Psalms 104

English: Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with honour and majesty.

Malayalam: എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, നീ ഏറ്റവും വലിയവൻ; മഹത്വവും തേജസ്സും നീ ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു;

English: Who cover yourself with light as with a garment: who stretch out the heavens like a curtain:

Malayalam: വസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കുമ്പോലെ നീ പ്രകാശത്തെ ധരിക്കുന്നു; തിരശ്ശീലപോലെ നീ ആകാശത്തെ വിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Who lays the beams of his chambers in the waters: who makes the clouds his chariot: who walks upon the wings of the wind:

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ മാളികകളുടെ തുലാങ്ങളെ വെള്ളത്തിന്മേൽ നിരത്തുന്നു; മേഘങ്ങളെ തന്റെ തേരാക്കി, കാറ്റിൻ ചിറകിന്മേൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Who makes his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

Malayalam: അവൻ കാറ്റുകളെ തന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരും അഗ്നിജ്വാലയെ തന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷകന്മാരും ആക്കുന്നു.

English: Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

Malayalam: അവൻ ഭൂമിയെ അതൊരിക്കലും ഇളകിപ്പോകാതവണ്ണം അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിന്മേൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചരിക്കുന്നു.

English: You covered it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

Malayalam: നീ അതിനെ വസ്ത്രംകൊണ്ടെന്നപോലെ ആഴികൊണ്ടു മൂടി; വെള്ളം പർവ്വതങ്ങൾക്കു മീതെ നിന്നു.

English: At your rebuke they fled; at the voice of your thunder they hasted away.

Malayalam: അവ നിന്റെ ശാസനയാൽ ഓടിപ്പോയി; നിന്റെ ഇടിമുഴക്കത്താൽ അവ ബദ്ധപ്പെട്ടു -

English: They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which you have founded for them.

Malayalam: മലകൾ പൊങ്ങി, താഴ്വരകൾ താണു - നീ അവെക്കു നിശ്ചയിച്ച സ്ഥലത്തേക്കു വാങ്ങിപ്പോയി;

English: You have set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

Malayalam: ഭൂമിയെ മൂടുവാൻ മടങ്ങിവരാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അവെക്കു കടന്നുകൂടാത്ത ഒരു അതിർ ഇട്ടു.

English: He sends the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

Malayalam: അവൻ ഉറവുകളെ താഴ്വരകളിലേക്കു ഒഴുക്കുന്നു; അവ മലകളുടെ ഇടയിൽകൂടി ഒലിക്കുന്നു.

English: They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.

Malayalam: അവയിൽനിന്നു വയലിലെ സകലമൃഗങ്ങളും കുടിക്കുന്നു; കാട്ടുകഴുതകളും തങ്ങളുടെ ദാഹം തീർക്കുന്നു;

English: By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

Malayalam: അവയുടെ തീരങ്ങളിൽ ആകാശത്തിലെ പറവകൾ വസിക്കയും കൊമ്പുകളുടെ ഇടയിൽ പാടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: He waters the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of your works.

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ മാളികകളിൽ നിന്നു മലകളെ നനെക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിക്കു നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളുടെ ഫലത്താൽ തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു.

English: He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

Malayalam: അവൻ മൃഗങ്ങൾക്കു പുല്ലും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തിന്നായി സസ്യവും മുളെപ്പിക്കുന്നു;

English: And wine that makes glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengthens man's heart.

Malayalam: അവൻ ഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു ആഹാരവും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വീഞ്ഞും അവന്റെ മുഖത്തെ മിനുക്കുവാൻ എണ്ണയും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന അപ്പവും ഉത്ഭവിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

English: The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted;

Malayalam: യഹോവയുടെ വൃക്ഷങ്ങൾക്കു തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു; അവൻ നട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ലെബാനോനിലെ ദേവദാരുക്കൾക്കു തന്നേ.

English: Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.

Malayalam: അവിടെ പക്ഷികൾ കൂടുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു; പെരുഞാറെക്കു സരളവൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ പാർപ്പിടമാകുന്നു.

English: The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.

