Leviticus 20

English: And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

Malayalam: യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

English: Again, you shall say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that gives any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

Malayalam: നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിലോ യിസ്രായേലിൽ വന്നു പാർക്കുന്ന പരദേശികളിലോ ആരെങ്കിലും തന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ ഒന്നിനെ മോലെക്കിന്നു കൊടുത്താൽ അവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; ദേശത്തിലെ ജനം അവനെ കല്ലെറിയേണം.

English: And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he has given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ സന്തതിയെ മോലെക്കിന്നു കൊടുത്തതിനാൽ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം മലിനമാക്കുകയും എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമം അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവന്റെ നേരെ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

English: And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he gives of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ സന്തതിയെ മോലെക്കിന്നു കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ദേശത്തിലെ ജനം അവനെ കൊല്ലാതെ കണ്ണടെച്ചുകളഞ്ഞാൽ

English: Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവനും കുടുംബത്തിന്നും നേരെ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അവനെയും അവന്റെ പിന്നാലെ മോലെക്കിനോടു പരസംഗം ചെയ്‍വാൻ പോകുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും അവരുടെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

English: And the soul that turns after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.

Malayalam: വെളിച്ചപ്പാടന്മാരുടെയും മന്ത്രവാദികളുടെയും പിന്നാലെ പരസംഗം ചെയ്‍വാൻ പോകുന്നവന്റെ നേരെയും ഞാൻ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.

English: Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be all of you holy: for I am the LORD your God.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു വിശുദ്ധന്മാരായിരിപ്പിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

English: And all of you shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണിച്ചു ആചരിപ്പിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

English: For every one that curses his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

Malayalam: അപ്പനെയോ അമ്മയെയോ ശപിക്കുന്നവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവൻ അപ്പനെയും അമ്മയെയും ശപിച്ചു; അവന്റെ രക്തം അവന്റെ മേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: And the man that commits adultery with another man's wife, even he that commits adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Malayalam: ഒരുത്തന്റെ ഭാര്യയുമായി വ്യഭിചാരം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ, കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ ഭാര്യയുമായി വ്യഭിചാരംചെയ്യുന്ന വ്യഭിചാരിയും വ്യഭിചാരിണിയും തന്നേ, മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.

English: And the man that lies with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Malayalam: അപ്പന്റെ ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കുന്നവൻ അപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കുന്നു; ഇരുവരും മരണ ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവരുടെ രക്തം അവരുടെമേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.

Malayalam: ഒരുത്തൻ മരുമകളോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ ഇരുവരും മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവർ നികൃഷ്ട കർമ്മം ചെയ്തു; അവരുടെ രക്തം അവരുടെ മേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Malayalam: സ്ത്രീയോടുകൂടെ ശയിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ ഒരുത്തൻ പുരുഷനോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ ഇരുവരും മ്ളേച്ഛത ചെയ്തു; അവർ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവരുടെ രക്തം അവരുടെമേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.

Malayalam: ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെയും അവളുടെ അമ്മയെയും പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചാൽ അതു ദുഷ്കർമ്മം; നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ദുഷ്കർമ്മം ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനെയും അവരെയും തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയേണം.

English: And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and all of you shall slay the beast.

Malayalam: ഒരു പുരുഷൻ മൃഗത്തോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ അവൻ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; മൃഗത്തെയും കൊല്ലേണം.

English: And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, you shall kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Malayalam: ഒരു സ്ത്രീ യാതൊരു മൃഗത്തോടെങ്കിലും ചേർന്നു ശയിച്ചാൽ സ്ത്രീയെയും മൃഗത്തെയും കൊല്ലേണം; അവർ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവരുടെ രക്തം അവരുടെമേൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he has uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

Malayalam: ഒരു പുരഷൻ തന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ മകളോ അമ്മയുടെ മകളോ ആയ തന്റെ സഹോദരിയെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവളുടെ നഗ്നത കാണുകയും അവൾ അവന്റെ നഗ്നത കാണുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അതു ലജ്ജാകരം; അവരെ അവരുടെ ജനത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽവെച്ചു തന്നേ സംഹരിച്ചുകളയേണം; അവൻ സഹോദരിയുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവൻ തന്റെ കുറ്റം വഹിക്കും.

English: And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he has discovered her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

Malayalam: ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഋതുവായ സ്ത്രീയോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചു അവളുടെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കിയാൽ അവൻ അവളുടെ സ്രവം അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവളും തന്റെ രക്തസ്രവം അനാവൃതമാക്കി; ഇരുവരെയും അവരുടെ ജനത്തിന്റെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

English: And you shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, nor of your father's sister: for he uncovers his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ സഹോദരിയുടെയോ അപ്പന്റെ സഹോദരിയുടെയോ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കരുതു; അങ്ങനെത്തവൻ തന്റെ അടുത്ത ചാർച്ചക്കാരത്തിയെ അനാവൃതയാക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ കുറ്റം വഹിക്കും.

English: And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

Malayalam: ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഇളയപ്പന്റെ ഭാര്യയോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ അവൻ ഇളയപ്പന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ പാപം വഹിക്കും; അവർ സന്തതിയില്ലാത്തവരായി മരിക്കേണം.

English: And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he has uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.

Malayalam: ഒരുത്തൻ സഹോദരന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചാൽ അതു മാലിന്യം; അവൻ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവർ സന്തതിയില്ലാത്തവർ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

English: All of you shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, where I bring you to dwell therein, spew you not out.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ കുടിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന ദേശം നിങ്ങളെ ഛർദ്ദിച്ചുകളയാതിരിപ്പാൻ എന്റെ എല്ലാചട്ടങ്ങളും സകലവിധികളും പ്രമാണിച്ചു ആചരിക്കേണം.

English: And all of you shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയുന്ന ജാതിയുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കരുതു; ഈ കാര്യങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ എനിക്കു അറെപ്പായി തീർന്നു.

English: But I have said unto you, All of you shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that flows with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ ദേശത്തെ കൈവശമാക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചുവല്ലോ; പാലും തേനും ഒഴുകുന്ന ആ ദേശം നിങ്ങൾ കൈവശമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിനെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരും; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളിൽനിന്നു വേറുതിരിച്ചവനായി നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു;

English: All of you shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and all of you shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creeps on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ള മൃഗവും ശുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്ത മൃഗവും തമ്മിലും, ശുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്ത പക്ഷിയും ശുദ്ധിയുള്ള പക്ഷിയും തമ്മിലും നിങ്ങൾ വ്യത്യാസം വെക്കേണം; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അശുദ്ധമെന്നു വേറുതിരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മൃഗത്തെക്കൊണ്ടും പക്ഷിയെക്കൊണ്ടും നിലത്തു ഇഴയുന്ന യാതൊരു ജന്തുവിനെക്കൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അറെപ്പാക്കരുതു.

English: And all of you shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that all of you should be mine.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്കു വിശുദ്ധന്മാരായിരിക്കേണം; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധനാകകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളും എനിക്കു വിശുദ്ധന്മാരായിരിക്കേണം; നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്കുള്ളവരായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളിൽ നിന്നു വേറുതിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: A man also or woman that has a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.

Malayalam: വെളിച്ചപ്പാടോ മന്ത്രവാദമോ ഉള്ള പുരുഷൻ ആകട്ടെ സ്ത്രീയാകട്ടെ മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; അവരെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; അവരുടെ രക്തം അവരുടെ മേൽ ഇരിക്കും.
