Ezekiel 20

English: And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the LORD, and sat before me.

Malayalam: ഏഴാം ആണ്ടു അഞ്ചാം മാസം പത്താം തിയ്യതി യിസ്രായേൽമൂപ്പന്മാരിൽ ചിലർ യഹോവയോടു അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ വന്നു എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

English: Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

English: Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Are all of you come to enquire of me? As I live, says the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ യിസ്രായേൽമൂപ്പന്മാരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നുവോ? നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു ചോദിച്ചാൽ, എന്നാണ, ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു എന്നു അവരോടു പറയേണം.

English: Will you judge them, son of man, will you judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ അവരെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമോ? നീ അവരെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമോ? നീ അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ അവരോടു അറിയിച്ചുപറയേണ്ടതു:

English: And say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the LORD your God;

Malayalam: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു, യാക്കോബ്ഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ സന്തതിയോടു കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തു, മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുവെച്ചു എന്നെത്തന്നേ അവർക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയ നാളിൽ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയാകുന്നു എന്നു കൈ ഉയർത്തിയുംകൊണ്ടു അവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: In the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുമെന്നും ഞാൻ അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി നോക്കിവെച്ചിരുന്നതും പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്നതും സർവ്വദേശങ്ങളുടെയും മഹത്വമായിരിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദേശത്തിലേക്കു അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്നും ആ നാളിൽ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്തു.

English: Then said I unto them, Cast all of you away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Malayalam: അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ ഓരോരുത്തനും താന്താന്റെ കണ്ണിന്മുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ എറിഞ്ഞുകളവിൻ; മിസ്രയീമ്യ ബിംബങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ മലിനമാക്കരുതു, ഞാനത്രേ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

English: But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

Malayalam: അവരോ എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു, എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾപ്പാൻ മനസ്സില്ലാതെ ഇരുന്നു; അവരിൽ ഒരുത്തനും തന്റെ കണ്ണിന്മുമ്പിൽ ഇരുന്ന മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ എറിഞ്ഞുകളകയോ മിസ്രയീമ്യബിംബങ്ങളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയോ ചെയ്തില്ല; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ: മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു എന്റെ കോപം അവരിൽ നിവർത്തിക്കും എന്നും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും അവരുടെ ചുറ്റും പാർക്കയും ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു എന്നെത്തന്നേ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതു കാണുകയും ചെയ്ത ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ എന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.

English: Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ അവരെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു മരുഭൂമിയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

English: And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു, എന്റെ വിധികളെ അവരെ അറിയിച്ചു; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും.

English: Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു എനിക്കും അവർക്കു ഇടയിൽ അടയാളമായിരിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെയും ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു.

English: But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമോ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു; അവർ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചുനടക്കാതെ എന്റെ വിധികളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെയും അവർ ഏറ്റവും അശുദ്ധമാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു അവരെ സംഹരിക്കുമെന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതു കണ്ട ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിൻ നിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.

English: Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;

Malayalam: അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളോടു ചേർന്നിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കാതെ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയാൽ

English: Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തിരുന്നതും പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്നതും സർവ്വദേശങ്ങളുടെയും മഹത്വമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ആയ ദേശത്തേക്കു അവരെ കൊണ്ടു വരികയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തു.

English: Nevertheless mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കയും മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവരെ മുടിച്ചുകളകയും ചെയ്യാതവണ്ണം എനിക്കു അവരോടു അയ്യോഭാവം തോന്നി.

