Isaiah 52

Awake, awake; put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean.സീയോനേ, ഉണരുക, ഉണരുക, നിന്റെ ബലം ധരിച്ചുകൊൾക; വിശുദ്ധനഗരമായ യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ അലങ്കാരവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചുകൊൾക; ഇനിമേലാൽ അഗ്രചർ‍മ്മിയും അശുദ്ധനും നിന്നിലേക്കു വരികയില്ല.

Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose yourself from the bands of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.പൊടി കുടഞ്ഞുകളക; യെരൂശലേമേ, എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഇരിക്ക; ബദ്ധയായ സീയോൻ പുത്രീ, നിന്റെ കഴുത്തിലെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ അഴിച്ചുകളക.

For thus says the LORD, All of you have sold yourselves for nothing; and all of you shall be redeemed without money.യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: വിലവാങ്ങാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വിറ്റുകളഞ്ഞു; വിലകൊടുക്കാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളും.

For thus says the Lord GOD, My people went down in old times into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.യഹോവയായ കർ‍ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ ജനം പണ്ടു പരദേശവാസം ചെയ്‌വാൻ മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു; അശ്ശൂരും അവരെ വെറുതെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു.

Now therefore, what have I here, says the LORD, that my people is taken away for nothing? they that rule over them make them to wail, says the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.ഇപ്പോഴോ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വെറുതെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ എന്തുചെയ്യേണ്ടു എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവരുടെ അധിപതിമാർ‍ മുറയിടുന്നു; എന്റെ നാമം ഇടവിടാതെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും ദുഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നും യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that does speak: behold, it is I.അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ ജനം എന്റെ നാമത്തെ അറിയും; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ‍, ഞാൻ തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്നു അവർ‍ അന്നു അറിയും.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that brings good tidings, that publishes peace; that brings good tidings of good, that publishes salvation; that says unto Zion, Your God reigns!സമാധാനത്തെ ഘോഷിച്ചു നന്മയെ സുവിശേഷിക്കയും രക്ഷയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുകയും സീയോനോടു: നിന്റെ ദൈവം വാഴുന്നു എന്നു പറകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സുവാർ‍ത്താദൂതന്റെ കാൽ പർ‍വ്വതങ്ങളിന്മേൽ എത്ര മനോഹരം!

Your watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.നിന്റെ കാവൽക്കാരുടെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടുവോ? അവർ‍ ശബ്ദം ഉയർ‍ത്തി ഒരുപോലെ ഉല്ലസിച്ചു ഘോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ സീയോനിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിവരുമ്പോൾ അവർ‍ അഭിമുഖമായി കാണും.

Break forth into joy, sing together, all of you waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ ശൂന്യപ്രദേശങ്ങളേ, പൊട്ടി ആർത്തുകൊൾവിൻ‍; യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു, യെരൂശലേമിനെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

The LORD has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.സകല ജാതികളും കാൺകെ യഹോവ തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധഭുജത്തെ നഗ്നമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയെ കാണും.

Depart all of you, depart all of you, go all of you out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go all of you out of the midst of her; be all of you clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.വിട്ടു പോരുവിൻ‍; വിട്ടുപോരുവിൻ‍; അവിടെ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ‍; അശുദ്ധമായതൊന്നും തൊടരുതു; അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ‍; യഹോവയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളെ ചുമക്കുന്നവരേ, നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ നിർ‍മ്മലീകരിപ്പിൻ.

For all of you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.നിങ്ങൾ ബദ്ധപ്പാടോടെ പോകയില്ല, ഓടിപ്പോകയുമില്ല; യഹോവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പായി നടക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവം നിങ്ങൾക്കു പിമ്പട ആയിരിക്കും.

Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.എന്റെ ദാസൻ കൃതാർ‍ത്ഥനാകും; അവൻ ഉയർ‍ന്നുപൊങ്ങി അത്യന്തം ഉന്നതനായിരിക്കും

As many were astonished at you; his visage was so ruined more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:അവന്റെ രൂപം കണ്ടാൽ ആളല്ല എന്നും അവന്റെ ആകൃതി കണ്ടാൽ മനുഷ്യനല്ല എന്നും തോന്നുമാറു വിരൂപമായിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു പലരും നിന്നെ കണ്ടു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോയതു പോലെ,

So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.അവർ‍ പല ജാതികളെയും കുതിച്ചു ചാടുമാറാക്കും; രാജാക്കന്മാർ‍ അവനെ കണ്ടു വായ്പൊത്തി നില്ക്കും; അവർ‍ ഒരിക്കലും അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു കാണുകയും ഒരിക്കലും കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു ഗ്രഹിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

Isaiah 53

Who has believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?ഞങ്ങൾ കേൾപ്പിച്ചതു ആർ‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു? യഹോവയുടെ ഭുജം ആർ‍ക്കു വെളിപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു?

For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he has no form nor loveliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.അവൻ ഇളയ തൈപോലെയും വരണ്ട നിലത്തുനിന്നു വേർ‍ മുളെക്കുന്നതുപോലെയും അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വളരും; അവന്നു രൂപഗുണം ഇല്ല, കോമളത്വം ഇല്ല; കണ്ടാൽ ആഗ്രഹിക്കത്തക്ക സൌന്ദര്യവുമില്ല.

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.അവൻ മനുഷ്യരാൽ നിന്ദിക്കപ്പെട്ടും ത്യജിക്കപ്പെട്ടും വ്യസനപാത്രമായും രോഗം ശീലിച്ചവനായും ഇരുന്നു; അവനെ കാണുന്നവർ‍ മുഖം മറെച്ചുകളയത്തക്കവണ്ണം അവൻ നിന്ദിതനായിരുന്നു; നാം അവനെ ആദരിച്ചതുമില്ല.

Surely he has borne our sicknesses, and carried our pains: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.സാക്ഷാൽ നമ്മുടെ രോഗങ്ങളെ അവൻ വഹിച്ചു; നമ്മുടെ വേദനകളെ അവൻ ചുമന്നു; നാമോ, ദൈവം അവനെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചും അടിച്ചും ദണ്ഡിപ്പിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു വിചാരിച്ചു.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.എന്നാൽ അവൻ നമ്മുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങൾനിമിത്തം മുറിവേറ്റും നമ്മുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾനിമിത്തം തകർ‍ന്നും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നമ്മുടെ സമാധാനത്തിന്നായുള്ള ശിക്ഷ അവന്റെമേൽ ആയി അവന്റെ അടിപ്പിണരുകളാൽ നമുക്കു സൌഖ്യം വന്നുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.നാം എല്ലാവരും ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ തെറ്റിപ്പോയിരുന്നു; നാം ഓരോരുത്തനും താന്താന്റെ വഴിക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ യഹോവ നമ്മുടെ എല്ലാവരുടെയും അകൃത്യം അവന്റെമേൽ ചുമത്തി.

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opens not his mouth.തന്നെത്താൻ താഴ്ത്തി വായെ തുറക്കാതെയിരുന്നിട്ടും അവൻ പീഡിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു; കൊല്ലുവാൻ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന കുഞ്ഞാടിനെപ്പോലെയും രോമം കത്രിക്കുന്നവരുടെ മുമ്പാകെ മിണ്ടാതെയിരിക്കുന്ന ആടിനെപ്പോലെയും അവൻ വായെ തുറക്കാതിരുന്നു.

He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.അവൻ പീഡനത്താലും ശിക്ഷാവിധിയാലും എടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു; ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു അവൻ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്നും എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ അതിക്രമം നിമിത്തം അവന്നു ദണ്ഡനം വന്നു എന്നും അവന്റെ തലമുറയിൽ ആർ‍ വിചാരിച്ചു?

And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.അവൻ സാഹസം ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെയും അവന്റെ വായിൽ വഞ്ചനയൊന്നും ഇല്ലാതെയും ഇരുന്നിട്ടും അവർ‍ അവന്നു ദുഷ്ടന്മാരോടുകൂടെ ശവക്കുഴി കൊടുത്തു; അവന്റെ മരണത്തിൽ അവൻ സമ്പന്നന്മാരോടു കൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു.

Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he has put him to grief: when you shall make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.എന്നാൽ അവനെ തകർത്തുകളവാൻ യഹോവെക്കു ഇഷ്ടംതോന്നി; അവൻ അവന്നു കഷ്ടം വരുത്തി; അവന്റെ പ്രാണൻ ഒരു അകൃത്യയാഗമായിത്തീർ‍ന്നിട്ടു അവൻ സന്തതിയെ കാണുകയും ദീർ‍ഘായുസ്സു പ്രാപിക്കയും യഹോവയുടെ ഇഷ്ടം അവന്റെ കയ്യാൽ സാധിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.അവൻ തന്റെ പ്രയത്നഫലം കണ്ടു തൃപ്തനാകും; നീതിമാനായ എന്റെ ദാസൻ തന്റെ പരിജ്ഞാനം കൊണ്ടു പലരെയും നീതീകരിക്കും; അവരുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങളെ അവൻ വഹിക്കും.

Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he has poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവന്നു മഹാന്മാരോടുകൂടെ ഓഹരി കൊടുക്കും; ബലവാന്മാരോടുകൂടെ അവൻ കൊള്ള പങ്കിടും; അവൻ തന്റെ പ്രാണനെ മരണത്തിന്നു ഒഴുക്കിക്കളകയും അനേകരുടെ പാപം വഹിച്ചും അതിക്രമക്കാർ‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഇടനിന്നുംകൊണ്ടു അതിക്രമക്കാരോടുകൂടെ എണ്ണപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്കയാൽ തന്നേ.

Isaiah 54

Sing, O barren, you that did not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you that did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, says the LORD.പ്രസവിക്കാത്ത മച്ചിയേ, ഘോഷിക്ക; നോവു കിട്ടീട്ടില്ലാത്തവളേ, പൊട്ടി ആർത്തു ഘോഷിക്ക; ഏകാകിനിയുടെ മക്കൾ ഭർ‍ത്താവുള്ളവളുടെ മക്കളെക്കാൾ അധികം എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of yours habitations: spare not, lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes;നിന്റെ കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥലത്തെ വിശാലമാക്കുക; നീന്റെ നിവാസങ്ങളുടെ തിരശ്ശീലകളെ അവർ‍ നിവിർ‍ക്കട്ടെ; തടുത്തുകളയരുതു; നിന്റെ കയറുകളെ നീട്ടുക; നിന്റെ കുറ്റികളെ ഉറപ്പിക്ക.

For you shall break forth on the right hand and on the left; and your seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.നീ ഇടത്തോട്ടും വലത്തോട്ടും പരക്കും; നിന്റെ സന്തതി ജാതികളുടെ ദേശം കൈവശമാക്കുകയും ശൂന്യനഗരങ്ങളിൽ നിവാസികളെ പാർ‍പ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

Fear not; for you shall not be ashamed: neither be you confounded; for you shall not be put to shame: for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ട, നീ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകയില്ല; ഭ്രമിക്കേണ്ടാ, നീ നാണിച്ചുപോകയില്ല; നിന്റെ യൌവനത്തിലെ ലജ്ജ നീ മറക്കും; നിന്റെ വൈധവ്യത്തിലെ നിന്ദ ഇനി ഓർ‍ക്കയുമില്ല.

For your Maker is yours husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and your Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.നിന്റെ സ്രഷ്ടാവാകുന്നു നിന്റെ ഭർ‍ത്താവു; സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ എന്നാകുന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനാകുന്നു നിന്റെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരൻ‍; സർ‍വ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും ദൈവം എന്നു അവൻ വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

For the LORD has called you as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when you were refused, says your God.ഉപേക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടു മനോവ്യസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രിയെ എന്നപോലെ യഹോവ നിന്നെ വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; യൌവനത്തിൽ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തിട്ടു തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞ ഭാര്യയെ എന്നപോലെ തന്നേ എന്നു നിന്റെ ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great mercies will I gather you.അല്പനേരത്തെക്കു മാത്രം ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും മഹാകരുണയോടെ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ചേർത്തുകൊള്ളും.

