Ezekiel 19

Moreover take you up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,നീ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പ്രഭുവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ഒരു വിലാപം ചൊല്ലേണ്ടതു:

And say, What is your mother? A lioness: she lay down among lions, she nourished her whelps among young lions.നിന്റെ അമ്മ ആരായിരുന്നു; ഒരു സിംഹി തന്നേ; അവൾ സിംഹങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ കിടന്നു തന്റെ കുട്ടികളെ ബാലസിംഹങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ വളർത്തി.

And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.അവൾ തന്റെ കുട്ടികളിൽ ഒന്നിനെ വളർത്തി; അതു ഒരു ബാലസിംഹമായിത്തീർന്നു; അതു ഇര തേടി പിടിപ്പാൻ ശീലിച്ചു, മനുഷ്യരെ തിന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.

The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.ജാതികൾ അവന്റെ വസ്തുത കേട്ടു; അവരുടെ കുഴിയിൽ അവൻ അകപ്പെട്ടു; അവർ അവനെ കൊളുത്തിട്ടു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയി.

Now when she saw that she had waited, and her hope was lost, then she took another of her whelps, and made him a young lion.എന്നാൽ അവൾ താൻ വെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ആശെക്കു ഭംഗംവന്നു എന്നു കണ്ടിട്ടു തന്റെ കുട്ടികളിൽ മറ്റൊന്നിനെ എടുത്തു ബാലസിംഹമാക്കി.

And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.അവനും സിംഹങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു ബാലസിംഹമായിത്തീർന്നു, ഇര തേടിപ്പിടിപ്പാൻ ശീലിച്ചു, മനുഷ്യരെ തിന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.

And he knew their desolate palaces, and he laid waste their cities; and the land was desolate, and the fullness thereof, by the noise of his roaring.അവൻ അവരുടെ രാജധാനികളെ അറിഞ്ഞു, അവരുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളെ ശൂന്യമാക്കി; അവന്റെ ഗർജ്ജനം ഹേതുവായി ദേശവും അതിലുള്ളതൊക്കെയും ശൂന്യമായ്പോയി.

Then the nations set against him on every side from the provinces, and spread their net over him: he was taken in their pit.അപ്പോൾ ജാതികൾ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു അവന്റെ നേരെ വന്നു അവന്റെ മേൽ വല വീശി അവൻ അവരുടെ കുഴിയിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടു.

And they put him in ward in chains, and brought him to the king of Babylon: they brought him into holds, that his voice should no more be heard upon the mountains of Israel.അവർ അവനെ കൊളുത്തിട്ടു ഒരു കൂട്ടിൽ ആക്കി ബാബേൽരാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി; ഇനി അവന്റെ നാദം യിസ്രായേൽപർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ കേൾക്കാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ അവനെ ദുർഗ്ഗങ്ങളിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി.

Your mother is like a vine in your blood, planted by the waters: she was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.നിന്റെ അമ്മ, മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തിൽ വെള്ളത്തിന്നരികെ നട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന മുന്തിരിവള്ളിപോലെയാകുന്നു; വളരെ വെള്ളമുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു അതു ഫലപ്രദവും തഴെച്ചതുമായിരുന്നു.

And she had strong rods for the sceptres of them that bare rule, and her stature was exalted among the thick branches, and she appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches.അതിൽ അധിപതികളുടെ ചെങ്കോലുകൾക്കായി ബലമുള്ള കൊമ്പുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതു തിങ്ങിയ കൊമ്പുകളുടെ ഇടയിൽ വളർന്നു പൊങ്ങിയിരുന്നു; അതു പൊക്കംകൊണ്ടും കൊമ്പുകളുടെ പെരുപ്പം കൊണ്ടും പ്രസിദ്ധമായിരുന്നു.

But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her fruit: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them.എന്നാൽ അതിനെ ക്രോധത്തോടെ പറിച്ചു നിലത്തു തള്ളിയിട്ടു; കിഴക്കൻ കാറ്റു അതിന്റെ ഫലം ഉണക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു; അതിന്റെ ബലമുള്ള കൊമ്പുകൾ ഒടിഞ്ഞു ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയി തീക്കിരയായിത്തീർന്നു.

