Matthew 25

English: Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Malayalam: “സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം മണവാളനെ എതിരേല്പാൻ വിളക്കു എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു പുറപ്പെട്ട പത്തു കന്യകമാരോടു സദൃശം ആകും.

English: And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

Malayalam: അവരിൽ അഞ്ചുപേർ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവരും അഞ്ചുപേർ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരും ആയിരുന്നു.

English: They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

Malayalam: ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവർ വിളക്കു എടുത്തപ്പോൾ എണ്ണ എടുത്തില്ല.

English: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Malayalam: ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോ വിളക്കോടുകൂടെ പാത്രത്തിൽ എണ്ണയും എടുത്തു.

English: While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ മണവാളൻ താമസിക്കുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും മയക്കംപിടിച്ചു ഉറങ്ങി.

English: And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go all of you out to meet him.

Malayalam: അർദ്ധരാത്രിക്കോ മണവാളൻ വരുന്നു; അവനെ എതിരേല്പാൻ പുറപ്പെടുവിൻ എന്നു ആർപ്പുവിളി ഉണ്ടായി.

English: Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ കന്യകമാർ എല്ലാവരും എഴന്നേറ്റു വിളക്കു തെളിയിച്ചു.

English: And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവർ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോടു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിളക്കു കെട്ടുപോകുന്നതു കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണയിൽ കുറെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തരുവിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go all of you rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

Malayalam: ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ: ഞങ്ങൾക്കും നിങ്ങൾക്കും പോരാ എന്നു വരാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ വില്ക്കുന്നവരുടെ അടുക്കൽ പോയി വാങ്ങിക്കൊൾവിൻ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

Malayalam: അവർ വാങ്ങുവാൻ പോയപ്പോൾ മണവാളൻ വന്നു; ഒരുങ്ങിയിരുന്നവർ അവനോടുകൂടെ കല്യാണസദ്യെക്കു ചെന്നു; വാതിൽ അടെക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

English: Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശേഷം മറ്റെ കന്യകമാരും വന്നു: കർത്താവേ, കർത്താവേ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തുറക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Malayalam: അതിന്നു അവൻ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Watch therefore, for all of you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man comes.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ നാളും നാഴികയും നിങ്ങൾ അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു ഉണർന്നിരിപ്പിൻ.

English: For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

Malayalam: ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ പരദേശത്തു പോകുമ്പോൾ ദാസന്മാരെ വിളിച്ചു തന്റെ സമ്പത്തു അവരെ ഏല്പിച്ചു.

English: And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and immediately took his journey.

Malayalam: ഒരുവന്നു അഞ്ചു താലന്തു, ഒരുവന്നു രണ്ടു, ഒരുവന്നു ഒന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ പ്രാപ്തിപോലെ കൊടുത്തു യാത്രപുറപ്പെട്ടു.

English: Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

Malayalam: അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ ഉടനെ ചെന്നു വ്യാപാരം ചെയ്തു വേറെ അഞ്ചു താലന്തു സമ്പാദിച്ചു.

English: And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ വേറെ രണ്ടു നേടി.

English: But he that had received one went and dug in the earth, and hid his lord's money.

Malayalam: ഒന്നു ലഭിച്ചവനോ പോയി നിലത്തു ഒരു കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു യജമാനന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു.

English: After a long time the lord of those servants comes, and reckons with them.

Malayalam: വളരെ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ആ ദാസന്മാരുടെ യജമാനൻ വന്നു അവരുമായി കണക്കു തീർത്തു.

English: And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, you delivered unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

Malayalam: അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ അടുക്കെ വന്നു വേറെ അഞ്ചു കൂടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു: യജമാനനേ, അഞ്ചു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാൻ അഞ്ചു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: His lord said unto him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord.

Malayalam: അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ: നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തിൽ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, you delivered unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

Malayalam: രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നു: യജമാനനേ, രണ്ടു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാൻ രണ്ടു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord.

Malayalam: അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തിൽ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew you that you are an hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered:

Malayalam: ഒരു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നു: യജമാനനേ, നീ വിതെക്കാത്തേടുത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടുത്തു നിന്നു ചേർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന കഠിനമനുഷ്യൻ എന്നു ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞു

English: And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: lo, there you have that is yours.

Malayalam: ഭയപ്പെട്ടു ചെന്നു നിന്റെ താലന്തു നിലത്തു മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു; നിന്റേതു ഇതാ, എടുത്തുകൊൾക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: His lord answered and said unto him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not scattered:

Malayalam: അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: ദുഷ്ടനും മടിയനും ആയ ദാസനേ, ഞാൻ വിതെക്കാത്തേടത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടത്തുനിന്നു ചേർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ എന്നു നീ അറിഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.

