English: Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days?

Malayalam: സർവ്വശക്തൻ ശിക്ഷാസമയങ്ങളെ നിയമിക്കാത്തതും അവന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാർ അവന്റെ വിസ്താര ദിവസങ്ങളെ കാണാതിരിക്കുന്നതും എന്തു?

English: Some remove the landmarks; they violently take away flocks, and feed thereof.

Malayalam: ചിലർ അതിരുകളെ മാറ്റുന്നു; ചിലർ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടത്തെ കവർന്നു കൊണ്ടുപോയി മേയക്കുന്നു.

English: They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow's ox for a pledge.

Malayalam: ചിലർ അനാഥന്മാരുടെ കഴുതയെ കൊണ്ടു പൊയ്ക്കളയുന്നു; ചിലർ വിധവയുടെ കാളയെ പണയംവാങ്ങുന്നു.

English: They turn the needy out of the way: the poor of the earth hide themselves together.

Malayalam: ചിലർ സാധുക്കളെ വഴി തെറ്റിക്കുന്നു; ദേശത്തെ എളിയവർ ഒരുപോലെ ഒളിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

English: Behold, as wild asses in the desert, go they forth to their work; rising early for a prey: the wilderness yields food for them and for their children.

Malayalam: അവർ മരുഭൂമിയിലെ കാട്ടുകഴുതകളെപ്പോലെ ഇര തേടി വേലെക്കു പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; ശൂന്യപ്രദേശം മക്കൾക്കു വേണ്ടി അവർക്കു ആഹാരം.

English: They reap every one his corn in the field: and they gather the vintage of the wicked.

Malayalam: അവർ വയലിൽ അന്യന്റെ പയറ് പറിക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്റെ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തിൽ കാലാ പെറുക്കുന്നു.

English: They cause the naked to lodge without clothing, that they have no covering in the cold.

Malayalam: അവർ വസ്ത്രമില്ലാതെ നഗ്നരായി രാത്രി കഴിച്ചുകൂട്ടുന്നു; കുളിരിൽ അവർക്കു പുതപ്പും ഇല്ല.

English: They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and embrace the rock for lack of a shelter.

Malayalam: അവർ മലകളിൽ മഴ നനയുന്നു; മറവിടം ഇല്ലായ്കയാൽ അവർ പാറയെ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു.

English: They pluck the fatherless from the breast, and take a pledge of the poor.

Malayalam: ചിലർ മുലകുടിക്കുന്ന അനാഥകൂട്ടികളെ അപഹരിക്കുന്നു; ചിലർ ദരിദ്രനോടു പണയം വാങ്ങുന്നു.

English: They cause him to go naked without clothing, and they take away the sheaf from the hungry;

Malayalam: അവർ വസ്ത്രം കൂടാതെ നഗ്നരായി നടക്കുന്നു; പട്ടിണി കിടന്നുകൊണ്ടു കറ്റ ചുമക്കുന്നു.

English: Which make oil within their walls, and tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst.

Malayalam: അന്യരുടെ മതിലുകൾക്കകത്തു അവർ ചക്കാട്ടുന്നു; മുന്തരിച്ചകൂ ചവിട്ടുകയും ദാഹിച്ചിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded cries out: yet God lays not folly to them.

Malayalam: പട്ടണത്തിൽ ആളുകൾ ഞരങ്ങുന്നു; പട്ടുപോയവരുടെ പ്രാണൻ നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവത്തിന്നോ അതിൽ നീരസം തോന്നുന്നില്ല.

English: They are of those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof.

Malayalam: ഇവർ വെളിച്ചത്തോടു മത്സരിക്കുന്നു; അതിന്റെ വഴികളെ അറിയുന്നില്ല; അതിന്റെ പാതകളിൽ നടക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.

English: The murderer rising with the light kills the poor and needy, and in the night is as a thief.

Malayalam: കുലപാതകൻ രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്നു; ദരിദ്രനെയും എളിയവനെയും കൊല്ലുന്നു; രാത്രിയിൽ കള്ളനായി നടക്കുന്നു.

English: The eye also of the adulterer waits for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguises his face.

Malayalam: വ്യഭിചാരിയുടെ കണ്ണു അസ്തമാനം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ മുഖം മറെച്ചു നടന്നു ഒരു കണ്ണും എന്നെ കാണുകയില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

English: In the dark they dig through houses, which they had marked for themselves in the daytime: they know not the light.

Malayalam: ചിലർ ഇരുട്ടത്തു വീടു തുരന്നു കയറുന്നു; പകൽ അവർ വാതിൽ അടെച്ചു പാർക്കുന്നു; വെളിച്ചത്തു ഇറങ്ങുന്നതുമില്ല.

English: For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death.

Malayalam: പ്രഭാതം അവർക്കൊക്കെയും അന്ധതമസ്സു തന്നേ; അന്ധതമസ്സിന്റെ ഘോരത്വങ്ങൾ അവർക്കു പരിചയമുണ്ടല്ലോ.

English: He is swift as the waters; their portion is cursed in the earth: he beholds not the way of the vineyards.

Malayalam: വെള്ളത്തിന്മേൽ അവർ വേഗത്തിൽ പൊയ്പോകുന്നു; അവരുടെ ഓഹരി ഭൂമിയിൽ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടങ്ങളുടെ വഴിക്കു അവർ തിരിയുന്നില്ല.

English: Drought and heat consume the snow waters: so does the grave those which have sinned.

Malayalam: ഹിമജലം വരൾച്ചെക്കും ഉഷ്ണത്തിന്നും പാപം ചെയ്തവൻ പാതാളത്തിന്നും ഇരയാകുന്നു.

English: The womb shall forget him; the worm shall feed sweetly on him; he shall be no more remembered; and wickedness shall be broken as a tree.

Malayalam: ഗർഭപാത്രം അവനെ മറന്നുകളയും; കൃമി അവനെ തിന്നു രസിക്കും; പിന്നെ ആരും അവനെ ഓർക്കയില്ല; നീതികേടു ഒരു വൃക്ഷംപോലെ തകർന്നു പോകും.

English: He evil entreats the barren that bears not: and does not good to the widow.

Malayalam: പ്രസവിക്കാത്ത മച്ചിയെ അവൻ വിഴുങ്ങിക്കളയുന്നു; വിധവെക്കു നന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നതുമില്ല.

English: He draws also the mighty with his power: he rises up, and no man is sure of life.

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ ശക്തിയാൽ നിഷ്കണ്ടകന്മാരെ നിലനില്ക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നു; ജീവനെക്കുറിച്ചു നിരാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കെ അവർ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്നു.

English: Though it be given him to be in safety, whereon he rests; yet his eyes are upon their ways.

Malayalam: അവൻ അവർക്കു നിർഭയവാസം നല്കുന്നു; അവർ ഉറെച്ചുനില്ക്കുന്നു; എങ്കിലും അവന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി അവരുടെ വഴികളിന്മേൽ ഉണ്ടു.

English: They are exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops of the ears of corn.

Malayalam: അവർ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; കുറെകഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടോ അവർ ഇല്ല; അവരെ താഴ്ത്തി മറ്റെല്ലാവരെയുംപോലെ നീക്കിക്കളയുന്നു; കതിരുകളുടെ തലപോലെ അവരെ അറുക്കുന്നു.

English: And if it be not so now, who will make me a liar, and make my speech nothing worth?

Malayalam: ഇങ്ങനെയല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്നെ കള്ളനാക്കുകയും എന്റെ വാക്കു ഖണ്ഡിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ആർ?
