Revelation 8

And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.അവൻ ഏഴാം മുദ്രപൊട്ടിച്ചപ്പോൾ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം അര മണിക്കൂറോളം മൌനത ഉണ്ടായി.

And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.അപ്പോൾ ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ഏഴു ദൂതന്മാർ നില്ക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ടു; അവർക്കു ഏഴു കാഹളം ലഭിച്ചു.

And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.മറ്റൊരു ദൂതൻ ഒരു സ്വർണ്ണധൂപകലശവുമായി വന്നു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നരികെ നിന്നു. സീംഹാസനത്തിൻ മുമ്പിലുള്ള സ്വർണ്ണപീഠത്തിൻ മേൽ സകലവിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെയും പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടു ചേർക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വളരെ ധൂപവർഗ്ഗം അവന്നു കൊടുത്തു.

And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.ധൂപവർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ പൂക വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടുകൂടെ ദൂതന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു ദൈവസന്നിധിയിലേക്കു കയറി.

And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.ദൂതൻ ധൂപകലശം എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിലെ കനൽ നിറെച്ചു ഭൂമിയിലേക്കു എറിഞ്ഞു; ഉടനെ ഇടിമുഴക്കവും നാദവും മിന്നലും ഭൂകമ്പവും ഉണ്ടായി.

And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.ഏഴു കാഹളമുള്ള ദൂതന്മാർ ഏഴുവരും കാഹളം ഊതുവാൻ ഒരുങ്ങിനിന്നു.

The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.ഒന്നാമത്തവൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ രക്തം കലർന്ന കല്മഴയും തീയും ഭൂമിമേൽ ചൊരിഞ്ഞിട്ടു ഭൂമിയിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു വെന്തുപോയി; വൃക്ഷങ്ങളിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു വെന്തുപോയി; എല്ലാ പച്ചപ്പുല്ലും വെന്തുപോയി.

And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;രണ്ടാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ തീ കത്തുന്ന വൻമലപോലെയൊന്നു സമുദ്രത്തിലേക്കു എറിഞ്ഞിട്ടു കടലിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു രക്തമായിത്തീർന്നു.

And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.സമുദ്രത്തിൽ പ്രാണനുള്ള സൃഷ്ടികളിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു ചത്തുപോയി; കപ്പലുകളിലും മൂന്നിലൊന്നു ചേതം വന്നു.

And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;മൂന്നാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ ദീപം പോലെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന ഒരു മഹാ നക്ഷത്രം ആകാശത്തുനിന്നു വീണു; നദികളിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നിന്മേലും നീരുറവുകളിന്മേലും ആയിരുന്നു വീണതു.

And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.ആ നക്ഷത്രത്തിന്നു കാഞ്ഞിരം എന്നു പേർ; വെള്ളത്തിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു കാഞ്ഞിരംപോലെ ആയി; വെള്ളം കൈപ്പായതിനാൽ മനുഷ്യരിൽ പലരും മരിച്ചുപോയി.

And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.നാലാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ സൂര്യനിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നിനും ചന്ദ്രനിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നിന്നും നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നിന്നും ബാധ തട്ടി; അവയിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു ഇരുണ്ടുപോയി രാവും പകലും മൂന്നിലൊന്നു വെളിച്ചമില്ലാതെയായി.

And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the citizens of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!അനന്തരം ഒരു കഴുകു: ഇനി കാഹളം ഊതുവാനുള്ള മൂന്നു ദൂതന്മാരുടെ കാഹളനാദം ഹേതുവായി ഭൂവാസികൾക്കു കഷ്ടം, കഷ്ടം, കഷ്ടം എന്നു ഉറക്കെ പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു ആകാശമദ്ധ്യേ പറക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കാൺകയും കേൾക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

Revelation 9

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.അഞ്ചാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ ഒരു നക്ഷത്രം ആകാശത്തുനിന്നു ഭൂമിയിൽ വീണുകിടക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ടു; അവന്നു അഗാധകൂപത്തിന്റെ താക്കോൽ ലഭിച്ചു.

And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.അവൻ അഗാധകൂപം തുറന്നു; ഉടനെ പെരുഞ്ചൂളയിലെ പുകപോലെ കൂപത്തിൽനിന്നു പുകപൊങ്ങി; കൂപത്തിന്റെ പുകയാൽ സൂര്യനും ആകാശവും ഇരുണ്ടുപോയി.