And now she is planted in the wilderness, in a dry and thirsty ground.ഇപ്പോൾ അതിനെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ ഉണങ്ങിവരണ്ട നിലത്തു നട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, which has devoured her fruit, so that she has no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.അതിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിലെ ഒരു കോലിൽനിന്നു തീ പുറപ്പെട്ടു അതിന്റെ ഫലം ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ആധിപത്യത്തിന്നു ചെങ്കോലായിരിപ്പാൻ തക്കബലമുള്ള കോൽ അതിൽനിന്നെടുപ്പാൻ ഇല്ലാതെപോയി; ഇതു ഒരു വിലാപം; ഒരു വിലാപമായിത്തീർന്നുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

Ezekiel 20

And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me.ഏഴാം ആണ്ടു അഞ്ചാം മാസം പത്താം തിയ്യതി യിസ്രായേൽമൂപ്പന്മാരിൽ ചിലർ യഹോവയോടു അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ വന്നു എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,അപ്പോൾ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Are all of you come to enquire of me? As I live, says the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ യിസ്രായേൽമൂപ്പന്മാരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നുവോ? നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു ചോദിച്ചാൽ, എന്നാണ, ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു എന്നു അവരോടു പറയേണം.

Will you judge them, son of man, will you judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ അവരെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമോ? നീ അവരെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമോ? നീ അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ അവരോടു അറിയിച്ചുപറയേണ്ടതു:

And say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the LORD your God;യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു, യാക്കോബ്ഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ സന്തതിയോടു കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തു, മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുവെച്ചു എന്നെത്തന്നേ അവർക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയ നാളിൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയാകുന്നു എന്നു കൈ ഉയർത്തിയുംകൊണ്ടു അവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

In the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുമെന്നും ഞാൻ അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി നോക്കിവെച്ചിരുന്നതും പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്നതും സർവ്വദേശങ്ങളുടെയും മഹത്വമായിരിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദേശത്തിലേക്കു അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്നും ആ നാളിൽ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്തു.

Then said I unto them, Cast all of you away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ ഓരോരുത്തനും താന്താന്റെ കണ്ണിന്മുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ എറിഞ്ഞുകളവിൻ; മിസ്രയീമ്യ ബിംബങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ മലിനമാക്കരുതു, ഞാനത്രേ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.അവരോ എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു, എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾപ്പാൻ മനസ്സില്ലാതെ ഇരുന്നു; അവരിൽ ഒരുത്തനും തന്റെ കണ്ണിന്മുമ്പിൽ ഇരുന്ന മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ എറിഞ്ഞുകളകയോ മിസ്രയീമ്യബിംബങ്ങളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയോ ചെയ്തില്ല; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ: മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു എന്റെ കോപം അവരിൽ നിവർത്തിക്കും എന്നും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.എങ്കിലും അവരുടെ ചുറ്റും പാർക്കയും ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു എന്നെത്തന്നേ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതു കാണുകയും ചെയ്ത ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ എന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.

Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു മരുഭൂമിയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.ഞാൻ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു, എന്റെ വിധികളെ അവരെ അറിയിച്ചു; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും.

Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.ഞാൻ അവരെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു എനിക്കും അവർക്കു ഇടയിൽ അടയാളമായിരിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെയും ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു.

But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമോ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു; അവർ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചുനടക്കാതെ എന്റെ വിധികളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെയും അവർ ഏറ്റവും അശുദ്ധമാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു അവരെ സംഹരിക്കുമെന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതു കണ്ട ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിൻ നിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.

Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളോടു ചേർന്നിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കാതെ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയാൽ

Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തിരുന്നതും പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്നതും സർവ്വദേശങ്ങളുടെയും മഹത്വമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ആയ ദേശത്തേക്കു അവരെ കൊണ്ടു വരികയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തു.

Nevertheless mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.എങ്കിലും അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കയും മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവരെ മുടിച്ചുകളകയും ചെയ്യാതവണ്ണം എനിക്കു അവരോടു അയ്യോഭാവം തോന്നി.

