Leviticus 15

And the LORD spoke unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man has a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.നിങ്ങൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ആർക്കെങ്കിലും തന്റെ അംഗത്തിൽ ശുക്ളസ്രവം ഉണ്ടായാൽ അവൻ സ്രവത്താൽ അശുദ്ധൻ ആകുന്നു.

And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.അവന്റെ സ്രവത്താലുള്ള അശുദ്ധിയാവിതു: അവന്റെ അംഗം സ്രവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നാലും അവന്റെ അംഗം സ്രവിക്കാതെ അടഞ്ഞിരുന്നാലും അതു അശുദ്ധി തന്നേ.

Every bed, whereon he lies that has the issue, is unclean: and every thing, whereon he sits, shall be unclean.സ്രവക്കാരൻ കിടക്കുന്ന കിടക്ക ഒക്കെയും അശുദ്ധം; അവൻ ഇരിക്കുന്ന സാധനമൊക്കെയും അശുദ്ധം.

And whosoever touches his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.അവന്റെ കിടക്ക തൊടുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And he that sits on any thing whereon he sat that has the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.സ്രവക്കാരൻ ഇരുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And he that touches the flesh of him that has the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.സ്രവക്കാരന്റെ ദേഹം തൊടുന്നവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And if he that has the issue spit upon him that is clean; then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.സ്രവക്കാരൻ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവന്റെമേൽ തുപ്പിയാൽ അവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And whatever saddle he rides upon that has the issue shall be unclean.സ്രവക്കാരൻ കയറിപ്പോകുന്ന ഏതു വാഹനവും അശുദ്ധമാകും.

And whosoever touches any thing that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that bears any of those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.അവന്റെ കീഴെ ഇരുന്ന ഏതിനെയും തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം; അവയെ വഹിക്കുന്നവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And whomsoever he touches that has the issue, and has not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.സ്രവക്കാരൻ വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു കൈകഴുകാതെ ആരെ എങ്കിലും തൊട്ടാൽ അവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And the vessel of earth, that he touches which has the issue, shall be broken: and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.സ്രവക്കാരൻ തൊട്ട മൺപാത്രം ഉടെച്ചുകളയേണം; മരപ്പാത്രമെല്ലാം വെള്ളം കൊണ്ടു കഴുകേണം.

And when he that has an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.സ്രവക്കാരൻ സ്രവം മാറി ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവൻ ആകുമ്പോൾ ശുദ്ധികരണത്തിന്നായി ഏഴുദിവസം എണ്ണീട്ടു വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി ദേഹം ഒഴുക്കുവെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകേണം; എന്നാൽ അവൻ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവൻ ആകും.

And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:എട്ടാം ദിവസം അവൻ രണ്ടു കുറുപ്രാവിനെയോ രണ്ടു പ്രാവിൻ കുഞ്ഞിനെയോ എടുത്തു സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ വന്നു അവയെ പുരോഹിതന്റെ പക്കൽ കൊടുക്കേണം.

And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD for his issue.പുരോഹിതൻ അവയിൽ ഒന്നിനെ പാപയാഗമായിട്ടും മറ്റേതിനെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടും അർപ്പിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ പുരോഹിതൻ അവന്നുവേണ്ടി യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ അവന്റെ സ്രവത്തിന്നു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.ഒരുത്തന്നു ബീജം പോയാൽ അവൻ തന്റെ ദേഹം മുഴുവനും വെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകുകയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധൻ ആയിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And every garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.ബീജം വീണസകലവസ്ത്രവും എല്ലാതോലും വെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകുകയും അതു സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.പുരുഷനും സ്ത്രീയും തമ്മിൽ ബീജസ്ഖലനത്തോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ ഇരുവരും വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധരായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever touches her shall be unclean until the even.ഒരു സ്ത്രീക്കു സ്രവമുണ്ടായി അവളുടെ അംഗസ്രവം രക്തം ആയിരുന്നാൽ അവൾ ഏഴു ദിവസം അശുദ്ധയായിരിക്കേണം; അവളെ തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം.

