Psalms 23

English: The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not lack.

Malayalam: യഹോവ എന്റെ ഇടയനാകുന്നു; എനിക്കു മുട്ടുണ്ടാകയില്ല.

English: He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.

Malayalam: പച്ചയായ പുല്പുറങ്ങളിൽ അവൻ എന്നെ കിടത്തുന്നു; സ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള വെള്ളത്തിന്നരികത്തേക്കു എന്നെ നടത്തുന്നു.

English: He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Malayalam: എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ അവൻ തണുപ്പിക്കുന്നു; തിരുനാമംനിമിത്തം എന്നെ നീതിപാതകളിൽ നടത്തുന്നു.

English: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.

Malayalam: കൂരിരുൾതാഴ്വരയിൽ കൂടി നടന്നാലും ഞാൻ ഒരു അനർത്ഥവും ഭയപ്പെടുകയില്ല; നീ എന്നോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ വടിയും കോലും എന്നെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

English: You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ കാൺകെ നീ എനിക്കു വിരുന്നൊരുക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ തലയെ എണ്ണകൊണ്ടു അഭിഷേകംചെയ്യുന്നു; എന്റെ പാനപാത്രവും നിറഞ്ഞു കവിയുന്നു.

English: Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Malayalam: നന്മയും കരുണയും എന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലമൊക്കെയും എന്നെ പിന്തുടരും; ഞാൻ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ ദീർഘകാലം വസിക്കും.
