Psalms 142

I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.ഞാൻ യഹോവയോടു ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ യഹോവയോടു യാചിക്കുന്നു.

I poured out my complaint before him; I showed before him my trouble.അവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ സങ്കടം പകരുന്നു; എന്റെ കഷ്ടത ഞാൻ അവനെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privately laid a snare for me.എന്റെ ആത്മാവു എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിഷാദിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ നീ എന്റെ പാതയെ അറിയുന്നു. ഞാൻ നടക്കുന്ന പാതയിൽ അവർ എനിക്കു ഒരു കണി ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.വലത്തോട്ടു നോക്കി കാണേണമേ; എന്നെ അറിയുന്നവൻ ആരുമില്ലല്ലോ. ശരണം എനിക്കു പോയ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു വേണ്ടി ആരും കരുതുന്നില്ല.

I cried unto you, O LORD: I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; നീ എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു എന്റെ ഓഹരിയും ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.എന്റെ നിലവിളിക്കു ചെവി തരേണമേ. ഞാൻ ഏറ്റവും എളിമപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്നവർ എന്നിലും ബലവാന്മാരാകയാൽ അവരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.

Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise your name: the righteous shall compass me about; for you shall deal bountifully with me.ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കാരാഗൃഹത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കേണമേ; നീ എന്നോടു ഉപകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കയാൽ നീതിമാന്മാർ എന്റെ ചുറ്റം വന്നുകൂടും.

Psalms 143

Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in your faithfulness answer me, and in your righteousness.യഹോവേ, എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേട്ടു, എന്റെ യാചനകൾക്കു ചെവിതരേണമേ; നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തതയാലും നീതിയാലും എനിക്കുത്തരമരുളേണമേ.

And enter not into judgment with your servant: for in your sight shall no man living be justified.അടിയനെ ന്യായവിസ്താരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കരുതെ; ജീവനുള്ളവൻ ആരും തിരുസന്നിധിയിൽ നീതിമാനാകയില്ലല്ലോ.

For the enemy has persecuted my soul; he has smitten my life down to the ground; he has made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.ശത്രു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ എന്നെ നിലത്തിട്ടു തകർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; പണ്ടേ മരിച്ചവരെപ്പോലെ അവൻ എന്നെ ഇരുട്ടിൽ പാർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.ആകയാൽ എന്റെ മനം എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിഷാദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ സ്തംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

I remember the days of old; I meditate on all your works; I meditate on the work of your hands.ഞാൻ പണ്ടത്തെ നാളുകളെ ഓർക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ സകലപ്രവൃത്തികളെയും ഞാൻ ധ്യാനിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ ഞാൻ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു.

I stretch forth my hands unto you: my soul thirsts after you, as a thirsty land. Selah.ഞാൻ എന്റെ കൈകളെ നിങ്കലേക്കു മലർത്തുന്നു; വരണ്ട നിലംപോലെ എന്റെ പ്രാണൻ നിനക്കായി ദാഹിക്കുന്നു. സേലാ.

Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit fails: hide not your face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.യഹോവേ, വേഗം എനിക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളേണമേ; എന്റെ ആത്മാവു കാംക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരെപ്പോലെ ആകാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിന്റെ മുഖത്തെ എനിക്കു മറെക്കരുതേ.

Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning; for in you do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto you.രാവിലെ നിന്റെ ദയ എന്നെ കേൾക്കുമാറാക്കേണമേ; ഞാൻ നിന്നിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; ഞാൻ നടക്കേണ്ടുന്ന വഴി എന്നെ അറിയിക്കേണമേ; ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഉള്ളം നിങ്കലേക്കു ഉയർത്തുന്നുവല്ലോ.

Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto you to hide me.യഹോവേ, എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഞാൻ മറവിന്നായി വരുന്നു.

Teach me to do your will; for you are my God: your spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.നിന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം ചെയ്‍വാൻ എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണമേ. നീ എന്റെ ദൈവമാകുന്നുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ നല്ല ആത്മാവു നേർന്നിലത്തിൽ എന്നെ നടത്തുമാറാകട്ടെ.

Restore life in me, O LORD, for your name's sake: for your righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം എന്നെ ജീവിപ്പിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ നീതിയാൽ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കഷ്ടതയിൽനിന്നു ഉദ്ധരിക്കേണമേ.