And every thing that she lies upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sits upon shall be unclean.അവളുടെ അശുദ്ധിയിൽ അവൾ ഏതിന്മേലെങ്കിലും കിടന്നാൽ അതൊക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം; അവൾ ഏതിന്മേലെങ്കിലും ഇരുന്നാൽ അതൊക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

And whosoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.അവളുടെ കിടക്ക തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And whosoever touches any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.അവൾ ഇരുന്ന ഏതൊരു സാധനവും തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the even.അവളുടെ കിടക്കമേലോ അവൾ ഇരുന്നതിന്മേലോ ഉള്ള ഏതൊന്നെങ്കിലും തൊടുന്നവൻ സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം.

²⁴

And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lies shall be unclean.ഒരുത്തൻ അവളോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കയും അവളുടെ അശുദ്ധി അവന്മേൽ ആകയും ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ ഏഴു ദിവസം അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം; അവൻ കിടക്കുന്ന കിടക്ക ഒക്കെയും അശുദ്ധമാകും.

²⁵

And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.ഒരു സ്ത്രീക്കു ഋതുകാലത്തല്ലാതെ രക്തസ്രവം ഏറിയ ദിവസം ഉണ്ടാകയോ ഋതുകാലം കവിഞ്ഞു സ്രവിക്കയോ ചെയ്താൽ അവളുടെ അശുദ്ധിയുടെ സ്രവകാലം ഒക്കെയും ഋതുകാലംപോലെ ഇരിക്കേണം; അവൾ അശുദ്ധയായിരിക്കേണം.

²⁶

Every bed whereon she lies all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sits upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.രക്തസ്രവമുള്ള കാലത്തെല്ലാം അവൾ കിടക്കുന്ന കിടക്കയൊക്കെയും ഋതുകാലത്തിലെ കിടക്കപോലെ ഇരിക്കേണം; അവൾ ഇരിയക്കുന്ന സാധനമൊക്കെയും ഋതുകാലത്തിലെ അശുദ്ധിപോലെ അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

And whosoever touches those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.അവ തൊടുന്നവനെല്ലാം അശുദ്ധനാകും; അവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം

But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.രക്തസ്രവം മാറി ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവളായാൽ അവൾ ഏഴു ദിവസം എണ്ണിക്കൊള്ളേണം; അതിന്റെ ശേഷം അവൾ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവളാകും.

²⁹

And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.എട്ടാം ദിവസം അവൾ രണ്ടു കുറുപ്രാവിനെയോ രണ്ടു പ്രാവിൻ കുഞ്ഞിനെയോ എടുത്തു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ പുരോഹിതന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.പുരോഹിതൻ ഒന്നിനെ പാപയാഗമായിട്ടും മറ്റേതിനെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടും അർപ്പിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ പുരോഹിതൻ അവൾക്കു വേണ്ടി യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ അവളുടെ അശുിദ്ധയുടെ രക്തസ്രവംനിമിത്തം പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

Thus shall all of you separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ നടുവിലുള്ള എന്റെ നിവാസം അവർ അശുദ്ധമാക്കീട്ടു തങ്ങളുടെ അശുദ്ധികളിൽ മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ അശുദ്ധിയെക്കുറിച്ചു അവരെ ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രബോധിപ്പിക്കേണം.

This is the law of him that has an issue, and of him whose seed goes from him, and is defiled therewith;ഇതു സ്രവക്കാരന്നും ബീജസ്ഖലനത്താൽ അശുദ്ധനായവനും

And of her that is sick of her flowers, and of him that has an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lies with her that is unclean.ഋതുസംബന്ധമായ ദീനമുള്ളവൾക്കും സ്രവമുള്ള പുരുഷന്നും സ്ത്രീക്കും അശുദ്ധയോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കുന്നവന്നും ഉള്ള പ്രമാണം.

Leviticus 16

And the LORD spoke unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the LORD, and died;അഹരോന്റെ രണ്ടുപുത്രന്മാർ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ അടുത്തുചെന്നിട്ടു മരിച്ചുപോയ ശേഷം യഹോവ മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു എന്തെന്നാൽ:

And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron your brother, that he comes not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.കൃപാസനത്തിന്മീതെ മേഘത്തിൽ ഞാൻ വെളിപ്പെടുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോൻ മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ തിരശ്ശീലെക്കകത്തു പെട്ടകത്തിന്മേലുള്ള കൃപാസനത്തിൻ മുമ്പിൽ എല്ലാസമയത്തും വരരുതു എന്നു അവനോടു പറയേണം.

Thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.പാപയാഗത്തിന്നു ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനോടും ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നു ഒരു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനോടും കൂടെ അഹരോൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടക്കേണം.

He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen turban shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on.അവൻ പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടുള്ള വിശുദ്ധമായ അങ്കി ധരിച്ചു ദേഹത്തിൽ പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടുള്ള കാൽചട്ട ഇട്ടു പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടുള്ള നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടി പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടുള്ള മുടിയും വെക്കേണം; ഇവ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം ആകയാൽ അവൻ ദേഹം വെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകീട്ടു അവയെ ധരിക്കേണം.

And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.അവൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സഭയുടെ പക്കൽനിന്നു പാപയാഗത്തിന്നു രണ്ടു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നു ഒരു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും വാങ്ങേണം.

And Aaron shall offer his bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself, and for his house.തനിക്കുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ കാളയെ അഹരോൻ അർപ്പിച്ചു തനിക്കും കുടുംബത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.അവൻ ആ രണ്ടു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നിർത്തേണം.

And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.പിന്നെ അഹരോൻ യഹോവെക്കു എന്നു ഒരു ചീട്ടും അസസ്സേലിന്നു എന്നു മറ്റൊരു ചീട്ടും ഇങ്ങനെ രണ്ടു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനും ചീട്ടിടേണം.

And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD's lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering.യഹോവെക്കുള്ള ചീട്ടു വീണ കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ അഹരോൻ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു പാപയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.അസസ്സേലിന്നു ചീട്ടു വീണ കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയോ, അതിനാൽ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും അതിനെ അസസ്സേലിന്നു മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു വിട്ടയക്കേണ്ടതിന്നുമായി യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ജീവനോടെ നിർത്തേണം.

And Aaron shall bring the bullock of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin offering which is for himself:പിന്നെ തനിക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ കാളയെ അഹരോൻ അർപ്പിച്ചു തനിക്കും കുടുംബത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു തനിക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ കാളയെ അറുക്കേണം.

And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the vail:അവൻ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ഉള്ള തീക്കനൽ ഒരു കലശത്തിൽനിറെച്ചു സൌരഭ്യമുള്ള ധൂപവർഗ്ഗചൂർണ്ണം കൈനിറയ എടുത്തു തിരശ്ശീലക്കകത്തു കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is upon the testimony, that he die not:താൻ മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ധൂപത്തിന്റെ മേഘം സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്മേലുള്ള കൃപാസനത്തെ മറെപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവൻ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ധൂപവർഗ്ഗം തീയിൽ ഇടേണം.

And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.അവൻ കാളയുടെ രക്തം കുറെ എടുത്തു വിരൽകൊണ്ടു കിഴക്കോട്ടു കൃപാസനത്തിന്മേൽ തളിക്കേണം; അവൻ രക്തം കുറെ തന്റെ വിരൽകൊണ്ടു കൃപാസനത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും ഏഴു പ്രവാശ്യം തളിക്കേണം.

Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:പിന്നെ അവൻ ജനത്തിന്നുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ അറുത്തു രക്തം തിരശ്ശീലെക്കകത്തു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു കാളയുടെ രക്തംകൊണ്ടു ചെയ്തതുപോലെ ഇതിന്റെ രക്തംകൊണ്ടും ചെയ്തു അതിനെ കൃപാസനത്തിന്മേലും കൃപാസനത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും തളിക്കേണം.

¹⁶

And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remains among them in the midst of their uncleanness.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ അശുദ്ധികൾനിമിത്തവും അവരുടെ സകലപാപവുമായ ലംഘനങ്ങൾനിമിത്തവും അവൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ അവരുടെ അശുദ്ധിയുടെ നടുവിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നും അവൻ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്യേണം.

And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goes in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he comes out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.അവൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാൻ കടന്നിട്ടു പുറത്തു വരുന്നതുവരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിൽ ആരും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കരുതു; ഇങ്ങനെ അവൻ തനിക്കും കുടുംബത്തിന്നും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സർവ്വസഭെക്കും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.പിന്നെ അവൻ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിലുള്ള യാഗപീഠത്തിങ്കൽ ചെന്നു അതിന്നും പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം. കാളയുടെ രക്തവും കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ രക്തവും കുറേശ്ശ എടുത്തു പീഠത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിൽ ചുറ്റും പുരട്ടേണം.