But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk all of you not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവരുടെ മക്കളോടു: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും അരുതു;

I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയാകുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചു നടന്നു എന്റെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചു അനുഷ്ഠിപ്പിൻ;

And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that all of you may know that I am the LORD your God.എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിപ്പിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു അവ എനിക്കും നിങ്ങൾക്കും ഇടയിൽ അടയാളമായിരിക്കട്ടെ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.എന്നാൽ മക്കളും എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു; അവർ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചില്ല; എന്റെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചുനടന്നതുമില്ല; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; അവർ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ: മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു എന്റെ കോപം അവരിൽ നിവർത്തിക്കും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ എന്റെ കൈ പിൻവലിക്കയും ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതു കണ്ട ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതുനിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries;അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളെ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കാതെ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും അവരുടെ കണ്ണു അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളിലേക്കു ചെല്ലുകയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു,

Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.ഞാൻ അവരെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചിന്നിച്ചു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ചിതറിച്ചുകളയുമെന്നു മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു കൈ ഉയർത്തി അവരോടു സത്യം ചെയ്തു.

Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത ചട്ടങ്ങളെയും ജീവരക്ഷ പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ ഉതകാത്ത വിധികളെയും കൊടുത്തു.

²⁶

And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that opens the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD.ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഞാൻ അവരെ ശൂന്യമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ എല്ലാകടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെയും അഗ്നിപ്രവേശം ചെയ്യിച്ചതിൽ ഞാൻ അവരെ അവരുടെ സ്വന്തവഴിപാടുകളാൽ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി.

Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.അതുകൊണ്ടു മരുഷ്യപുത്രാ നീ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർ എന്നോടു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതിൽ എന്നെ ദുഷിക്കയുംകൂടെ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.അവർക്കു കൊടുക്കുമെന്നു ഞാൻ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്ത ദേശത്തേക്കു ഞാൻ അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നശേഷം അവർ: ഉയർന്ന എല്ലാകുന്നും തഴെച്ച സകലവൃക്ഷവും നോക്കി, അവിടെ ഹനനബലികളെ അർപ്പിക്കയും കോപ ഹേതുകമായ വഴിപാടു കഴിക്കയും സൌരഭ്യവാസന നിവേദിക്കയും പാനിയബലികളെ പകരുകയും ചെയ്തു.

Then I said unto them, What is the high place unto which all of you go? And the name whereof is called Bamah unto this day.നിങ്ങൾ പോകുന്ന പൂജാഗിരി എന്തു എന്നു ഞാൻ അവരോടു ചോദിച്ചു; ഇന്നുവരെയും അതിന്നു പൂജാഗിരി എന്നു പേർ പറഞ്ഞുവരുന്നു.

Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD; Are all of you polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit all of you whoredom after their abominations?അതുകൊണ്ടു നീ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ മര്യാദപ്രകാരം നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുവാനും അവരുടെ മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളോടു ചേർന്നു പരസംഗം ചെയ്‍വാനും പോകുന്നുവോ?

For when all of you offer your gifts, when all of you make your sons to pass through the fire, all of you pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be enquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, says the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെ കഴിക്കുന്നതിനാലും നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കളെ അഗ്നിപ്രവശേം ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതിനാലും നിങ്ങൾ ഇന്നുവരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചാൽ ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുമോ? നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചാൽ, എന്നാണ ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

And that which comes into your mind shall not be at all, that all of you say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone.നാം മരത്തെയും കല്ലിനെയും സേവിച്ചു, ജാതികളെപ്പോലെയും ദേശങ്ങളിലെ വംശങ്ങളെപ്പോലെയും ആയിത്തീരുക എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതായി നിങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സിലെ വിചാരം ഒരിക്കലും നടക്കയില്ല.

As I live, says the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:എന്നാണ, ബലമുള്ള കൈകൊണ്ടും നീട്ടിയ ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും ചൊരിയുന്ന ക്രോധംകൊണ്ടും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ഭരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein all of you are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.ബലമുള്ള കൈകൊണ്ടും നീട്ടിയ ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും ചൊരിയുന്ന ക്രോധംകൊണ്ടും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കയും നിങ്ങൾ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ശേഖരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു അവിടെവെച്ചു മുഖാമുഖമായി നിങ്ങളോടു വ്യവഹരിക്കും.

Like I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, says the Lord GOD.മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്റെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോടു ഞാൻ വ്യവഹരിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളോടും വ്യവഹരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കോലിൻ കീഴെ കടത്തി നിയമത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തും.

