1 Chronicles 9

English: So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽ മുഴുവനും വംശാവലിയായി ചാർത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു; അതു യിസ്രായേൽരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ വൃത്താന്തപുസ്തകത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ. യെഹൂദയെയോ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യംനിമിത്തം ബദ്ധരാക്കി ബാബേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയി.

English: Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.

Malayalam: അവരുടെ അവകാശത്തിലും പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആദ്യനിവാസികൾ യിസ്രായേല്യരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരും ആയിരുന്നു.

English: And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;

Malayalam: യെരൂശലേമിലോ ചില യെഹൂദ്യരും ബെന്യാമീന്യരും എഫ്രയീമ്യരും മനശ്ശേയരും പാർത്തു.

English: Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.

Malayalam: അവരാരെന്നാൽ: യെഹൂദയുടെ മകനായ പേരെസ്സിന്റെ മക്കളിൽ ബാനിയുടെ മകനായ ഇമ്രിയുടെ മകനായ ഒമ്രിയുടെ മകനായ അമ്മീഹൂദിന്റെ മകൻ ഊഥായി;

English: And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

Malayalam: ശീലോന്യരിൽ ആദ്യജാതനായ അസായാവും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും;

English: And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

Malayalam: സേരഹിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ യെയൂവേലും അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരുമായ അറുനൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറുപേരും;

English: And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,

Malayalam: ബെന്യാമീൻ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ ഹസ്സെനൂവയുടെ മകനായ ഹോദവ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ സല്ലൂവും

English: And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

Malayalam: യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകനായ യിബ്നെയാവും മിക്രിയുടെ മകനായ ഉസ്സിയുടെ മകൻ ഏലയും യിബ്നെയാവിന്റെ മകനായ രെയൂവേലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെഫത്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ മെശുല്ലാമും

English: And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.

Malayalam: തലമുറതലമുറയായി അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാർ ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തമ്പത്താറുപേരും. ഈ പുരുഷന്മാരൊക്കെയും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളിൽ കുടുംബത്തലവന്മാരായിരുന്നു.

English: And of the priests; Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

Malayalam: പുരോഹിതന്മാരിൽ യെദയാവും യെഹോയാരീബും യാഖീനും

English: And Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God;

Malayalam: അഹീത്തൂബിന്റെ മകനായ മെരായോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ സാദോക്കിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹിൽക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായി ദൈവാലയാധിപനായ

English: And Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah, and Maasiai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

Malayalam: അസർയ്യാവും മൽക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായ പശ്ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകൻ അദായാവും ഇമ്മോരിന്റെ മകനായ മെശില്ലേമീത്തിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ യഹ്സേരയുടെ മകനായ അദീയേലിന്റെ മകൻ മയശായിയും

English: And their brethren, heads of the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men for the work of the service of the house of God.

Malayalam: പിതൃഭവനങ്ങൾക്കു തലവന്മാരായ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരും ആകെ ആയിരത്തെഴുനൂറ്ററുപതുപേർ. ഇവർ ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ വേലെക്കു ബഹുപ്രാപ്തന്മാർ ആയിരുന്നു.

English: And of the Levites; Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

Malayalam: ലേവ്യരിലോ മെരാർയ്യരിൽ ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അസ്രീക്കാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹശ്ശൂബിന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവും

English: And Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

Malayalam: ബക്ബക്കരും ഹേറെശും ഗാലാലും ആസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ സിക്രിയുടെ മകനായ മീഖയുടെ മകൻ മത്ഥന്യാവും

English: And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

Malayalam: യെദൂഥൂന്റെ മകനായ ഗാലാലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ ഓബദ്യാവും നെതോഫാത്യരുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിൽ പാർത്ത എൽക്കാനയുടെ മകനായ

English: And the porters were, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chief;

Malayalam: ആസയുടെ മകൻ ബെരെഖ്യാവും വാതിൽകാവൽക്കാർ: ശല്ലൂമും അക്കൂബും തൽമോനും അഹീമാനും അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരും; ശല്ലൂമും തലവനായിരുന്നു.

English: Who until now waited in the king's gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യപാളയത്തിൽ വാതിൽകാവൽക്കാരായ ഇവർ കിഴക്കു വശത്തു രാജപടിവാതിൽക്കൽ ഇന്നുവരെ കാവൽചെയ്തുവരുന്നു.

English: And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.

Malayalam: കോരഹിന്റെ മകനായ എബ്യാസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ കോരേയുടെ മകൻ ശല്ലൂമും അവന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തിലെ അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ കോരഹ്യരും കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ ഉമ്മരപ്പടിക്കൽ കാവൽക്കാരായി ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ വേലെക്കു മേൽവിചാരകന്മാരായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരും യഹോവയുടെ പാളയത്തിന്നു മേൽവിചാരകന്മാരായി പ്രവേശനപാലകരായിരുന്നു.

English: And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him.

Malayalam: എലെയാസാരിന്റെ മകനായ ഫീനെഹാസ് പണ്ടു അവരുടെ അധിപനായിരുന്നു; യഹോവ അവനോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: And Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was gate keeper of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Malayalam: മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖർയ്യാവു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കാവൽക്കാരനായിരുന്നു.

English: All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office.

Malayalam: ഉമ്മരപ്പടിക്കൽ കാവൽക്കാരായി നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ഇവർ ആകെ ഇരുനൂറ്റി പന്ത്രണ്ടുപേർ. അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിൽ വംശാവലിപ്രകാരം ചാർത്തപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു; ദാവീദും ദർശകനായ ശമൂവേലും ആയിരുന്നു അവരെ അതതു ഉദ്യോഗത്തിലാക്കിയതു.

