Psalms 4

Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: you have enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.എന്റെ നീതിയായ ദൈവമേ, ഞാൻ വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉത്തരമരുളേണമേ; ഞാൻ ഞെരുക്കത്തിൽ ഇരുന്നപ്പോൾ നീ എനിക്കു വിശാലത വരുത്തി; എന്നോടു കൃപതോന്നി എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേൾക്കേണമേ.

Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.നീതിയാഗങ്ങളെ അർപ്പിപ്പിൻ; യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയം വെപ്പിൻ.

There be many that say, Who will show us any good? LORD, lift you up the light of your countenance upon us.നമുക്കു ആർ നന്മ കാണിക്കും എന്നു പലരും പറയുന്നു; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ മുഖപ്രകാശം ഞങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ ഉദിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.

You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.ധാന്യവും വീഞ്ഞും വർദ്ധിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർക്കുണ്ടായതിലും അധികം സന്തോഷം നീ എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, LORD, only make me dwell in safety.ഞാൻ സമാധാനത്തോടെ കിടന്നുറങ്ങും; നീയല്ലോ യഹോവേ, എന്നെ നിർഭയം വസിക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നതു.

Psalms 5

Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.യഹോവേ, എന്റെ വാക്കുകൾക്കു ചെവി തരേണമേ; എന്റെ ധ്യാനത്തെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണമേ;

Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto you will I pray.എന്റെ രാജാവും എന്റെ ദൈവവുമായുള്ളോവേ, എന്റെ സങ്കടയാചന കേൾക്കേണമേ; നിന്നോടല്ലോ ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നതു.

My voice shall you hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto you, and will look up.യഹോവേ, രാവിലെ എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേൾക്കേണമേ; രാവിലെ ഞാൻ നിനക്കായി ഒരുക്കി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

For you are not a God that has pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with you.നീ ദുഷ്ടതയിൽ പ്രസാദിക്കുന്ന ദൈവമല്ല; ദുഷ്ടൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പാർക്കയില്ല.

The foolish shall not stand in your sight: you hate all workers of iniquity.അഹങ്കാരികൾ നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നിൽക്കയില്ല; നീതികേടു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരെയൊക്കെയും നീ പകെക്കുന്നു.

You shall destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will detest the bloody and deceitful man.ഭോഷ്ക്കുപറയുന്നവരെ നീ നശിപ്പിക്കും; രക്തപാതകവും ചതിവുമുള്ളവൻ യഹോവെക്കു അറെപ്പാകുന്നു;

But as for me, I will come into your house in the multitude of your mercy: and in your fear will I worship toward your holy temple.ഞാനോ, നിന്റെ കൃപയുടെ ബഹുത്വത്താൽ നിന്റെ ആലയത്തിലേക്കു ചെന്നു നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു നേരെ നിങ്കലുള്ള ഭക്തിയോടെ ആരാധിക്കും.

Lead me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of mine enemies; make your way straight before my face.യഹോവേ, എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ നീതിയാൽ എന്നെ നടത്തേണമേ; എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്റെ വഴിയെ നിരപ്പാക്കേണമേ.

For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open tomb; they flatter with their tongue.അവരുടെ വായിൽ ഒട്ടും നേരില്ല; അവരുടെ അന്തരംഗം നാശകൂപം തന്നേ; അവരുടെ തൊണ്ട തുറന്ന ശവക്കുഴിയാകുന്നു; നാവുകൊണ്ടു അവർ മധുരവാക്കു പറയുന്നു.

Destroy you them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against you.ദൈവമേ അവരെ കുറ്റംവിധിക്കേണമേ; തങ്ങളുടെ ആലോചനകളാൽ തന്നേ അവർ വീഴട്ടെ; അവരുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങളുടെ ബഹുത്വംനിമിത്തം അവരെ തള്ളിക്കളയേണമേ; നിന്നോടല്ലോ അവർ മത്സരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു.

But let all those that put their trust in you rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because you defend them: let them also that love your name be joyful in you.എന്നാൽ നിന്നെ ശരണംപ്രാപിക്കുന്നവരെല്ലാവരും സന്തോഷിക്കും; നീ അവരെ പാലിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ എപ്പോഴും ആനന്ദിച്ചാർക്കും; നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിന്നിൽ ഉല്ലസിക്കും;

For you, LORD, will bless the righteous; with favour will you compass him as with a shield.യഹോവേ, നീ നീതിമാനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും; പരിചകൊണ്ടെന്നപോലെ നീ ദയകൊണ്ടു അവനെ മറെക്കും;

Psalms 6

O LORD, rebuke me not in yours anger, neither chasten me in your hot displeasure.യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ കോപത്തിൽ എന്നെ ശിക്ഷിക്കരുതേ; നിന്റെ ക്രോധത്തിൽ എന്നെ ദണ്ഡിപ്പിക്കരുതേ.

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ തളർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നോടു കരുണയുണ്ടാകേണമേ; യഹോവേ, എന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ ഭ്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കേണമേ.

My soul is also sore vexed: but you, O LORD, how long?എന്റെ പ്രാണനും അത്യന്തം ഭ്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീയോ, യഹോവേ, എത്രത്തോളം?

Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for your mercies' sake.യഹോവേ, തിരിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ. നിന്റെ കാരുണ്യം നിമിത്തം എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ.

For in death there is no remembrance of you: in the grave who shall give you thanks?മരണത്തിൽ നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു ഓർമ്മയില്ലല്ലോ; പാതാളത്തിൽ ആർ നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യും?

I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.എന്റെ ഞരക്കംകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ തകർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; രാത്രിമുഴുവനും എന്റെ കിടക്കയെ ഒഴുക്കുന്നു; കണ്ണുനീർകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ എന്റെ കട്ടിലിനെ നനെക്കുന്നു.

Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxs old because of all mine enemies.ദുഃഖംകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ കണ്ണു കുഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ സകലവൈരികളും ഹേതുവായി ക്ഷീണിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; for the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping.നീതികേടു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഏവരുമേ എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകുവിൻ; യഹോവ എന്റെ കരച്ചലിന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

The LORD has heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.യഹോവ എന്റെ അപേക്ഷ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കൈക്കൊള്ളും.

Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ എല്ലാവരും ലജ്ജിച്ചു ഭ്രമിക്കും; അവർ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞു പെട്ടെന്നു നാണിച്ചു പോകും.
