Romans 6

English: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ നാം എന്തു പറയേണ്ടു? കൃപ പെരുകേണ്ടതിന്നു പാപം ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്ക എന്നോ? ഒരുനാളും അരുതു.

English: God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Malayalam: പാപസംബന്ധമായി മരിച്ചവരായ നാം ഇനി അതിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ?

English: Know all of you not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Malayalam: അല്ല, യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിനോടു ചേരുവാൻ സ്നാനം ഏറ്റവരായ നാം എല്ലാവരും അവന്റെ മരണത്തിൽ പങ്കാളികളാകുവാൻ സ്നാനം ഏറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നില്ലയോ?

English: Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ നാം അവന്റെ മരണത്തിൽ പങ്കാളികളായിത്തീർന്ന സ്നാനത്താൽ അവനോടുകൂടെ കുഴിച്ചിടപ്പെട്ടു; ക്രിസ്തു മരിച്ചിട്ടു പിതാവിന്റെ മഹിമയാൽ ജീവിച്ചെഴുന്നേറ്റതുപോലെ നാമും ജീവന്റെ പുതുക്കത്തിൽ നടക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.

English: For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

Malayalam: അവന്റെ മരണത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തോടു നാം ഏകീഭവിച്ചവരായെങ്കിൽ പുനരുത്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തോടും ഏകീഭവിക്കും.

English: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Malayalam: നാം ഇനി പാപത്തിന്നു അടിമപ്പെടാതവണ്ണം പാപശരീരത്തിന്നു നീക്കം വരേണ്ടതിന്നു നമ്മുടെ പഴയ മനുഷ്യൻ അവനോടുകൂടെ ക്രൂശിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നു.

English: For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ മരിച്ചവൻ പാപത്തിൽ നിന്നു മോചനം പ്രാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

Malayalam: നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടുകൂടെ മരിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ അവനോടുകൂടെ ജീവിക്കും എന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.

English: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over him.

Malayalam: ക്രിസ്തു മരിച്ചിട്ടു ഉയിർത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കയാൽ ഇനി മരിക്കയില്ല; മരണത്തിന്നു അവന്റെമേൽ ഇനി കർത്തൃത്വമില്ല എന്നു നാം അറിയുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he lives, he lives unto God.

Malayalam: അവൻ മരിച്ചതു പാപസംബന്ധമായി ഒരിക്കലായിട്ടു മരിച്ചു; അവൻ ജീവിക്കുന്നതോ ദൈവത്തിന്നു ജീവിക്കുന്നു.

English: Likewise reckon all of you also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Malayalam: അവ്വണ്ണം നിങ്ങളും പാപ സംബന്ധമായി മരിച്ചവർ എന്നു ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിൽ ദൈവത്തിന്നു ജീവിക്കുന്നവർ എന്നും നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ എണ്ണുവിൻ.

English: Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that all of you should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ പാപം നിങ്ങളുടെ മർത്യശരീരത്തിൽ അതിന്റെ മോഹങ്ങളെ അനുസരിക്കുമാറു ഇനി വാഴരുതു,

English: Neither yield all of you your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളുടെ അവയവങ്ങളെ അനീതിയുടെ ആയുധങ്ങളായി പാപത്തിന്നു സമർപ്പിക്കയും അരുതു. നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ മരിച്ചിട്ടു ജീവിക്കുന്നവരായും നിങ്ങളുടെ അവയവങ്ങളെ നീതിയുടെ ആയുധങ്ങളായും ദൈവത്തിന്നു സമർപ്പിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ.

English: For sin shall not have dominion over you: for all of you are not under the law, but under grace.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്നല്ല, കൃപെക്കത്രെ അധീനരാകയാൽ പാപം നിങ്ങളിൽ കർത്തൃത്വം നടത്തുകയില്ലല്ലോ.

English: What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ എന്തു? ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിന്നല്ല കൃപെക്കത്രെ അധീനരാകയാൽ നാം പാപം ചെയ്ക എന്നോ? ഒരുനാളും അരുതു.

English: Know all of you not, that to whom all of you yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants all of you are to whom all of you obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ദാസന്മാരായി അനുസരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ സമർപ്പിക്കയും നിങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ചു പോരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്നു ദാസന്മാർ ആകുന്നു എന്നു അറിയുന്നില്ലയോ? ഒന്നുകിൽ മരണത്തിന്നായി പാപത്തിന്റെ ദാസന്മാർ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നീതിക്കായി അനുസരണത്തിന്റെ ദാസന്മാർ തന്നേ.

English: But God be thanked, that all of you were the servants of sin, but all of you have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ പാപത്തിന്റെ ദാസന്മാർ ആയിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ച ഉപദേശരൂപത്തെ ഹൃദയപൂർവ്വം അനുസരിച്ചു

English: Being then made free from sin, all of you became the servants of righteousness.

Malayalam: പാപത്തിൽനിന്നു സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ലഭിച്ചു നീതിക്കു ദാസന്മാരായിത്തീർന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ദൈവത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം.

English: I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as all of you have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളുടെ ജഡത്തിന്റെ ബലഹീനതനിമിത്തം ഞാൻ മാനുഷരീതിയിൽ പറയുന്നു. നിങ്ങളുടെ അവയവങ്ങളെ അധർമ്മത്തിന്നായി അശുദ്ധിക്കും അധർമ്മത്തിന്നും അടിമകളാക്കി സമർപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഇപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ അവയവങ്ങളെ വിശുദ്ധീകരണത്തിന്നായി നീതിക്കു അടിമകളാക്കി സമർപ്പിപ്പിൻ.

English: For when all of you were the servants of sin, all of you were free from righteousness.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ പാപത്തിന്നു ദാസന്മാരായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ നീതിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു സ്വതന്ത്രരായിരുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: What fruit had all of you then in those things whereof all of you are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾക്കു അന്നു എന്തൊരു ഫലം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു? ഇപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ലജ്ജ തോന്നുന്നതു തന്നേ. അതിന്റെ അവസാനം മരണമല്ലോ.

English: But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, all of you have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ പാപത്തിൽനിന്നു സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം പ്രാപിച്ചു ദൈവത്തിന്നു ദാസന്മാരായിരിക്കയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫലം വിശുദ്ധീകരണവും അതിന്റെ അന്തം നിത്യജീവനും ആകുന്നു.

English: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Malayalam: പാപത്തിന്റെ ശമ്പളം മരണമത്രേ; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൃപാവരമോ നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നിത്യജീവൻ തന്നേ.