And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.അവൻ രക്തം കുറെ വിരൽകൊണ്ടു ഏഴു പ്രാവശ്യം അതിന്മേൽ തളിച്ചു യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ അശുദ്ധികളെ നീക്കി വെടിപ്പാക്കി ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം.

And when he has made an end of reconciling the holy place, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat:അവൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു തീർന്നശേഷം ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്ന കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ കൊണ്ടു വരേണം.

And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്ന കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയിൽ അഹരോൻ കൈ രണ്ടും വെച്ചു യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ എല്ലാകുറ്റങ്ങളും സകലപാപങ്ങളുമായ ലംഘനങ്ങളൊക്കെയും ഏറ്റുപറഞ്ഞു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയിൽ ചുമത്തി, നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ആളുടെ കൈവശം അതിനെ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു അയക്കേണം.

And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റൻ അവരുടെ കുറ്റങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും ശൂന്യപ്രദേശത്തേക്കു ചുമന്നുകൊണ്ടു പോകേണം; അവൻ കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ വിടേണം.

And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there:പിന്നെ അഹരോൻ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിൽ വന്നു താൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടന്നപ്പോൾ ധരിച്ചിരുന്ന പഞ്ഞിനൂൽവസ്ത്രം നീക്കി അവിടെ വെച്ചേക്കണം.

And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people.അവൻ ഒരു വിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു ദേഹം കഴുകി സ്വന്തവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചു പുറത്തു വന്നു തന്റെ ഹോമയാഗവും ജനത്തിന്റെ ഹോമയാഗവും അർപ്പിച്ചു തനിക്കും ജനത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And the fat of the sin offering shall he burn upon the altar.അവൻ പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ മേദസ്സു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണം.

²⁶

And he that let go the goat for the scapegoat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp.ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ അസസ്സേലിന്നു കൊണ്ടുപോയി വിട്ടവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി ദേഹം വെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകീട്ടു മാത്രമേ പാളയത്തിൽ വരാവു.

And the bullock for the sin offering, and the goat for the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall one carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു രക്തം കൊണ്ടുപോയ പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ കാളയെയും കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോകേണം; അവയുടെ തോലും മാംസവും ചാണകവും തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയേണം.

And he that burns them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.അവയെ ചുട്ടുകളഞ്ഞവൻ വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി ദേഹം വെള്ളത്തിൽ കഴുകീട്ടു മാത്രമേ പാളയത്തിൽ വരാവു.

²⁹

And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, all of you shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourns among you:ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം; ഏഴാം മാസം പത്താം തിയ്യതി നിങ്ങൾ ആത്മതപനം ചെയ്യേണം; സ്വദേശിയും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയും യാതൊരു വേലെയും ചെയ്യരുതു.

For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that all of you may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.ആ ദിവസത്തിൽ അല്ലോ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നിങ്ങളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കയും നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലപാപങ്ങളും നീക്കി നിങ്ങളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നതു.

It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and all of you shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വിശുദ്ധസ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള ശബ്ബത്ത് ആയിരിക്കേണം. നിങ്ങൾ ആത്മ തപനം ചെയ്യേണം; അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടമാകുന്നു.

And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest's office in his father's position, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments:അപ്പന്നു പകരം പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്‍വാൻ അഭിഷേകം പ്രാപിക്കയും പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്ത പുരോഹിതൻ തന്നേ പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation.അവൻ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രമായ പഞ്ഞിനൂൽവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നും പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; പുരോഹിതന്മാർക്കും സഭയിലെ സകലജനത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം.

And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.സംവത്സരത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കുവേണ്ടി അവരുടെ സകലപാപങ്ങൾക്കായിട്ടും പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ അവൻ ചെയ്തു.

