാരുക്കളെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

Of the oaks of Bashan have they made yours oars; the company of the Ashurites have made your benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim.ബാശാനിലെ കരുവേലംകൊണ്ടു അവർ നിന്റെ തണ്ടുകളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; കിത്തീംദ്വീപുകളിൽനിന്നുള്ള പുന്നമരത്തിൽ ആനക്കൊമ്പു പതിച്ചു നിനക്കു തട്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which you spread forth to be your sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered you.നിനക്കു കൊടിയായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിന്റെ കപ്പൽപായ് മിസ്രയീമിൽനിന്നുള്ള വിചിത്രശണപടംകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതായിരുന്നു; എലീശാദ്വീപുകളിൽനിന്നുള്ള ധൂമ്രപടവും രക്താംബരവും നിന്റെ വിതാനമായിരുന്നു.

The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were your seamen: your wise men, O Tyrus, that were in you, were your pilots.സീദോനിലെയും സർവ്വാദിലെയും നിവാസികൾ നിന്റെ തണ്ടേലന്മാരായിരുന്നു; സോരേ, നിന്നിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ജ്ഞാനികൾ നിന്റെ മാലുമികൾ ആയിരുന്നു.

Your rowers have brought you into great waters: the east wind has broken you in the midst of the seas.നിന്റെ തണ്ടേലന്മാർ നിന്നെ പുറങ്കടലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടു പോയി; കിഴക്കൻ കാറ്റു സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യേവെച്ചു നിന്നെ ഉടെച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of your pilots.നിന്റെ മാലുമികളുടെ നിലവിളികൊണ്ടു കപ്പൽകൂട്ടങ്ങൾ നടുങ്ങിപ്പോകും.

And all that handle the oar, the seamen, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;തണ്ടേലന്മാരൊക്കെയും കപ്പൽക്കാരും കടലിലെ മാലുമികൾ എല്ലാവരും കപ്പലുകളിൽനിന്നു ഇറങ്ങി കരയിൽ നില്ക്കും.

And shall cause their voice to be heard against you, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:അവർ കൈപ്പോടെ ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിച്ചു തലയൽ പൂഴി വാരിയിട്ടു ചാരത്തിൽ കിടന്നുരുളുകയും

And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?തങ്ങളുടെ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ അവർ നിന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി ഒരു വിലാപം തുടങ്ങി നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു വിലപിക്കുന്നതു: സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യേ നശിച്ചുപോയ സോരിനെപ്പോലെ ഏതൊരു നഗരമുള്ളു?

When your wares went forth out of the seas, you filled many people; you did enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.നിന്റെ ചരകൂ സമുദ്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു കയറിവന്നപ്പോൾ, നീ ഏറിയ വംശങ്ങൾക്കു തൃപ്തിവരുത്തി നിന്റെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെയും വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെയും പെരുപ്പംകൊണ്ടു ഭൂമിയിലെ രാജാക്കന്മാരെ സമ്പന്നന്മാരാക്കി.

In the time when you shall be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters your merchandise and all your company in the midst of you shall fall.ഇപ്പോൾ നീ സമുദ്രത്തിൽനിന്നു തകർന്നു പൊയ്പോയി; നിന്റെ വ്യാപാരസമ്പത്തും നിന്റെ അകത്തുള്ള ജനസമൂഹമൊക്കെയും വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ആഴത്തിൽ വീണിരിക്കുന്നു.

All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at you, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.ദ്വീപുവാസികളൊക്കെയും നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോകുന്നു; അവരുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഏറ്റവും ഭയപ്പെട്ടു മുഖം വാടി നില്ക്കുന്നു.

The merchants among the people shall hiss at you; you shall be a terror, and never shall be any more.ജാതികളിലെ വ്യാപാരികൾ നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു ചൂളകുത്തുന്നു: നിനക്കു ശീഘ്രനാശം ഭവിച്ചു നീ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും ഇല്ലാതെയാകും.