And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.പുകയിൽനിന്നു വെട്ടുക്കിളി ഭൂമിയിൽ പുറപ്പെട്ടു അതിന്നു ഭൂമിയിലെ തേളിന്നുള്ള ശക്തി ലഭിച്ചു.

And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.നെറ്റിയിൽ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുദ്രയില്ലാത്ത മനുഷ്യർക്കല്ലാതെ ഭൂമിയിലെ പുല്ലിന്നും പച്ചയായതൊന്നിന്നും യാതൊരു വൃക്ഷത്തിന്നും കേടുവരുത്തരുതു എന്നു അതിന്നു കല്പന ഉണ്ടായി.

And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he strikes a man.അവരെ കൊല്ലുവാനല്ല, അഞ്ചുമാസം ദണ്ഡിപ്പിപ്പാനത്രേ അതിന്നു അധികാരം ലഭിച്ചതു; അവരുടെ വേദന, തേൾ മനുഷ്യനെ കുത്തുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള വേദനപോലെ തന്നേ.

And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.ആ കാലത്തു മനുഷ്യർ മരണം അന്വേഷിക്കും; കാൺകയില്ലതാനും; മരിപ്പാൻ കൊതിക്കും; മരണം അവരെ വിട്ടു ഓടിപ്പോകും.

And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.വെട്ടുക്കിളിയുടെ രൂപം യുദ്ധത്തിന്നു ചമയിച്ച കുതിരെക്കു സമം; തലയിൽ പൊൻകിരീടം ഉള്ളതുപോലെയും മുഖം മാനുഷമുഖംപോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു.

And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.സ്ത്രീകളുടെ മുടിപോലെ അതിന്നു മുടി ഉണ്ടു; പല്ലു സിംഹത്തിന്റെ പല്ലുപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.

And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.ഇരിമ്പുകവചംപോലെ കവചം ഉണ്ടു; ചിറകിന്റെ ഒച്ച പടെക്കു ഓടുന്ന അനേകം കുതിരത്തേരുകളുടെ ഒച്ചപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.

And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.തേളിന്നുള്ളതുപോലെ വാലും വിഷമുള്ളും ഉണ്ടു; മനുഷ്യരെ അഞ്ചുമാസം ഉപദ്രവിപ്പാൻ അതിന്നുള്ള ശക്തി വാലിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.

And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue has his name Apollyon.അഗാധദൂതൻ അതിന്നു രാജാവായിരുന്നു; അവന്നു എബ്രായഭാഷയിൽ അബദ്ദോൻ എന്നും യവനഭാഷയിൽ അപ്പൊല്ലുവോൻ എന്നും പേർ.

One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.കഷ്ടം ഒന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞു; ഇനി രണ്ടു കഷ്ടം പിന്നാലെ വരുന്നു.

And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,ആറാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ ഊതി; അപ്പോൾ ദൈവസന്നിധിയിലെ സ്വർണ്ണ പീഠത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിൽനിന്നു ഒരു ശബ്ദം കാഹളമുള്ള ആറാം ദൂതനോടു:

Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.യുഫ്രാത്തേസ് എന്ന മഹാനദീതീരത്തു ബന്ധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നാലു ദൂതന്മാരെയും അഴിച്ചുവിടുക എന്നു പറയുന്നതു ഞാൻ കേട്ടു.

And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, in order to slay the third part of men.ഉടനെ മനുഷ്യരിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നിനെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ ഇന്ന ആണ്ടു, മാസം, ദിവസം, നാഴികെക്കു ഒരുങ്ങിയിരുന്ന നാലു ദൂതന്മാരെയും അഴിച്ചുവിട്ടു.

And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.കുതിരപ്പടയുടെ സംഖ്യപതിനായിരം മടങ്ങു ഇരുപതിനായിരം എന്നു ഞാൻ കേട്ടു.

And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.ഞാൻ കുതിരകളെയും കുതിരപ്പുറത്തു ഇരിക്കുന്നവരെയും ദർശനത്തിൽ കണ്ടതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നാൽ അവർക്കു തീനിറവും രക്തനീലവും ഗന്ധകവർണ്ണവുമായ കവചം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; കുതിരകളുടെ തല സിംഹങ്ങളുടെ തലപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; വായിൽ നിന്നു തീയും പുകയും ഗന്ധകവും പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.വായിൽ നിന്നു പറപ്പെടുന്ന തീ, പുക, ഗന്ധകം എന്നീ മൂന്നു ബാധയാൽ മനുഷ്യരിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്നു മരിച്ചുപോയി.