Leviticus 17

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them; This is the thing which the LORD has commanded, saying,നീ അഹരോനോടും പുത്രന്മാരോടും എല്ലായിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടും പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച കാര്യം ആവിതു:

Whosoever there be of the house of Israel, that kills an ox, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or that kills it out of the camp,യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും കാളയെയോ ആട്ടിൻ കുട്ടിയെയോ കോലാടിനെയോ പാളയത്തിൽവെച്ചെങ്കിലും പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തുവെച്ചെങ്കിലും അറുക്കയും

And brings it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD; blood shall be imputed unto that man; he has shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:അതിനെ യഹോവയുടെ കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ യഹോവെക്കു വഴിപാടായി അർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവരാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ അതു അവന്നു രക്തപാതകമായി എണ്ണേണം; അവൻ രക്തം ചൊരിയിച്ചു; ആ മനുഷ്യനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

To the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ വെളിൻ പ്രദേശത്തുവെച്ചു അർപ്പിച്ചു വരുന്ന യാഗങ്ങളെ യഹോവെക്കു സമാധാനയാഗങ്ങളായി അർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ പുരോഹിതന്റെ അടുക്കൽ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD.പുരോഹിതൻ അവയുടെ രക്തം സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ യഹോവയുടെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ തളിച്ചു മേദസ്സു യഹോവെക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണം.

And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.അവർ പരസംഗമായി പിന്തുടരുന്ന ഭൂതങ്ങൾക്കു ഇനി തങ്ങളുടെ ബലികൾ അർപ്പിക്കരുതു; ഇതു തലമുറതലമുറയായി അവർക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

And you shall say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you, that offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിലോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശികളിലോ ആരെങ്കിലും ഹോമയാഗമോ ഹനനയാഗമോ അർപ്പിക്കയും

And brings it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the LORD; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.അതു യഹോവെക്കു അർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവരാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eats any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിലോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശികളിലോ ആരെങ്കിലും വല്ല രക്തവും ഭക്ഷിച്ചാൽ രക്തം ഭക്ഷിച്ചവന്റെ നേരെ ഞാൻ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul.മാംസത്തിന്റെ ജീവൻ രക്തത്തിൽ അല്ലോ ഇരിക്കുന്നതു; യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാൻ ഞാൻ അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; രക്തമല്ലോ ജീവൻ മൂലമായി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം ആകുന്നതു.

Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourns among you eat blood.അതുകൊണ്ടത്രേ നിങ്ങളിൽ യാതൊരുത്തനും രക്തം ഭക്ഷിക്കരുതു; നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയും രക്തം ഭക്ഷിക്കരുതു എന്നു ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളോടു കല്പിച്ചതു.

And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunts and catches any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിലോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശികളിലോ ആരെങ്കിലും തിന്നാകുന്ന ഒരു മൃഗത്തെയോ പക്ഷിയെയോ വേട്ടയാടി പിടിച്ചാൽ അവൻ അതിന്റെ രക്തം കളഞ്ഞു മണ്ണിട്ടു മൂടേണം.

For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, All of you shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eats it shall be cut off.സകലജഡത്തിന്റെയും ജീവൻ അതിന്റെ ജീവാധാരമായ രക്തം തന്നേ. അതുകൊണ്ടത്രേ ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു: യാതൊരു ജഡത്തിന്റെ രക്തവും നിങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിക്കരുതു എന്നു കല്പിച്ചതു; സകലജഡത്തിന്റെയും ജീവൻ അതിന്റെ രക്തമല്ലോ; അതു ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നവനെയെല്ലാം ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

And every soul that eats that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even: then shall he be clean.താനേ ചത്തതിനെയോ പറിച്ചുകീറിപ്പോയതിനെയോ തിന്നുന്നവനൊക്കെയും സ്വദേശിയായാലും പരദേശിയായാലും വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ കുളിക്കയും സന്ധ്യവരെ അശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കയും വേണം; പിന്നെ അവൻ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവനാകും.

But if he wash them not, nor bathe his flesh; then he shall bear his iniquity.വസ്ത്രം അലക്കാതെയും ദേഹം കഴുകാതെയും ഇരുന്നാൽ അവൻ കുറ്റം വഹിക്കേണം.

Leviticus 18

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God.നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു;

After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein all of you dwelt, shall all of you not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, where I bring you, shall all of you not do: neither shall all of you walk in their ordinances.നിങ്ങൾ പാർത്തിരുന്ന മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിലെ നടപ്പുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ നടക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന കനാൻ ദേശത്തിലെ നടപ്പുപോലെയും അരുതു; അവരുടെ മര്യാദ ആചരിക്കരുതു.