English: But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk all of you not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവരുടെ മക്കളോടു: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിക്കരുതു; അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും അരുതു;

English: I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയാകുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചു നടന്നു എന്റെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചു അനുഷ്ഠിപ്പിൻ;

English: And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that all of you may know that I am the LORD your God.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിപ്പിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു അവ എനിക്കും നിങ്ങൾക്കും ഇടയിൽ അടയാളമായിരിക്കട്ടെ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

English: Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ മക്കളും എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു; അവർ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചില്ല; എന്റെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചുനടന്നതുമില്ല; അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ അവയാൽ ജീവിക്കും; അവർ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ: മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു എന്റെ ക്രോധം അവരുടെമേൽ പകർന്നു എന്റെ കോപം അവരിൽ നിവർത്തിക്കും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ എന്റെ കൈ പിൻവലിക്കയും ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതു കണ്ട ജാതികളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ എന്റെ നാമം അശുദ്ധമാകാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതുനിമിത്തം പ്രവർത്തിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

English: I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries;

Malayalam: അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളെ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കാതെ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചു എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും അവരുടെ കണ്ണു അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളിലേക്കു ചെല്ലുകയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു,

English: Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചിന്നിച്ചു രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ചിതറിച്ചുകളയുമെന്നു മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു കൈ ഉയർത്തി അവരോടു സത്യം ചെയ്തു.

English: Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവർക്കു കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത ചട്ടങ്ങളെയും ജീവരക്ഷ പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ ഉതകാത്ത വിധികളെയും കൊടുത്തു.

English: And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that opens the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഞാൻ അവരെ ശൂന്യമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ എല്ലാകടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെയും അഗ്നിപ്രവേശം ചെയ്യിച്ചതിൽ ഞാൻ അവരെ അവരുടെ സ്വന്തവഴിപാടുകളാൽ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി.

English: Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു മരുഷ്യപുത്രാ നീ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർ എന്നോടു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതിൽ എന്നെ ദുഷിക്കയുംകൂടെ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.

Malayalam: അവർക്കു കൊടുക്കുമെന്നു ഞാൻ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്ത ദേശത്തേക്കു ഞാൻ അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നശേഷം അവർ: ഉയർന്ന എല്ലാകുന്നും തഴെച്ച സകലവൃക്ഷവും നോക്കി, അവിടെ ഹനനബലികളെ അർപ്പിക്കയും കോപ ഹേതുകമായ വഴിപാടു കഴിക്കയും സൌരഭ്യവാസന നിവേദിക്കയും പാനിയബലികളെ പകരുകയും ചെയ്തു.

English: Then I said unto them, What is the high place unto which all of you go? And the name whereof is called Bamah unto this day.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ പോകുന്ന പൂജാഗിരി എന്തു എന്നു ഞാൻ അവരോടു ചോദിച്ചു; ഇന്നുവരെയും അതിന്നു പൂജാഗിരി എന്നു പേർ പറഞ്ഞുവരുന്നു.

English: Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD; Are all of you polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit all of you whoredom after their abominations?

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു നീ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ മര്യാദപ്രകാരം നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുവാനും അവരുടെ മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളോടു ചേർന്നു പരസംഗം ചെയ്‍വാനും പോകുന്നുവോ?

English: For when all of you offer your gifts, when all of you make your sons to pass through the fire, all of you pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be enquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, says the Lord GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെ കഴിക്കുന്നതിനാലും നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കളെ അഗ്നിപ്രവശേം ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതിനാലും നിങ്ങൾ ഇന്നുവരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചാൽ ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുമോ? നിങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചാൽ, എന്നാണ ഞാൻ ഉത്തരമരുളുകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And that which comes into your mind shall not be at all, that all of you say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone.

Malayalam: നാം മരത്തെയും കല്ലിനെയും സേവിച്ചു, ജാതികളെപ്പോലെയും ദേശങ്ങളിലെ വംശങ്ങളെപ്പോലെയും ആയിത്തീരുക എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതായി നിങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സിലെ വിചാരം ഒരിക്കലും നടക്കയില്ല.

English: As I live, says the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:

Malayalam: എന്നാണ, ബലമുള്ള കൈകൊണ്ടും നീട്ടിയ ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും ചൊരിയുന്ന ക്രോധംകൊണ്ടും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ഭരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein all of you are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.

