Psalms 50

English: The mighty God, even the LORD, has spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

Malayalam: ദൈവം, യഹോവയായ ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, സൂര്യന്റെ ഉദയംമുതൽ അസ്തമയംവരെ ഭൂമിയെ വിളിക്കുന്നു.

English: Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shined.

Malayalam: സൌന്ദര്യത്തിന്റെ പൂർണ്ണതയായ സീയോനിൽനിന്നു ദൈവം പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു.

English: Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Malayalam: നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം വരുന്നു; മൌനമായിരിക്കയില്ല; അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ തീ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും വലിയോരു കൊടുങ്കാറ്റടിക്കുന്നു.

English: He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.

Malayalam: തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവൻ മേലിൽനിന്നു ആകാശത്തെയും ഭൂമിയെയും വിളിക്കുന്നു.

English: Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

Malayalam: യാഗം കഴിച്ചു എന്നോടു നിയമം ചെയ്തവരായ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരെ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ കൂട്ടുവിൻ.

English: And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.

Malayalam: ദൈവം തന്നേ ന്യായാധിപതി ആയിരിക്കയാൽ ആകാശം അവന്റെ നീതിയെ ഘോഷിക്കും. സേലാ.

English: Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against you: I am God, even your God.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ജനമേ, കേൾക്ക; ഞാൻ സംസാരിക്കും. യിസ്രായേലേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു സാക്ഷീകരിക്കും: ദൈവമായ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ ദൈവമാകുന്നു.

English: I will not reprove you for your sacrifices or your burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശാസിക്കുന്നില്ല; നിന്റെ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങൾ എപ്പോഴും എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

English: I will take no bullock out of your house, nor he goats out of your folds.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്നു കാളയെയോ നിന്റെ തൊഴുത്തുകളിൽനിന്നു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാരെയോ ഞാൻ എടുക്കയില്ല.

English: For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

Malayalam: കാട്ടിലെ സകലമൃഗവും പർവ്വതങ്ങളിലെ ആയിരമായിരം ജന്തുക്കളും എനിക്കുള്ളവയാകുന്നു.

English: I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.

Malayalam: മലകളിലെ പക്ഷികളെ ഒക്കെയും ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു; വയലിലെ ജന്തുക്കളും എനിക്കുള്ളവ തന്നേ.

English: If I were hungry, I would not tell you: for the world is mine, and the fullness thereof.

Malayalam: എനിക്കു വിശന്നാൽ ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറകയില്ല; ഭൂലോകവും അതിന്റെ നിറവും എന്റേതത്രേ.

English: Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?

Malayalam: ഞാൻ കാളകളുടെ മാംസം തിന്നുമോ? കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാരുടെ രക്തം കുടിക്കുമോ?

English: Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay your vows unto the most High:

Malayalam: ദൈവത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രയാഗം അർപ്പിക്ക; അത്യുന്നതന്നു നിന്റെ നേർച്ചകളെ കഴിക്ക.

English: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.

Malayalam: കഷ്ടകാലത്തു എന്നെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്ക; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വിടുവിക്കയും നീ എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.

English: But unto the wicked God says, What have you to do to declare my statutes, or that you should take my covenant in your mouth?

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടനോടു ദൈവം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നീ എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ അറിയിപ്പാനും എന്റെ നിയമത്തെ നിന്റെ വായിൽ എടുപ്പാനും നിനക്കെന്തു കാര്യം?

English: Seeing you hate instruction, and casts my words behind you.

Malayalam: നീ ശാസനയെ വെറുത്തു എന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ പുറകിൽ എറിഞ്ഞുകളയുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: When you saw a thief, then you consented with him, and have been partaker with adulterers.

Malayalam: കള്ളനെ കണ്ടാൽ നീ അവന്നു അനുകൂലപ്പെടുന്നു; വ്യഭിചാരികളോടു നീ പങ്കു കൂടുന്നു.

English: You give your mouth to evil, and your tongue frames deceit.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ വായ് നീ ദോഷത്തിന്നു വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ നാവു വഞ്ചന പിണെക്കുന്നു.

English: You sit and speak against your brother; you slander yours own mother's son.

Malayalam: നീ ഇരുന്നു നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്നു വിരോധമായി സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ മകനെക്കുറിച്ചു അപവാദം പറയുന്നു.

English: These things have you done, and I kept silence; you thought that I was altogether such an one as yourself: but I will reprove you, and set them in order before yours eyes.

Malayalam: ഇവ നീ ചെയ്തു ഞാൻ മിണ്ടാതിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിന്നെപ്പോലെയുള്ളവനെന്നു നീ നിരൂപിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശാസിച്ചു നിന്റെ കണ്ണിൻ മുമ്പിൽ അവയെ നിരത്തിവെക്കും.

English: Now consider this, all of you that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.

Malayalam: ദൈവത്തെ മറക്കുന്നവരേ, ഇതു ഓർത്തുകൊൾവിൻ; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ കീറിക്കളയും; വിടുവിപ്പാൻ ആരുമുണ്ടാകയുമില്ല.

English: Whoso offers praise glorifies me: and to him that orders his conversation aright will I show the salvation of God.

Malayalam: സ്തോത്രമെന്ന യാഗം അർപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു; തന്റെ നടപ്പിനെ ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവന്നു ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയെ കാണിക്കും.