All of you shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God.എന്റെ വിധികളെ അനുസരിച്ചു എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചു നടക്കേണം; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

All of you shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.ആകയാൽ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളും ന്യായങ്ങളും നിങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണിക്കേണം; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD.നിങ്ങളിൽ ആരും തനിക്കു രക്തസംബന്ധമുള്ള യാതൊരുത്തരുടെയും നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവരോടു അടുക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

The nakedness of your father, or the nakedness of your mother, shall you not uncover: she is your mother; you shall not uncover her nakedness.നിന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നതയും അമ്മയുടെ നഗ്നതയും അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു. അവൾ നിന്റെ അമ്മയാകുന്നു; അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു.

The nakedness of your father's wife shall you not uncover: it is your father's nakedness.അപ്പന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അതു നിന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നതയല്ലോ.

The nakedness of your sister, the daughter of your father, or daughter of your mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness you shall not uncover.അപ്പന്റെ മകളോ അമ്മയുടെ മകളോ ആയ നിന്റെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; വീട്ടിൽ ജനിച്ചവരായാലും പുറമെ ജനിച്ചവരായാലും അവരുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു.

The nakedness of your son's daughter, or of your daughter's daughter, even their nakedness you shall not uncover: for theirs is yours own nakedness.നിന്റെ മകന്റെ മകളുടെ നഗ്നതയോ മകളുടെ മകളുടെ നഗ്നതയോ അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ നഗ്നത നിന്റേതു തന്നേയല്ലോ.

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your brother's wife: it is your brother's nakedness.സഹോദരന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അതു നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നതയല്ലോ.

Neither shall you take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.ഭാര്യ ജീവനോടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളെ ദുഃഖീപ്പിപ്പാൻ അവളുടെ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുമാറു അവളെ കൂടെ പരിഗ്രഹിക്കരുതു.

Also you shall not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness.ഒരു സ്ത്രീ ഋതു നിമിത്തം അശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുമാറു അവളോടു അടുക്കരുതു.

Moreover you shall not lie carnally with your neighbour's wife, to defile yourself with her.കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചു അവളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിന്നെ അശുദ്ധനാക്കരുതു.

And you shall not let any of your seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shall you profane the name of your God: I am the LORD.നിന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ ഒന്നിനെയും മോലേക്കിന്നു അർപ്പിച്ചു നിന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നാമത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

You shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.സ്ത്രീയോടു എന്നപോലെ പുരുഷനോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കരുതു; അതു മ്ളേച്ഛത.

Neither shall you lie with any beast to defile yourself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.യാതൊരു മൃഗത്തോടുംകൂടെ ശയിച്ചു അതിനാൽ നിന്നെ അശുദ്ധനാക്കരുതു; യാതൊരു സ്ത്രീയും ഒരു മൃഗത്തോടും കൂടെ ശയിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിൽക്കയും അരുതു; അതു നികൃഷ്ടം.

Defile not all of you yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:ഇവയിൽ ഒന്നുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെ തന്നേ അശുദ്ധരാക്കരുതു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയുന്ന ജാതികൾ ഇവയാൽ ഒക്കെയും തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധരാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomits out her inhabitants.ദേശവും അശുദ്ധമായിത്തീർന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ അകൃത്യം അതിന്മേൽ സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നു; ദേശം തന്റെ നിവാസികളെ ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളയുന്നു.

All of you shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourns among you:ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛത ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ ആ ദേശത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മനുഷ്യർ ചെയ്തു, ദേശം അശുദ്ധമായി തീർന്നു

(For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ജാതികളെ ദേശം ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞതുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ അതിനെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കീട്ടു നിങ്ങളെയും ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളയാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളും വിധികളും പ്രമാണിക്കേണം;

That the land spew not you out also, when all of you defile it, as it spewed out the nations that were before you.ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളിൽ യാതൊന്നും സ്വദേശിയാകട്ടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശിയാകട്ടെ ചെയ്യരുതു.

For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.ആരെങ്കിലും ഈ സകലമ്ളേച്ഛതകളിലും ഏതെങ്കിലും ചെയ്താൽ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അവരുടെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

Therefore shall all of you keep mine ordinance, that all of you commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that all of you defile not yourselves therein: I am the LORD your God.ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ നടന്ന ഈ മ്ളേച്ഛമര്യാദകളിൽ യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെയും അവയാൽ അശുദ്ധരാകാതെയും ഇരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിക്കേണം; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.