Malayalam: ബലമുള്ള കൈകൊണ്ടും നീട്ടിയ ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും ചൊരിയുന്ന ക്രോധംകൊണ്ടും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കയും നിങ്ങൾ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ശേഖരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

English: And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു അവിടെവെച്ചു മുഖാമുഖമായി നിങ്ങളോടു വ്യവഹരിക്കും.

English: Like I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, says the Lord GOD.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തിന്റെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോടു ഞാൻ വ്യവഹരിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളോടും വ്യവഹരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കോലിൻ കീഴെ കടത്തി നിയമത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തും.

English: And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and all of you shall know that I am the LORD.

Malayalam: എന്നോടു മത്സരിച്ചു അതിക്രമിക്കുന്നവരെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയും; അവർ ചെന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന രാജ്യത്തുനിന്നു ഞാൻ അവരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും; എങ്കിലും യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തു അവർ കടക്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

English: As for you, O house of Israel, thus says the Lord GOD; Go all of you, serve all of you every one his idols, and hereafter also, if all of you will not hearken unto me: but pollute all of you my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ ചെന്നു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ സേവിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ; എന്നാൽ പിന്നെത്തേതിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കും; എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെകൊണ്ടും വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടും ഇനി അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും ഇല്ല.

English: For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, says the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the first-fruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.

Malayalam: എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതത്തിൽ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ഉന്നത പർവ്വതത്തിൽ തന്നേ, യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമൊക്കെയും ഒട്ടൊഴിയാതെ അവിടെ ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു എന്നെ സേവിക്കുമെന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു; അവിടെ ഞാൻ അവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കും; അവിടെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളെയും ആദ്യദാനങ്ങളെയും സകലനിവേദ്യങ്ങളെയും ആഗ്രഹിക്കും.

English: I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein all of you have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു, നിങ്ങൾ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നരാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു ശേഖരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായി സ്വീകരിക്കും; അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ ജാതികൾ കാൺകെ നിങ്ങളിൽ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടും.

English: And all of you shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊടുക്കുമെന്നു ഞാൻ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്ത ദേശമായ യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുവരുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

English: And there shall all of you remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein all of you have been defiled; and all of you shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that all of you have committed.

Malayalam: അവിടെവെച്ചു നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴികളെയും നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ മലിനമാക്കിയ സകലക്രിയകളെയും ഓർക്കും; നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്ത സകല ദോഷവുംനിമിത്തം നിങ്ങൾക്കു നിങ്ങളോടു തന്നേ വെറുപ്പുതോന്നും.

English: And all of you shall know that I am the LORD when I have wrought with you for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O all of you house of Israel, says the Lord GOD.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ദോഷമായുള്ള വഴികൾക്കു തക്കവണ്ണമല്ല, നിങ്ങളുടെ വഷളായുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കു തക്കവണ്ണവുമല്ല, എന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം തന്നേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Malayalam: യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

English: Son of man, set your face toward the south, and drop your word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിന്റെ മുഖം തെക്കോട്ടു തിരിച്ചു ദക്ഷിണദേശത്തോടു പ്രസംഗിച്ചു തെക്കെദിക്കിലെ കാട്ടിനോടു പ്രവചിച്ചു തെക്കുള്ള കാട്ടിനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:

English: And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it shall devour every green tree in you, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.

Malayalam: യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾക്ക; യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ നിനക്കു തീ വെക്കും; അതു നിന്നിൽ പച്ചയായുള്ള സകലവൃക്ഷത്തെയും ഉണങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്ന സകലവൃക്ഷത്തെയും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന ജ്വാലകെട്ടുപോകയില്ല; തെക്കുമുതൽ വടക്കുവരെയുള്ള മുഖങ്ങളൊക്കെയും അതിനാൽ കരിഞ്ഞുപോകും.

English: And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.

Malayalam: യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അതു കത്തിച്ചു എന്നു സകലജഡവും കാണും; അതു കെട്ടുപോകയുമില്ല.

English: Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Does he not speak parables?

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ: അയ്യോ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, ഇവൻ മറപൊരുൾ അല്ലോ പറയുന്നതു എന്നു അവർ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
