Romans 8

English: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു ഇപ്പോൾ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിലുള്ളവർക്കു ഒരു ശിക്ഷാവിധിയും ഇല്ല.

English: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Malayalam: ജീവന്റെ ആത്മാവിന്റെ പ്രമാണം എനിക്കു പാപത്തിന്റെയും മരണത്തിന്റെയും പ്രമാണത്തിൽനിന്നു ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിൽ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Malayalam: ജഡത്താലുള്ള ബലഹീനതനിമിത്തം ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്നു കഴിയാഞ്ഞതിനെ (സാധിപ്പാൻ ) ദൈവം തന്റെ പുത്രനെ പാപജഡത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തിലും പാപം നിമിത്തവും അയച്ചു, പാപത്തിന്നു ജഡത്തിൽ ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചു.

English: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Malayalam: ജഡത്തെയല്ല ആത്മാവിനെ അത്രേ അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കുന്ന നമ്മിൽ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ നീതി നിവൃത്തിയാകേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.

English: For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Malayalam: ജഡസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവർ ജഡത്തിന്നുള്ളതും ആത്മസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവർ ആത്മാവിന്നുള്ളതും ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു.

English: In order to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Malayalam: ജഡത്തിന്റെ ചിന്ത മരണം; ആത്മാവിന്റെ ചിന്തയോ ജീവനും സമാധാനവും തന്നേ.

English: Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Malayalam: ജഡത്തിന്റെ ചിന്ത ദൈവത്തോടു ശത്രുത്വം ആകുന്നു; അതു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്നു കീഴ്പെടുന്നില്ല, കീഴ്പെടുവാൻ കഴിയുന്നതുമില്ല.

English: So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Malayalam: ജഡസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവർക്കു ദൈവത്തെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിപ്പാൻ കഴിവില്ല.

English: But all of you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളോ, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എന്നു വരികിൽ ജഡസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവരല്ല ആത്മസ്വഭാവമുള്ളവരത്രേ, ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ആത്മാവില്ലാത്തവൻ അവന്നുള്ളവനല്ല.

English: And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Malayalam: ക്രിസ്തു നിങ്ങളിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലോ ശരീരം പാപംനിമിത്തം മരിക്കേണ്ടതെങ്കിലും ആത്മാവു നീതിനിമിത്തം ജീവനാകുന്നു.

English: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also retore life in your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you.

Malayalam: യേശുവിനെ മരിച്ചവരിൽനിന്നു ഉയിർപ്പിച്ചവന്റെ ആത്മാവു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിനെ മരണത്തിൽനിന്നു ഉയിർപ്പിച്ചവൻ നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്ന തന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ മർത്യശരീരങ്ങളെയും ജീവിപ്പിക്കും.

English: Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നാം ജഡത്തെ അനുസരിച്ചു ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ജഡത്തിന്നല്ല കടക്കാരാകുന്നതു.

English: For if all of you live after the flesh, all of you shall die: but if all of you through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, all of you shall live.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ജഡത്തെ അനുസരിച്ചു ജീവിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ മരിക്കും നിശ്ചയം; ആത്മാവിനാൽ ശരീരത്തിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ മരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലോ നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കും.

English: For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Malayalam: ദൈവാത്മാവു നടത്തുന്നവർ ഏവരും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ ആകുന്നു.

English: For all of you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but all of you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ പിന്നെയും ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു ദാസ്യത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ അല്ല; നാം അബ്ബാ പിതാവേ, എന്നു വിളിക്കുന്ന പുത്രത്വത്തിൻ ആത്മാവിനെ അത്രേ പ്രാപിച്ചതു.

English: The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Malayalam: നാം ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ എന്നു ആത്മാവുതാനും നമ്മുടെ ആത്മാവോടുകൂടെ സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു.

English: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Malayalam: നാം മക്കൾ എങ്കിലോ അവകാശികളും ആകുന്നു; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അവകാശികളും ക്രിസ്തുവിന്നു കൂട്ടവകാശികളും തന്നേ; നാം അവനോടുകൂടെ തേജസ്കരിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനോടുകൂടെ കഷ്ടമനുഭവിച്ചാലത്രേ.

English: For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Malayalam: നമ്മിൽ വെളിപ്പെടുവാനുള്ള തേജസ്സു വിചാരിച്ചാൽ ഈ കാലത്തിലെ കഷ്ടങ്ങൾ സാരമില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ എണ്ണുന്നു.

English: For the earn expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Malayalam: സൃഷ്ടി ദൈവപുത്രന്മാരുടെ വെളിപ്പാടിനെ ആകാംക്ഷയോടെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope,

Malayalam: സൃഷ്ടി ദ്രവത്വത്തിന്റെ ദാസ്യത്തിൽനിന്നു വിടുതലും ദൈവമക്കളുടെ തേജസ്സാകുന്ന സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും പ്രാപിക്കും എന്നുള്ള ആശയോടെ മായെക്കു കീഴ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു;

English: Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

Malayalam: മനഃപൂർവ്വമായിട്ടല്ല, അതിനെ കീഴ്പെടുത്തിയവന്റെ കല്പനനിമിത്തമത്രേ.