³⁸

And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and all of you shall know that I am the LORD.എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു അതിക്രമിക്കുന്നവരെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയും; അവർ ചെന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന രാജ്യത്തുനിന്നു ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും; എങ്കിലും യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തു അവർ കടക്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

As for you, O house of Israel, thus says the Lord GOD; Go all of you, serve all of you every one his idols, and hereafter also, if all of you will not hearken unto me: but pollute all of you my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ ചെന്നു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ സേവിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ; എന്നാൽ പിന്നെത്തേതിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കും; എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെകൊണ്ടും വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടും ഇനി അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും ഇല്ല.

For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, says the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the first-fruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതത്തിൽ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ഉന്നത പർവ്വതത്തിൽ തന്നേ, യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമൊക്കെയും ഒട്ടൊഴിയാതെ അവിടെ ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു എന്നെ സേവിക്കുമെന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു; അവിടെ ഞാൻ അവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കും; അവിടെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെയും ആദ്യദാനങ്ങളെയും സകലനിവേദ്യങ്ങളെയും ആഗ്രഹിക്കും.

I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein all of you have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു, നിങ്ങൾ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നരാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു ശേഖരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി സ്വീകരിക്കും; അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ ജാതികൾ കാൺകെ നിങ്ങളിൽ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടും.

And all of you shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊടുക്കുമെന്നു ഞാൻ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്ത ദേശമായ യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുവരുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

And there shall all of you remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein all of you have been defiled; and all of you shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that all of you have committed.അവിടെവെച്ചു നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴികളെയും നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ മലിനമാക്കിയ സകലക്രിയകളെയും ഓർക്കും; നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്ത സകല ദോഷവുംനിമിത്തം നിങ്ങൾക്കു നിങ്ങളോടു തന്നേ വെറുപ്പുതോന്നും.

And all of you shall know that I am the LORD when I have wrought with you for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O all of you house of Israel, says the Lord GOD.യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ദോഷമായുള്ള വഴികൾക്കു തക്കവണ്ണമല്ല, നിങ്ങളുടെ വഷളായുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കു തക്കവണ്ണവുമല്ല, എന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം തന്നേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Son of man, set your face toward the south, and drop your word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിന്റെ മുഖം തെക്കോട്ടു തിരിച്ചു ദക്ഷിണദേശത്തോടു പ്രസംഗിച്ചു തെക്കെദിക്കിലെ കാട്ടിനോടു പ്രവചിച്ചു തെക്കുള്ള കാട്ടിനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:

And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it shall devour every green tree in you, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾക്ക; യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിനക്കു തീ വെക്കും; അതു നിന്നിൽ പച്ചയായുള്ള സകലവൃക്ഷത്തെയും ഉണങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്ന സകലവൃക്ഷത്തെയും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന ജ്വാലകെട്ടുപോകയില്ല; തെക്കുമുതൽ വടക്കുവരെയുള്ള മുഖങ്ങളൊക്കെയും അതിനാൽ കരിഞ്ഞുപോകും.

And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അതു കത്തിച്ചു എന്നു സകലജഡവും കാണും; അതു കെട്ടുപോകയുമില്ല.

⁴⁹

Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Does he not speak parables?അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ: അയ്യോ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, ഇവൻ മറപൊരുൾ അല്ലോ പറയുന്നതു എന്നു അവർ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

Ezekiel 21

And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem, and drop your word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel,മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിന്റെ മുഖം യെരൂശലേമിന്നു നേരെ തിരിച്ചു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി പ്രസംഗിച്ചു യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി പ്രവചിച്ചു യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:

And say to the land of Israel, Thus says the LORD; Behold, I am against you, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked.യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ പുറപ്പെട്ടു എന്റെ വാൾ ഉറയിൽനിന്നു ഊരി നീതിമാനെയും ദുഷ്ടനെയും നിന്നിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

Seeing then that I will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:ഞാൻ നീതിമാനെയും ദുഷ്ടനെയും നിന്നിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളവാൻ പോകുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു, തെക്കുമുതൽ വടക്കുവരെ സകലജഡത്തിന്നും വിരോധമായി എന്റെ വാൾ ഉറയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടും.

That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ എന്റെ വാൾ ഉറയിൽനിന്നു ഊരിയെന്നു സകലജഡവും അറിയും.

