Luke 22

English: Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.

Malayalam: പെസഹ എന്ന പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പെരുനാൾ അടുത്തു.

English: And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും ജനത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടുകയാൽ അവനെ ഒടുക്കുവാൻ ഉപായം അന്വേഷിച്ചു.

English: Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ പന്തിരുവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ഈസ്കാര്യോത്തായൂദയിൽ സാത്താൻ കടന്നു:

English: And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.

Malayalam: അവൻ ചെന്നു മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും പടനായകന്മാരോടും അവനെ അവർക്കു കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന വഴിയെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചു.

English: And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

Malayalam: അവർ സന്തോഷിച്ചു അവന്നു ദ്രവ്യം കൊടുക്കാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞൊത്തു.

English: And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.

Malayalam: അവൻ വാക്കു കൊടുത്തു, പുരുഷാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത സമയത്തു അവനെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുപ്പാൻ തക്കം അന്വേഷിച്ചുപോന്നു.

English: Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.

Malayalam: പെസഹകുഞ്ഞാടിനെ അറുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പെരുനാൾ ആയപ്പോൾ

English: And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

Malayalam: അവൻ പത്രൊസിനെയും യോഹന്നാനെയും അയച്ചു: “നിങ്ങൾ പോയി നമുക്കു പെസഹ കഴിപ്പാൻ ഒരുക്കുവിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And they said unto him, Where will you that we prepare?

Malayalam: ഞങ്ങൾ എവിടെ ഒരുക്കേണം എന്നു അവർ ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:

English: And he said unto them, Behold, when all of you are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he enters in.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ പട്ടണത്തിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കുടം വെള്ളം ചുമന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എതിർപെടും; അവൻ കടക്കുന്ന വീട്ടിലേക്കു പിൻചെന്നു വീട്ടുടയവനോടു:

English: And all of you shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master says unto you, Where is the guest room, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

Malayalam: ഞാൻ എന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരുമായി പെസഹ കഴിപ്പാനുള്ള ശാല എവിടെ എന്നു ഗുരു നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറവിൻ.

English: And he shall show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

Malayalam: അവൻ വിരിച്ചൊരുക്കിയോരു വന്മാളിക കാണിച്ചുതരും; അവിടെ ഒരുക്കുവിൻ ”എന്നു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

Malayalam: അവർ പോയി തങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ കണ്ടു പെസഹ ഒരുക്കി.

English: And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.

Malayalam: സമയം ആയപ്പോൾ അവൻ അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുമായി ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നു ഇരുന്നു.

English: And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:

Malayalam: അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ കഷ്ടം അനുഭവിക്കും മുമ്പെ ഈ പെസഹ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ കഴിപ്പാൻ വാഞ്ഛയോടെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു.

English: For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

Malayalam: അതു ദൈവരാജ്യത്തിൽ നിവൃത്തിയാകുവോളം ഞാൻ ഇനി അതു കഴിക്കയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:

Malayalam: പിന്നെ പാനപാത്രം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി: “ഇതു വാങ്ങി പങ്കിട്ടുകൊൾവിൻ.

English: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.

Malayalam: ദൈവരാജ്യം വരുവോളം ഞാൻ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയുടെ അനുഭവം ഇന്നു മുതൽ കുടിക്കില്ല ” എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

English: And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ അപ്പം എടുത്തു വാഴ്ത്തി നുറുക്കി അവർക്കു കൊടുത്തു: “ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി നല്കുന്ന എന്റെ ശരീരം; എന്റെ ഓർമ്മെക്കായി ഇതു ചെയ്‍വിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Malayalam: അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ അത്താഴം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം അവൻ പാനപാത്രവും കൊടുത്തു: “ഈ പാനപാത്രം നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ചൊരിയുന്ന എന്റെ രക്തത്തിലെ പുതിയ നിയമം ആകുന്നു.