English: For we know that the whole creation groans and labors in pain together until now.

Malayalam: സർവ്വസൃഷ്ടിയും ഇന്നുവരെ ഒരുപോലെ ഞരങ്ങി ഈറ്റുനോവോടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to know, the redemption of our body.

Malayalam: ആത്മാവെന്ന ആദ്യദാനം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നാമും നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്തിന്റെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പായ പുത്രത്വത്തിന്നു കാത്തുകൊണ്ടു ഉള്ളിൽ ഞരങ്ങുന്നു.

English: For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man sees, why does he yet hope for?

Malayalam: പ്രത്യാശയാലല്ലാ നാം രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടിരിക്കുന്നതു. കാണുന്ന പ്രത്യാശയോ പ്രത്യാശയല്ല; ഒരുത്തൻ കാണുന്നതിന്നായി ഇനി പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു?

English: But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Malayalam: നാം കാണാത്തതിന്നായി പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലോ അതിന്നായി ക്ഷമയോടെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Malayalam: അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ ആത്മാവു നമ്മുടെ ബലഹീനതെക്കു തുണനില്ക്കുന്നു. വേണ്ടുംപോലെ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നില്ലല്ലോ. ആത്മാവു തന്നേ ഉച്ചരിച്ചു കൂടാത്ത ഞരക്കങ്ങളാൽ നമുക്കു വേണ്ടി പക്ഷവാദം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ആത്മാവു വിശുദ്ധർക്കു വേണ്ടി ദൈവഹിതപ്രകാരം പക്ഷവാദം ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ആത്മാവിന്റെ ചിന്ത ഇന്നതെന്നു ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നവൻ അറിയുന്നു.

English: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ദൈവത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവർക്കു, നിർണ്ണയപ്രകാരം വിളിക്കപ്പെട്ടവർക്കു തന്നേ, സകലവും നന്മെക്കായി കൂടി വ്യാപരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നു.

English: For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Malayalam: അവൻ മുന്നറിഞ്ഞവരെ തന്റെ പുത്രൻ അനേകം സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ ആദ്യജാതൻ ആകേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്റെ സ്വരൂപത്തോടു അനുരൂപരാകുവാൻ മുന്നിയമിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Malayalam: മുന്നിയമിച്ചവരെ വിളിച്ചും വിളിച്ചവരെ നീതീകരിച്ചും നീതീകരിച്ചവരെ തേജസ്കരിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Malayalam: ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ചു നാം എന്തു പറയേണ്ടു? ദൈവം നമുക്കു അനുകൂലം എങ്കിൽ നമുക്കു പ്രതികൂലം ആർ?

English: He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Malayalam: സ്വന്തപുത്രനെ ആദരിക്കാതെ നമുക്കു എല്ലാവർക്കും വേണ്ടി ഏല്പിച്ചുതന്നവൻ അവനോടുകൂടെ സകലവും നമുക്കു നല്കാതിരിക്കുമോ?

English: Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifies.

Malayalam: ദൈവം തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തവരെ ആർ കുറ്റം ചുമത്തും? നീതീകരിക്കുന്നവൻ ദൈവം.

English: Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that has risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

Malayalam: ശിക്ഷവിധിക്കുന്നവൻ ആർ? ക്രിസ്തുയേശു മരിച്ചവൻ; മരിച്ചിട്ടു ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റവൻ തന്നേ; അവൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തിരിക്കയും നമുക്കുവേണ്ടി പക്ഷവാദം കഴിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Malayalam: ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സ്നേഹത്തിൽനിന്നു നമ്മെ വേർപിരിക്കുന്നതാർ? കഷ്ടതയോ സങ്കടമോ ഉപദ്രവമോ പട്ടിണിയോ നഗ്നതയോ ആപത്തോ വാളോ?

English: As it is written, For your sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Malayalam: “നിന്റെ നിമിത്തം ഞങ്ങളെ ഇടവിടാതെ കൊല്ലുന്നു; അറുപ്പാനുള്ള ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ ഞങ്ങളെ എണ്ണുന്നു” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Malayalam: നാമോ നമ്മെ സ്നേഹിച്ചവൻ മുഖാന്തരം ഇതിൽ ഒക്കെയും പൂർണ്ണജയം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.

English: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Malayalam: മരണത്തിന്നോ ജീവന്നോ ദൂതന്മാർക്കോ വാഴ്ചകൾക്കോ അധികാരങ്ങൾക്കോ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ളതിന്നോ വരുവാനുള്ളതിന്നോ ഉയരത്തിന്നോ ആഴത്തിന്നോ മറ്റു യാതൊരു സൃഷ്ടിക്കോ

English: Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Malayalam: നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിലുള്ള ദൈവസ്നേഹത്തിൽ നിന്നു നമ്മെ വേറുപിരിപ്പാൻ കഴികയില്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