Sigh therefore, you son of man, with the breaking of your loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes.അതു ഇനി മടങ്ങിപ്പോരികയില്ല. നീയോ, മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിന്റെ നടു ഒടികെ നെടുവീർപ്പിടുക; അവർ കാൺകെ കഠിനമായി നെടുവീർപ്പിടുക.

And it shall be, when they say unto you, Wherefore sigh you? that you shall answer, For the tidings; because it comes: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it comes, and shall be brought to pass, says the Lord GOD.എന്തിന്നു നെടുവീർപ്പിടുന്നു എന്നു അവർ നിന്നോടു ചോദിച്ചാൽ നീ ഉത്തരം പറയേണ്ടതു: ഒരു വർത്തമാനംനിമിത്തം തന്നേ; അതു സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോൾ സകലഹൃദയവും ഉരുകിപ്പോകും, എല്ലാകൈകളും കുഴഞ്ഞുപോകും, ഏതു മനസ്സും കലങ്ങിപ്പോകും; എല്ലാ മുഴങ്കാലും വെള്ളംപോലെ ഒഴുകിപ്പോകും; അതു വന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says the LORD; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ പ്രവചിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഒരു വാൾ; ഒരു വാൾ; അതു മൂർച്ചകൂട്ടി മിനുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറക.

It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make delight? it despises the rod of my son, as every tree.കുല നടത്തുവാൻ അതിന്നു മൂർച്ചകൂട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു; മിന്നുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അതിനെ മിനുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമുക്കു സന്തോഷിക്കാമോ? അതു എന്റെ മകന്റെ ചെങ്കോലിനെയും സകലവൃക്ഷത്തെയും നിരസിക്കുന്നു.

And he has given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer.ഉപയോഗിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവൻ അതു മിനുക്കുവാൻ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; കൊല്ലുന്നവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ കൊടുപ്പാൻ ഈ വാൾ മൂർച്ചകൂട്ടി മിനുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

Cry and wail, son of man: for it shall be upon my people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: strike therefore upon your thigh.മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിലവിളിച്ചു മുറയിടുക! അതു എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്മേലും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരുടെ മേലും വരും അവർ എന്റെ ജനത്തോടുകൂടെ വാളിന്നു ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരാകുന്നു; ആകയാൽ നീ തുടയിൽ അടിക്ക.

Because it is a trial, and what if the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more, says the Lord GOD.അതൊരു പരീക്ഷയല്ലോ; എന്നാൽ നിരസിക്കുന്ന ചെങ്കോൽ തന്നേ ഇല്ലാതെപോയാൽ എന്തു എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

You therefore, son of man, prophesy, and strike yours hands together. and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men that are slain, which enters into their privy chambers.നീയോ മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, പ്രവചിച്ചു കൈകൊട്ടുക; വാൾ, നിഹതന്മാരുടെ വാൾ തന്നേ, മുമ്മടങ്ങായി ഭവിക്കട്ടെ; നിഹതന്റെ വലിയ വാൾ അവരെ ചുറ്റുന്നു.

I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter.അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം ഉരുകിപ്പോകേണ്ടതിന്നും അവരിൽ പട്ടുപോയവർ പെരുകേണ്ടതിന്നും ഞാൻ വാളിൻ മുനയെ അവരുടെ എല്ലാ വാതിലുകൾക്കും നേരെ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അയ്യോ, അതു മിന്നൽപോലെയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതു കുലെക്കായി കൂർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

Go you one way or other, either on the right hand, or on the left, anywhere your face is set.പുറകോട്ടോ ഇടത്തോട്ടോ വലത്തോട്ടോ നിന്റെ വായ്ത്തല തിരിയുന്നെടത്തേക്കു തന്നേ പുറപ്പെടുക.

I will also strike mine hands together, and I will cause my fury to rest: I the LORD have said it.ഞാനും കൈ കൊട്ടി, എന്റെ ക്രോധത്തെ ശമിപ്പിക്കും; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അതു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

Also, you son of man, appoint you two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both two shall come forth out of one land: and choose you a place, choose it at the head of the way to the city.മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ബാബേൽ രാജാവിന്റെ വാൾ വരേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ രണ്ടു വഴി നിയമിക്ക; രണ്ടും ഒരു ദേശത്തുനിന്നു തന്നേ പുറപ്പെടേണം; ഒരു കൈചൂണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കി നഗരത്തിലേക്കുള്ള വഴിയുടെ തലെക്കൽ നാട്ടുക.