English: But, behold, the hand of him that betrays me is with me on the table.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ എന്നെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നവന്റെ കൈ എന്റെ അരികെ മേശപ്പുറത്തു ഉണ്ടു.

English: And truly the Son of man goes, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed!

Malayalam: നിർണ്ണയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ പോകുന്നു സത്യം; എങ്കിലും അവനെ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം!” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.

Malayalam: ഇതു ചെയ്‍വാൻ പോകുന്നവൻ തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ആർ ആയിരിക്കും എന്നു അവർ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ ചോദിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി.

English: And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.

Malayalam: തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ആരെ ആകുന്നു വലിയവനായി എണ്ണേണ്ടതു എന്നതിനെച്ചൊല്ലി ഒരു തർക്കവും അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഉണ്ടായി.

English: And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.

Malayalam: അവനോ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ജാതികളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവരിൽ കർത്തൃത്വം നടത്തുന്നു; അവരുടെ മേൽ അധികാരം നടത്തുന്നവരെ ഉപകാരികൾ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

English: But all of you shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that does serve.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളോ അങ്ങനെയല്ല; നിങ്ങളിൽ വലിയവൻ ഇളയവനെപ്പോലെയും നായകൻ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനെപ്പോലെയും ആകട്ടെ.

English: For whether is greater, he that sits at food, or he that serves? is not he that sits at food? but I am among you as he that serves.

Malayalam: ആരാകുന്നു വലിയവൻ? ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നവനോ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനോ? ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്നിരിക്കുന്നവനല്ലയോ? ഞാനോ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനെപ്പോലെ ആകുന്നു.

English: All of you are they which have continued with me in my temptations.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ആകുന്നു എന്റെ പരീക്ഷകളിൽ എന്നോടുകൂടെ നിലനിന്നവർ.

English: And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father has appointed unto me;

Malayalam: എന്റെ പിതാവു എനിക്കു രാജ്യം നിയമിച്ചുതന്നതുപോലെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കും നിയമിച്ചു തരുന്നു.

English: That all of you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിൽ എന്റെ മേശയിങ്കൽ തിന്നുകുടിക്കയും സിംഹാസനങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുന്നു യിസ്രായേൽ ഗോത്രം പന്ത്രണ്ടിനെയും ന്യായം വിധിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

English: And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

Malayalam: ശിമോനേ, ശിമോനെ, സാത്താൻ നിങ്ങളെ കോതമ്പു പോലെ പാറ്റേണ്ടതിന്നു കല്പന ചോദിച്ചു.

English: But I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not: and when you are converted, strengthen your brethren.

Malayalam: ഞാനോ നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം പൊയ്പോകാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിനക്കു വേണ്ടി അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ നീ ഒരു സമയം തിരിഞ്ഞു വന്നശേഷം നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചുകൊൾക.

English: And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with you, both into prison, and to death.

Malayalam: അവൻ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ തടവിലാകുവാനും മരിപ്പാനും ഒരുങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he said, I tell you, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that you shall three times deny that you know me.

Malayalam: അതിന്നു അവൻ: “പത്രൊസെ, നീ എന്നെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു മൂന്നുവട്ടം തള്ളിപ്പറയുംമുമ്പെ ഇന്നു കോഴി കൂകുകയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and pouch, and shoes, lacked all of you any thing? And they said, Nothing.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ മടിശ്ശീലയും പൊക്കണവും ചെരിപ്പും കൂടാതെ അയച്ചപ്പോൾ വല്ല കുറവുമുണ്ടായോ ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: ഒരു കുറവുമുണ്ടായില്ല എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Then said he unto them, But now, he that has a purse, let him take it, and likewise his pouch: and he that has no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

Malayalam: അവൻ അവരോടു: “എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ മടിശ്ശീലയുള്ളവൻ അതു എടുക്കട്ടെ; അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ പൊക്കണമുള്ളവനും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോ തന്റെ വസ്ത്രം വിറ്റു വാൾ കൊള്ളട്ടെ.