In a little wrath I hid my face from you for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on you, says the LORD your Redeemer.ക്രോധാധിക്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ക്ഷണനേരത്തേക്കു എന്റെ മുഖം നിനക്കു മറെച്ചു; എങ്കിലും നിത്യദയയോടെ ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കരുണകാണിക്കും എന്നു നിന്റെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരനായ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.ഇതു എനിക്കു നോഹയുടെ വെള്ളങ്ങൾപോലെയാകുന്നു; നോഹയുടെ വെള്ളങ്ങൾ ഇനി ഭൂമിയെ മുക്കിക്കളകയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യം ചെയ്തതുപോലെ ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കോപിക്കയോ നിന്നെ ഭർ‍ത്സിക്കയോ ഇല്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, says the LORD that has mercy on you.പർ‍വ്വതങ്ങൾ മാറിപ്പോകും, കുന്നുകൾ നീങ്ങിപ്പോകും; എങ്കിലും എന്റെ ദയ നിന്നെ വിട്ടുമാറുകയില്ല; എന്റെ സമാധാനനിയമം നീങ്ങിപ്പോകയുമില്ല എന്നു നിന്നോടു കരുണയുള്ള യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

O you afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with fair colours, and lay your foundations with sapphires.അരിഷ്ടയും കൊടുങ്കാറ്റിനാൽ അടിക്കപ്പെട്ടു ആശ്വാസമറ്റവളും ആയുള്ളോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്റെ കല്ലു അഞ്ജനത്തിൽ പതിക്കയും നീലക്കല്ലുകൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇടുകയും ചെയ്യും.

And I will make your windows of agates, and your gates of carbuncles, and all your borders of pleasant stones.ഞാൻ നിന്റെ താഴികക്കുടങ്ങളെ പത്മരാഗംകൊണ്ടും നിന്റെ ഗോപുരങ്ങളെ പുഷ്പരാഗംകൊണ്ടും നിന്റെ അറ്റങ്ങളെയൊക്കെയും മനോഹരമായ കല്ലുകൊണ്ടും ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

And all your children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of your children.നിന്റെ മക്കൾ എല്ലാവരും യഹോവയാൽ ഉപദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരും നിന്റെ മക്കളുടെ സമാധാനം വലിയതും ആയിരിക്കും.

In righteousness shall you be established: you shall be far from oppression; for you shall not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near you.നീതിയാൽ നീ സ്ഥിരമായി നില്ക്കും; നീ പീഡനത്തോടെ അകന്നിരിക്കും; നിനക്കു ഭയപ്പെടുവാനില്ലല്ലോ; ഭീഷണിയോടു നീ അകന്നിരിക്കും; അതു നിന്നോടു അടുത്തുവരികയില്ല.

Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against you shall fall for your sake.ഒരുത്തൻ നിന്നോടു കലശൽ കൂടുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അതു എന്റെ ഹിതപ്രകാരമല്ല; ആരെങ്കിലും നിന്നോടു കലശൽ കൂടിയാൽ അവൻ നിന്റെ നിമിത്തം വീഴും.

Behold, I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire, and that brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the destroyer to destroy.തീക്കനൽ ഊതി പണിചെയ്തു ഓരോ ആയുധം തീർ‍ക്കുന്ന കൊല്ലനെ ഞാൻ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ സംഹാരകനെയും ഞാൻ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, says the LORD.നിനക്കു വിരോധമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു ആയുധവും ഫലിക്കയില്ല; ന്യായായവിസ്താരത്തിൽ നിനക്കു വിരോധമായി എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നാവിനെയും നീ കുറ്റം വിധിക്കും; യഹോവയുടെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ അവകാശവും എന്റെ പക്കൽ നിന്നുള്ള അവരുടെ നീതിയും ഇതു തന്നേ ആകുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