Appoint a way, that the sword may come to Rabbath of the Ammonites, and to Judah in Jerusalem the defenced.അങ്ങനെ വാൾ അമ്മോന്യരുടെ രബ്ബയിലും യെഹൂദയിൽ ഉറപ്പുള്ള യെരൂശലേമിലും വരേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ വഴി നിയമിക്ക.

For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he made his arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver.ബാബേൽരാജാവു ഇരുവഴിത്തലെക്കൽ, വഴിത്തിരിവിങ്കൽ തന്നേ, പ്രശ്നം നോക്കുവാൻ നില്ക്കുന്നു; അവൻ തന്റെ അമ്പുകളെ കുലുക്കി കുലദേവന്മാരോടു ചോദിക്കയും കരൾ നോക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.യന്ത്രമുട്ടികളെ വെക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വൻ കുലെക്കായി വായ്പിളർന്നു ആർപ്പുവിളിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വാതിലുകളുടെ നേരെ യന്ത്രമുട്ടികളെ വെക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വാട കോരി കൊത്തളം പണിയേണ്ടതിന്നും യെരൂശലേമിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പ്രശ്നം അവന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.എന്നാൽ അതു അവർക്കു വ്യാജലക്ഷണമായി തോന്നുന്നു; അവർ ആണ ഇടുവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; എന്നാൽ അവർ പിടിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ അകൃത്യം ഓർപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Because all of you have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that all of you are come to remembrance, all of you shall be taken with the hand.അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലപ്രവൃത്തികളിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങൾ പ്രത്യക്ഷമാകത്തക്കവണ്ണം നിങ്ങളുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവരുന്നതിനാൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യം ഓർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെയും ഓർത്തിരിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെ കയ്യാൽ പിടിക്കും.

And you, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day has come, when iniquity shall have an end,നിഹതനും ദുഷ്ടനുമായി യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പ്രഭുവായുള്ളോവേ, അന്ത്യാകൃത്യത്തിന്റെ കാലത്തു നിന്റെ നാൾ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

Thus says the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and bring low him that is high.യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ മകുടം നീക്കി കിരീടം എടുത്തുകളയും; അതു അങ്ങനെ ഇരിക്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ താണതിനെ ഉയർത്തുകയും ഉയർന്നതിനെ താഴ്ത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.

And you, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord GOD concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say you, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering:മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ പ്രവചിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടതു: അമ്മോന്യരെക്കുറിച്ചും അവരുടെ നിന്ദയെക്കുറിച്ചും യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു:

While they see vanity unto you, while they divine a lie unto you, to bring you upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day has come, when their iniquity shall have an end.അന്ത്യാകൃത്യത്തിന്റെ കാലത്തു, നാൾ വന്നവരായി ദുഷ്ടന്മാരായ നിഹതന്മാരുടെ കഴുത്തിൽ വെക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ നിനക്കു വ്യാജം ദർശിക്കുന്ന നേരത്തും നിനക്കു ഭോഷ്കുലക്ഷണം പറയുന്ന നേരത്തും ഒരു വാൾ, ഒരു വാൾ ഊരിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതു മിന്നൽപോലെ മിന്നേണ്ടതിന്നും തിന്നുകളയേണ്ടതിന്നും കുലെക്കായി മിനുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറക.

Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge you in the place where you were created, in the land of your nativity.അതിനെ ഉറയിൽ ഇടുക; നീ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലത്തു, നിന്റെ ജന്മദേശത്തു തന്നേ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കും,

And I will pour out mine indignation upon you, I will blow against you in the fire of my wrath, and deliver you into the hand of brutish men, and skilful to destroy.ഞാൻ എന്റെ ക്രോധം നിന്റെമേൽ പകർന്നു എന്റെ കോപാഗ്നി നിന്റെമേൽ ഊതി, മൃഗപ്രായരും നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ മിടുക്കന്മാരുമായ മനുഷ്യരുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നെ ഏല്പിക്കും.

You shall be for fuel to the fire; your blood shall be in the midst of the land; you shall be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.നീ തീക്കിരയായ്തീരും; നിന്റെ രക്തം നിന്റെ ദേശത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽ ഇരിക്കും; നിന്നെ ഇനി ആരും ഓർക്കയില്ല; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അതു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