English: For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.

Malayalam: അവനെ അധർമ്മികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ എണ്ണി എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നു ഇനി എന്നിൽ നിവൃത്തിവരേണം എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു; എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നു നിവൃത്തി വരുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.

Malayalam: കർത്താവേ, ഇവിടെ രണ്ടു വാൾ ഉണ്ടു എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു: “മതി ” എന്നു അവൻ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he came out, and went, as he was known, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ അവൻ പതിവുപോലെ ഒലീവ് മലെക്കു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോയി; ശിഷ്യന്മാരും അവനെ അനുഗമിച്ചു.

English: And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that all of you enter not into temptation.

Malayalam: ആ സ്ഥലത്തു എത്തിയപ്പോൾ അവൻ അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ പരീക്ഷയിൽ അകപ്പെടാതിരിപ്പാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,

Malayalam: താൻ അവരെ വിട്ടു ഒരു കല്ലേറുദൂരത്തോളം വാങ്ങിപ്പോയി മുട്ടുകുത്തി;

English: Saying, Father, if you be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but yours, be done.

Malayalam: പിതാവേ, നിനക്കു മനസ്സുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ പാനപാത്രം എങ്കൽ നിന്നു നീക്കേണമേ; എങ്കിലും എന്റെ ഇഷ്ടമല്ല നിന്റെ ഇഷ്ടംതന്നെയാകട്ടെ” എന്നു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.

English: And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

Malayalam: അവനെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്നു ഒരു ദൂതൻ അവന്നു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി.

English: And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ അവൻ പ്രാണവേദനയിലായി അതിശ്രദ്ധയോടെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു; അവന്റെ വിയർപ്പു നിലത്തു വീഴുന്ന വലിയ ചോരത്തുള്ളിപോലെ ആയി.

English: And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow,

Malayalam: അവൻ പ്രാർത്ഥന കഴിഞ്ഞു എഴുന്നേറ്റു ശിഷ്യന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു, അവർ വിഷാദത്താൽ ഉറങ്ങുന്നതു കണ്ടു അവരോടു:

English: And said unto them, Why sleep all of you? rise and pray, lest all of you enter into temptation.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ഉറങ്ങുന്നതു എന്തു? പരീക്ഷയിൽ അകപ്പെടാതിരപ്പാൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റു പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And while he yet spoke, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.

Malayalam: അവൻ സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ ഇതാ, ഒരു പുരുഷാരം; പന്തിരുവരിൽ ഒരുവനായ യൂദാ അവർക്കു മുന്നടന്നു യേശുവിനെ ചുംബിപ്പാൻ അടുത്തുവന്നു.

English: But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betray you the Son of man with a kiss?

Malayalam: യേശു അവനോടു: “യൂദയേ, മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെ ചുംബനംകൊണ്ടോ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we strike with the sword?

Malayalam: സംഭവിപ്പാൻ പോകുന്നതു അവന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ളവർ കണ്ടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ വാൾകൊണ്ടു വെട്ടേണമോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

English: And one of them stroke the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear.

Malayalam: അവരിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്റെ ദാസനെ വെട്ടി അവന്റെ വലത്തെ കാതു അറുത്തു.

English: And Jesus answered and said, Suffer all of you thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ യേശു; “ഇത്രെക്കു വിടുവിൻ ”എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്റെ കാതു തൊട്ടു സൌഖ്യമാക്കി.

English: Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be all of you come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves?

Malayalam: യേശു തന്റെ നേരെ വന്ന മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ പടനായകന്മാരോടും മൂപ്പന്മാരോടും: “ഒരു കള്ളന്റെ നേരെ എന്നപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ വാളും വടിയുമായി പുറപ്പെട്ടുവന്നുവോ?