And of your mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am your servant.നിന്റെ ദയയാൽ എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ സംഹരിക്കേണമേ; എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നവരെ ഒക്കെയും നശിപ്പിക്കേണമേ; ഞാൻ നിന്റെ ദാസൻ ആകുന്നുവല്ലോ.

Psalms 144

Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:എന്റെ പാറയാകുന്ന യഹോവ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവൻ; അവൻ യുദ്ധത്തിന്നു എന്റെ കൈകളെയും പോരിന്നു എന്റെ വിരലുകളെയും അഭ്യസിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdues my people under me.എന്റെ ദയയും എന്റെ കോട്ടയും എന്റെ ഗോപുരവും എന്റെ രക്ഷകനും എന്റെ പരിചയും ഞാൻ ശരണമാക്കിയവനും എന്റെ ജനത്തെ എനിക്കു കീഴാക്കിത്തരുന്നവനും അവൻ തന്നേ.

LORD, what is man, that you take knowledge of him! or the son of man, that you make account of him!യഹോവേ, മനുഷ്യനെ നീ ഗണ്യമാക്കുവാൻ അവൻ എന്തു? മർത്യപുത്രനെ നീ വിചാരിപ്പാൻ അവൻ എന്തുമാത്രം?

Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passes away.മനുഷ്യൻ ഒരു ശ്വാസത്തിന്നു തുല്യമത്രെ. അവന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം കടന്നുപോകുന്ന നിഴൽപോലെയാകുന്നു.

Bow your heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.യഹോവേ, ആകാശം ചായിച്ചു ഇറങ്ങിവരേണമേ; പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ പുകയുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവയെ തൊടേണമേ.

Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out yours arrows, and destroy them.മിന്നലിനെ അയച്ചു അവരെ ചിതറിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ അസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ എയ്തു അവരെ തോല്പിക്കേണമേ.

Send yours hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;ഉയരത്തിൽനിന്നു തൃക്കൈ നീട്ടി എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ; പെരുവെള്ളത്തിൽനിന്നും അന്യജാതിക്കാരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ!

Whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.അവരുടെ വായ് ഭോഷ്കു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ വലങ്കൈ വ്യാജമുള്ള വലങ്കയ്യാകുന്നു.

I will sing a new song unto you, O God: upon a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto you.ദൈവമേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു പുതിയോരു പാട്ടുപാടും; പത്തു കമ്പിയുള്ള വീണകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിനക്കു കീർത്തനം ചെയ്യും.

It is he that gives salvation unto kings: who delivers David his servant from the hurtful sword.നീ രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കു ജയം നല്കുകയും നിന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദിനെ ദോഷകരമായ വാളിങ്കൽനിന്നു രക്ഷിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവല്ലോ.

Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaks vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:അന്യജാതിക്കാരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിച്ചു രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; അവരുടെ വായ് ഭോഷ്കു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ വലങ്കൈ വ്യാജമുള്ള വലങ്കയ്യാകുന്നു.

That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the embodiment of a palace:ഞങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ ബാല്യത്തിൽ തഴെച്ചു വളരുന്ന തൈകൾപോലെയും ഞങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രിമാർ അരമനയുടെ മാതിരിയായി കൊത്തിയ മൂലത്തൂണുകൾപോലെയും ഇരിക്കട്ടെ.

That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:ഞങ്ങളുടെ കളപ്പുരകൾ വിവിധധാന്യം നല്കുവാന്തക്കവണ്ണം നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കട്ടെ. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആടുകൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പുല്പുറങ്ങളിൽ ആയിരമായും പതിനായിരമായും പെറ്റുപെരുകട്ടെ.

That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.ഞങ്ങളുടെ കാളകൾ ചുമടു ചുമക്കട്ടെ; മതിൽ തകർക്കുന്നതും പടെക്കു പുറപ്പെടുന്നതും ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീഥികളിൽ നിലവിളിയും ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കട്ടെ.

Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.ഈ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന ജനം ഭാഗ്യമുള്ളതു; യഹോവ ദൈവമായിരിക്കുന്ന ജനം ഭാഗ്യമുള്ളതു തന്നെ.