Malayalam: ഉയർന്നമലകൾ കാട്ടാടുകൾക്കും പാറകൾ കുഴിമുയലുകൾക്കും സങ്കേതമാകുന്നു.

English: He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knows his going down.

Malayalam: അവൻ കാലനിർണ്ണയത്തിന്നായി ചന്ദ്രനെ നിയമിച്ചു; സൂര്യൻ തന്റെ അസ്തമാനത്തെ അറിയുന്നു.

English: You make darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

Malayalam: നീ ഇരുട്ടു വരുത്തുന്നു; രാത്രി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു; അപ്പോൾ കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളൊക്കെയും സഞ്ചാരം തുടങ്ങുന്നു.

English: The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.

Malayalam: ബാലസിംഹങ്ങൾ ഇരെക്കായി അലറുന്നു; അവ ദൈവത്തോടു തങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരം ചോദിക്കുന്നു.

English: The sun arises, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

Malayalam: സൂര്യൻ ഉദിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവ മടങ്ങുന്നു; തങ്ങളുടെ ഗുഹകളിൽ ചെന്നു കിടക്കുന്നു.

English: Man goes forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യൻ തന്റെ പണിക്കു പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; സന്ധ്യവരെയുള്ള തന്റെ വേലെക്കായി തന്നേ.

English: O LORD, how manifold are your works! in wisdom have you made them all: the earth is full of your riches.

Malayalam: യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ എത്ര പെരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു! ജ്ഞാനത്തോടെ നീ അവയെ ഒക്കെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി നിന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളാൽ നിറെഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.

Malayalam: വലിപ്പവും വിസ്താരവും ഉള്ള സമുദ്രം അതാ കിടക്കുന്നു! അതിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന ചെറിയതും വലിയതുമായ അസംഖ്യജന്തുക്കൾ ഉണ്ടു.

English: There go the ships: there is that leviathan , whom you have made to play therein.

Malayalam: അതിൽ കപ്പലുകൾ ഓടുന്നു; അതിൽ കളിപ്പാൻ നീ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ലിവ്യാഥാൻ ഉണ്ടു.

English: These wait all upon you; that you may give them their food in due season.

Malayalam: തക്കസമയത്തു തീൻ കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇവ ഒക്കെയും നിന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: That you give them they gather: you open yours hand, they are filled with good.

Malayalam: നീ കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനെ അവ പെറുക്കുന്നു തൃക്കൈ തുറക്കുമ്പോൾ അവെക്കു നന്മകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു.

English: You hide your face, they are troubled: you take away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

Malayalam: തിരുമുഖത്തെ മറെക്കുമ്പോൾ അവ ഭ്രമിച്ചു പോകുന്നു; നീ അവയുടെ ശ്വാസം എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അവ ചത്തു പൊടിയിലേക്കു തിരികെ ചേരുന്നു;

English: You send forth your spirit, they are created: and you renew the face of the earth.

Malayalam: നീ നിന്റെ ശ്വാസം അയക്കുമ്പോൾ അവ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; നീ ഭൂമിയുടെ മുഖത്തെ പുതുക്കുന്നു.

English: The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

Malayalam: യഹോവയുടെ മഹത്വം എന്നേക്കും നില്ക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ; യഹോവ തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ.

English: He looks on the earth, and it trembles: he touches the hills, and they smoke.

Malayalam: അവൻ ഭൂമിയെ നോക്കുന്നു, അതു വിറെക്കുന്നു; അവൻ മലകളെ തൊടുന്നു, അവ പുകയുന്നു.

English: I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലത്തൊക്കെയും ഞാൻ യഹോവെക്കു പാടും; ഞാൻ ഉള്ളേടത്തോളം എന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു കിർത്തനം പാടും.

English: My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ധ്യാനം അവന്നു പ്രസാദകരമായിരിക്കട്ടെ; ഞാൻ യഹോവയിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കും.

English: Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless you the LORD, O my soul. Praise all of you the LORD.

Malayalam: പാപികൾ ഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകട്ടെ; ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ ഇല്ലാതെയാകട്ടെ; എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ.