For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.കുതിരകളുടെ ശക്തി വായിലും വാലിലും ആയിരുന്നു; വാലോ സർപ്പത്തെപ്പോലെയും തലയുള്ളതും ആയിരുന്നു;

And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:ഇവയാലത്രേ കേടു വരുത്തുന്നതു. ഈ ബാധകളാൽ മരിച്ചുപോകാത്ത ശേഷം മനുഷ്യരോ ദുർഭൂതങ്ങളെയും, കാണ്മാനും കേൾപ്പാനും നടപ്പാനും വഹിയാത്ത പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, ചെമ്പു, കല്ലു, മരം ഇവകൊണ്ടുള്ള ബിംബങ്ങളെയും നമസ്കരിക്കാതവണ്ണം തങ്ങളുടെ കൈപ്പണി വിട്ടു മാനസാന്തരപ്പെട്ടില്ല.

Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.തങ്ങളുടെ കുലപാതകം, ക്ഷുദ്രം, ദുർന്നടപ്പു, മോഷണം എന്നിവ വിട്ടു മാനസാന്തരപ്പെട്ടതുമില്ല.

Revelation 10

And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:ബലവാനായ മറ്റൊരു ദൂതൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്നിറങ്ങുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ടു. അവൻ മേഘം ഉടുത്തും തലയിൽ ആകാശവില്ലുധരിച്ചും മുഖം സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെയും കാൽ തീത്തൂണുപോലെയും ഉള്ളവൻ.

And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ തുറന്നോരു ചെറുപുസ്തകം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവൻ വലങ്കാൽ സമുദ്രത്തിന്മേലും

And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.ഇടങ്കാൽ ഭൂമിമേലും വെച്ചു, സിംഹം അലറുംപോലെ അത്യുച്ചത്തിൽ ആർത്തു; ആർത്തപ്പോൾ ഏഴു ഇടിയും നാദം മുഴക്കി.

And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.ഏഴു ഇടി നാദം മുഴക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ എഴുതുവാൻ ഭാവിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ ഏഴു ഇടി മുഴക്കിയതു എഴുതാതെ മുദ്രയിട്ടേക്ക എന്നു സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്നു ഒരുശബ്ദം കേട്ടു.

And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,സമുദ്രത്തിന്മേലും ഭൂമിമേലും നില്ക്കുന്നവനായി ഞാൻ കണ്ട ദൂതൻ വലങ്കൈ ആകാശത്തെക്കു ഉയർത്തി:

And swore by him that lives for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:ഇനി കാലം ഉണ്ടാകയില്ല; ഏഴാമത്തെ ദൂതൻ കാഹളം ഊതുവാനിരിക്കുന്ന നാദത്തിന്റെ കാലത്തു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മർമ്മം അവൻ തന്റെ ദാസന്മാരായ പ്രവാചകന്മാർക്കു അറിയിച്ചു കൊടുത്തതുപോലെ നിവൃത്തിയാകുമെന്നു ആകാശവും അതിലുള്ളതും

But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he has declared to his servants the prophets.ഭൂമിയും അതിലുള്ളതും സമുദ്രവും അതിലുള്ളതും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവനായി എന്നെന്നേക്കും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവനെച്ചൊല്ലി സത്യം ചെയ്തു.

And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands upon the sea and upon the earth.ഞാൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്നു കേട്ട ശബ്ദം പിന്നെയും എന്നോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: നീ ചെന്നു സമുദ്രത്തിന്മേലും ഭൂമിമേലും നില്ക്കുന്ന ദൂതന്റെ കയ്യിൽ തുറന്നിരിക്കുന്ന പുസ്തകം വാങ്ങുക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make your belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey.ഞാൻ ദൂതന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു ആ ചെറുപുസ്തകം തരുവാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ എന്നോടു: നീ ഇതു വാങ്ങി തിന്നുക; അതു നിന്റെ വയറ്റിനെ കൈപ്പിക്കും എങ്കിലും വായിൽ തേൻ പോലെ മധുരിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.ഞാൻ ദൂതന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു ചെറുപുസ്തകം വാങ്ങിതിന്നു; അതു എന്റെ വായിൽ തേൻ പോലെ മധുരമായിരുന്നു; തിന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എന്റെ വയറു കൈച്ചുപോയി.

And he said unto me, You must prophesy again before many races and tribes, and nations, and tongues, and kings.അവൻ എന്നോടു: നീ ഇനിയും അനേകം വംശങ്ങളെയും ജാതികളെയും ഭാഷകളെയും രാജാക്കന്മാരെയും കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിക്കേണ്ടിവരും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
