Job 19

English: Then Job answered and said,

Malayalam: അതിന്നു ഇയ്യോബ് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

English: How long will all of you vex my soul, and break me in pieces with words?

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ എത്രത്തോളം എന്റെ മനസ്സു വ്യസനിപ്പിക്കയും മൊഴികളാൽ എന്നെ തകർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും?

English: These ten times have all of you reproached me: all of you are not ashamed that all of you make yourselves strange to me.

Malayalam: ഇപ്പോൾ പത്തു പ്രാവശ്യം നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ നിന്ദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നോടു കാഠിന്യം കാണിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ലജ്ജയില്ല.

English: And be it indeed that I have erred, mine error remains with myself.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ തെറ്റിപ്പോയതു വാസ്തവം എന്നു വരികിൽ എന്റെ തെറ്റു എനിക്കു തന്നേ അറിയാം.

English: If indeed all of you will magnify yourselves against me, and plead against me my reproach:

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ സാക്ഷാൽ എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി വലിപ്പം ഭാവിച്ചു എന്റെ അപമാനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു എന്നെ ആക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ

English: Know now that God has overthrown me, and has compassed me with his net.

Malayalam: ദൈവം എന്നെ മറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു തന്റെ വലയിൽ എന്നെ കുടുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നറിവിൻ.

English: Behold, I cry out of wrong, but I am not heard: I cry aloud, but there is no judgment.

Malayalam: അയ്യോ, ബലാൽക്കാരം എന്നു ഞാൻ നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; കേൾപ്പോരില്ല; രക്ഷെക്കായി ഞാൻ മുറയിടുന്നു; ന്യായം കിട്ടുന്നതുമില്ല.

English: He has fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and he has set darkness in my paths.

Malayalam: എനിക്കു കടന്നുകൂടാതവണ്ണം അവൻ എന്റെ വഴി കെട്ടിയടെച്ചു, എന്റെ പാതകൾ ഇരുട്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: He has stripped me of my glory, and taken the crown from my head.

Malayalam: എന്റെ തേജസ്സു അവൻ എന്റെ മേൽനിന്നു ഊരിയെടുത്തു; എന്റെ തലയിലെ കിരീടം നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു.

English: He has destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine hope has he removed like a tree.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നെ ചുറ്റും ക്ഷയിപ്പിച്ചു; എന്റെ കഥകഴിഞ്ഞു; ഒരു വൃക്ഷത്തെപ്പോലെ എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയെ പറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: He has also kindled his wrath against me, and he counts me unto him as one of his enemies.

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്റെ കോപം എന്റെമേൽ ജ്വലിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നെ തനിക്കു ശത്രുവായി എണ്ണുന്നു.

English: His troops come together, and raise up their way against me, and camp round about my tabernacle.

Malayalam: അവന്റെ പടക്കൂട്ടങ്ങൾ ഒന്നിച്ചുവരുന്നു; അവർ എന്റെ നേരെ തങ്ങളുടെ വഴി നിരത്തുന്നു; എന്റെ കൂടാരത്തിൽ ചുറ്റും പാളയമിറങ്ങുന്നു.

English: He has put my brethren far from me, and mine acquaintance are verily cut off from me.

Malayalam: അവർ എന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരെ എന്നോടു അകറ്റിക്കളഞ്ഞു; എന്റെ പരിചയക്കാർ എനിക്കു അന്യരായിത്തീർന്നു.

English: My kinsfolk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten me.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ബന്ധുജനം ഒഴിഞ്ഞുമാറി; എന്റെ ഉറ്റ സ്നേഹിതന്മാർ എന്നെ മറന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.

English: They that dwell in mine house, and my maids, count me for a stranger: I am an foreigner in their sight.

Malayalam: എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ പാർക്കുന്നവരും എന്റെ ദാസികളും എന്നെ അന്യനായെണ്ണുന്നു; ഞാൻ അവർക്കു പരദേശിയായ്തോന്നുന്നു.

English: I called my servant, and he gave me no answer; I implored him with my mouth.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദാസനെ വിളിച്ചു; അവൻ വിളി കേൾക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്റെ വായ്കൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവനോടു യാചിക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്നു.

English: My breath is strange to my wife, though I implored for the children's sake of mine own body.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ശ്വാസം എന്റെ ഭാര്യക്കു അസഹ്യവും എന്റെ യാചന എന്റെ ഉടപ്പിറന്നവർക്കു അറെപ്പും ആയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Yea, young children despised me; I arose, and they spoke against me.

Malayalam: പിള്ളരും എന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റാൽ അവർ എന്നെ കളിയാക്കുന്നു.

English: All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me.

Malayalam: എന്റെ പ്രാണസ്നേഹിതന്മാർ ഒക്കെയും എന്നെ വെറുക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു പ്രിയരായവർ വിരോധികളായിത്തീർന്നു.

English: My bone cleaves to my skin and to my flesh, and I am escaped with the skin of my teeth.

Malayalam: എന്റെ അസ്ഥി ത്വക്കിനോടും മാംസത്തോടും പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; പല്ലിന്റെ മോണയോടെ ഞാൻ ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O all of you my friends; for the hand of God has touched me.

Malayalam: സ്നേഹിതന്മാരേ, എന്നോടു കൃപ തോന്നേണമേ, കൃപ തോന്നേണമേ; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൈ എന്നെ തൊട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Why do all of you persecute me as God, and are not satisfied with my flesh?

Malayalam: ദൈവം എന്നപോലെ നിങ്ങളും എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്നതെന്തു? എന്റെ മാംസം തിന്നു തൃപ്തിവരാത്തതു എന്തു?

English: Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book!

Malayalam: അയ്യോ എന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ ഒന്നു എഴുതിയെങ്കിൽ, ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തിൽ കുറിച്ചുവെച്ചെങ്കിൽ കൊള്ളായിരുന്നു.

English: That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever!

Malayalam: അവയെ ഇരിമ്പാണിയും ഈയവുംകൊണ്ടു പാറയിൽ സദാകാലത്തേക്കു കൊത്തിവെച്ചെങ്കിൽ കൊള്ളായിരുന്നു.

English: For I know that my redeemer lives, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

Malayalam: എന്നെ വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നവൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അവൻ ഒടുവിൽ പൊടിമേൽ നില്ക്കുമെന്നും ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു.

English: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:

Malayalam: എന്റെ ത്വക്ക് ഇങ്ങനെ നശിച്ചശേഷം ഞാൻ ദേഹരഹിതനായി ദൈവത്തെ കാണും.

English: Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ തന്നേ അവനെ കാണും; അന്യനല്ല, എന്റെ സ്വന്തകണ്ണു അവനെ കാണും; എന്റെ അന്തരംഗം എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ക്ഷയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: But all of you should say, Why persecute we him, seeing the root of the matter is found in me?

Malayalam: നാം എങ്ങനെ അവനെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുമെന്നും കാര്യത്തിന്റെ മൂലം എന്നിൽ കാണുന്നു എന്നും നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ

English: Be all of you afraid of the sword: for wrath brings the punishments of the sword, that all of you may know there is a judgment.

Malayalam: വാളിനെ പേടിപ്പിൻ; ക്രോധം വാളിന്റെ ശിക്ഷെക്കു ഹേതു; ഒരു ന്യായവിധി ഉണ്ടെന്നറിഞ്ഞുകൊൾവിൻ.