English: So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.

Malayalam: ഇങ്ങനെ അവരും അവരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും കൂടാരനിവാസമായ യഹോവാലയത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകൾക്കു കാവൽമുറപ്രകാരം കാവൽക്കാരായിരുന്നു.

English: In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.

Malayalam: കിഴക്കും പടിഞ്ഞാറും വടക്കും തെക്കും ഇങ്ങനെ നാലുവശത്തും കാവൽക്കാരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.

Malayalam: ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലെ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാർ ഏഴാം ദിവസം തോറും മാറി മാറി വന്നു അവരോടുകൂടെ ഊഴക്കാരായിരുന്നു.

English: For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

Malayalam: വാതിൽ കാവൽക്കാരിൽ പ്രധാനികളായ ഈ നാലും ലേവ്യരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരായി ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ അറകൾക്കും ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും മേൽവിചാരം നടത്തി.

English: And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.

Malayalam: കാവലും രാവിലെതോറും വാതിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന മുറയും അവർക്കുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു അവർ ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റും രാപാർത്തുവന്നു.

English: And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.

Malayalam: അവരിൽ ചിലർക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിചാരണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവയെ എണ്ണീട്ടു അകത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയും പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുവരികയും ചെയ്യും.

English: Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

Malayalam: അവരിൽ ചിലരെ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കും സകലവിശുദ്ധപാത്രങ്ങൾക്കും മാവു, വീഞ്ഞു, കുന്തുരുക്കം, സുഗന്ധവർഗ്ഗം എന്നിവെക്കും മേൽവിചാരകരായി നിയമിച്ചിരുന്നു.

English: And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

Malayalam: പുരോഹിതപുത്രന്മാരിൽ ചിലർ സുഗന്ധതൈലം ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

English: And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യരിൽ ഒരുത്തനായി കോരഹ്യനായ ശല്ലൂമിന്റെ ആദ്യജാതൻ മത്ഥിഥ്യാവിന്നു ചട്ടികളിൽ ചുട്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മേൽവിചാരണ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the showbread, to prepare it every sabbath.

Malayalam: കെഹാത്യരായ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ ചിലർക്കു ശബ്ബത്തുതോറും കാഴ്ചയപ്പം ഒരുക്കുവാനുള്ള ചുമതല ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളിൽ പ്രധാനന്മാരായ ഇവർ സംഗീതക്കാരായി ആഗാരങ്ങളിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്നു. അവർ രാവും പകലും തങ്ങളുടെ വേലയിൽ ഭാരപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു മറ്റു ശുശ്രൂഷകളിൽനിന്നു ഒഴിവുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു.

English: These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.

Malayalam: ഈ പ്രധാനികൾ ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങൾക്കു തലമുറതലമുറയായി തലവന്മാരായിരുന്നു; അവർ യെരൂശലേമിൽ പാർത്തുവന്നു.

English: And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife's name was Maachah:

Malayalam: ഗിബെയോനിൽ ഗിബെയോന്റെ പിതാവായ യെയീയേലും--അവന്റെ ഭാര്യക്കു മയഖാ എന്നു പേർ--

English: And his firstborn son Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab.

Malayalam: അവന്റെ മൂത്തമകൻ അബ്ദോൻ, സൂർ, കീശ്, ബാൽ, നേർ,

English: And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.

Malayalam: നാദാബ്, ഗെദോർ, അഹ്യോ, സെഖർയ്യാവു, മിക്ളോത്ത് എന്നിവരും പാർത്തു.

English: And Mikloth brings forth Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, opposite to their brethren.

Malayalam: മിക്ളോത്ത് ശിമെയാമിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടുകൂടെ യെരൂശലേമിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാർക്കു എതിരെ പാർത്തു.

English: And Ner brings forth Kish; and Kish brings forth Saul; and Saul brings forth Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

Malayalam: നേർ കീശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; കീശ് ശൌലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ശൌൽ യോനാഥാനെയും മൽക്കീശൂവയെയും അബീനാദാബിനെയും എശ്-ബാലിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal brings forth Micah.

Malayalam: യോനാഥാന്റെ മകൻ മെരീബ്ബാൽ; മെരീബ്ബാൽ മീഖയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, and Ahaz.

Malayalam: മീഖയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ: പീഥോൻ, മേലെക്, തഹ്രേയ, ആഹാസ്.

English: And Ahaz brings forth Jarah; and Jarah brings forth Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri brings forth Moza;

Malayalam: ആഹാസ് യാരയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; യാരാ അലേമെത്തിനെയും അസ്മാവെത്തിനെയും സിമ്രിയെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സിമ്രി മോസയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

English: And Moza brings forth Binea; and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

Malayalam: മോസ ബിനെയയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവന്റെ മകൻ രെഫയാവു; അവന്റെ മകൻ എലാസാ; അവന്റെ മകൻ ആസേൽ.

English: And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.

Malayalam: ആസേലിന്നു ആറു മക്കൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരുടെ പേരുകൾ: അസ്രീക്കാം, ബെക്രൂ, യിശ്മായേൽ, ശെയർയ്യാവു, ഓബദ്യാവു, ഹാനാൻ; ഇവർ ആസേലിന്റെ മക്കൾ.