English: When I was daily with you in the temple, all of you stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ ദിവസേന ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരുന്നിട്ടും എന്റെ നേരെ കൈ ഓങ്ങിയില്ല; എന്നാൽ ഇതു നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഴികയും ഇരുളിന്റെ അധികാരവും ആകുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed far off.

Malayalam: അവർ അവനെ പിടിച്ചു മഹാപുരോഹിതന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി; പത്രൊസും അകലം വിട്ടു പിൻചെന്നു.

English: And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them.

Malayalam: അവർ നടുമുറ്റത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ തീ കത്തിച്ചു ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്നപ്പോൾ പത്രൊസും അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

English: But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him.

Malayalam: അവൻ തീവെട്ടത്തിന്നടുക്കെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതു ഒരു ബാല്യക്കാരത്തി കണ്ടു അവനെ ഉറ്റു നോക്കി: ഇവനും അവനോടുകൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.

Malayalam: അവനോ; സ്ത്രിയേ, ഞാൻ അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And after a little while another saw him, and said, You are also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not.

Malayalam: കുറഞ്ഞോന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു മറ്റൊരുവൻ അവനെ കണ്ടു: നീയും അവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; പത്രൊസോ: മനുഷ്യാ, ഞാൻ അല്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, Truthfully this fellow also was with him: for he is a Galilaean.

Malayalam: ഏകദേശം ഒരു മണി നേരം കഴിഞ്ഞാറെ വേറൊരുവൻ: ഇവനും അവനോടുകൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു സത്യം; ഇവൻ ഗലീലക്കാരനല്ലോ എന്നു നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And Peter said, Man, I know not what you says. And immediately, while he yet spoke, the cock crew.

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യാ, നീ പറയുന്നതു എനിക്കു തിരിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു പത്രൊസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ പെട്ടെന്നു കോഴി കൂകി.

English: And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ കർത്താവു തിരിഞ്ഞു പത്രൊസിനെ ഒന്നു നോക്കി: “ഇന്നു കോഴി കൂകുംമുമ്പെ നീ മൂന്നുവട്ടം എന്നെ തള്ളിപ്പറയും” എന്നു കർത്താവു തന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കു പത്രൊസു ഓർത്തു

English: And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.

Malayalam: പുറത്തിറങ്ങി അതിദുഃഖത്തോട കരഞ്ഞു.

English: And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and stroke him.

Malayalam: യേശുവിനെ പിടിച്ചവർ അവനെ പരിഹസിച്ചു കണ്ണുകെട്ടി തല്ലി:

English: And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that stroke you?

Malayalam: പ്രവചിക്ക; നിന്നെ അടിച്ചവൻ ആർ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു

English: And many other things blasphemously spoke they against him.

Malayalam: മറ്റു പലതും അവനെ ദുഷിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And as soon as it was day, the elders of the people and the chief priests and the scribes came together, and led him into their council, saying,

Malayalam: നേരം വെളുത്തപ്പോൾ ജനത്തിന്റെ മൂപ്പന്മാരായ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും വന്നുകൂടി അവനെ ന്യായാധിപസംഘത്തിൽ വരുത്തി: നീ ക്രിസ്തു എങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങളോടു പറക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Are you the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, all of you will not believe:

Malayalam: അവൻ അവരോടു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കയില്ല;

English: And if I also ask you, all of you will not answer me, nor let me go.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചാൽ ഉത്തരം പറയുകയുമില്ല.

English: Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ഇന്നുമുതൽ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ ദൈവശക്തിയുടെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു ഇരിക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Then said they all, Are you then the Son of God? And he said unto them, All of you say that I am.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ നീ ദൈവപുത്രൻ തന്നെയോ എന്നു എല്ലാവരും ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു: “നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതു ശരി; ഞാൻ ആകുന്നു” എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ അവർ ഇനി സാക്ഷ്യംകൊണ്ടു നമുക്കു എന്തു ആവശ്യം? നാം തന്നേ അവന്റെ വാമൊഴി കേട്ടുവല്ലോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