English: You ought therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with interest.

Malayalam: നീ എന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം പൊൻവാണിഭക്കാരെ ഏല്പിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ വന്നു എന്റേതു പലിശയോടുകൂടെ വാങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളുമായിരുന്നു.

English: Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which has ten talents.

Malayalam: ആ താലന്തു അവന്റെ പക്കൽനിന്നു എടുത്തു പത്തു താലന്തു ഉള്ളവന്നു കൊടുപ്പിൻ.

English: For unto every one that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that has not shall be taken away even that which he has.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവന്നു ഏവന്നും ലഭിക്കും; അവന്നു സമൃദ്ധിയും ഉണ്ടാകും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോടോ ഉള്ളതും കൂടെ എടുത്തുകളയും.

English: And cast all of you the useless servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത ദാസനെ ഏറ്റവും പുറത്തുള്ള ഇരുട്ടിലേക്കു തള്ളിക്കളവിൻ; അവിടെ കരച്ചലും പല്ലുകടിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.

English: When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ തന്റെ തേജസ്സോടെ സകലവിശുദ്ധദൂതന്മാരുമായി വരുമ്പോൾ അവൻ തന്റെ തേജസ്സിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats:

Malayalam: സകല ജാതികളെയും അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ കൂട്ടും; അവൻ അവരെ ഇടയൻ ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെയും കോലാടുകളെയും തമ്മിൽ വേർതിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ വേർതിരിച്ചു,

English: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Malayalam: ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെ തന്റെ വലത്തും കോലാടുകളെ ഇടത്തും നിറുത്തും.

English: Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, all of you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

Malayalam: രാജാവു തന്റെ വലത്തുള്ളവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും: എന്റെ പിതാവിനാൽ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരേ, വരുവിൻ; ലോകസ്ഥാപനംമുതൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കായി ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യം അവകാശമാക്കിക്കൊൾവിൻ.

English: For I was an hungered, and all of you gave me food: I was thirsty, and all of you gave me drink: I was a stranger, and all of you took me in:

Malayalam: എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തന്നു, ദാഹിച്ചു നിങ്ങൾ കുടിപ്പാൻ തന്നു; ഞാൻ അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ചേർത്തുകൊണ്ടു;

English: Naked, and all of you clothed me: I was sick, and all of you visited me: I was in prison, and all of you came unto me.

Malayalam: നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചു; രോഗിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കാണ്മാൻ വന്നു; തടവിൽ ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു.

English: Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we you an hungered, and fed you? or thirsty, and gave you drink?

Malayalam: അതിന്നു നീതിമാന്മാർ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ എപ്പോൾ നിന്നെ വിശന്നു കണ്ടിട്ടു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തരികയോ ദാഹിച്ചു കണ്ടിട്ടു കുടിപ്പാൻ തരികയോ ചെയ്തു?

English: When saw we you a stranger, and took you in? or naked, and clothed you?

Malayalam: ഞങ്ങൾ എപ്പോൾ നിന്നെ അതിഥിയായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ചേർത്തുകൊൾകയോ നഗ്നനായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ഉടപ്പിക്കയോ ചെയ്തു?

English: Or when saw we you sick, or in prison, and came unto you?

Malayalam: നിന്നെ രോഗിയായിട്ടോ തടവിലോ എപ്പോൾ കണ്ടിട്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും.

English: And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as all of you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, all of you have done it unto me.

Malayalam: രാജാവു അവരോടു: എന്റെ ഈ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ ഒരുത്തന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തേടത്തോളം എല്ലാം എനിക്കു ചെയ്തു എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.

English: Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, all of you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Malayalam: പിന്നെ അവൻ ഇടത്തുള്ളവരോടു: ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരെ, എന്നെ വിട്ടു പിശാചിന്നും അവന്റെ ദൂതന്മാർക്കും ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിത്യാഗ്നിയിലേക്കു പോകുവിൻ.

English: For I was an hungered, and all of you gave me no food: I was thirsty, and all of you gave me no drink:

Malayalam: എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തന്നില്ല; ദാഹിച്ചു, നിങ്ങൾ കുടിപ്പാൻ തന്നില്ല.

English: I was a stranger, and all of you took me not in: naked, and all of you clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and all of you visited me not.

Malayalam: അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ചേർത്തുകൊണ്ടില്ല; നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചില്ല; രോഗിയും തടവിലും ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കാണ്മാൻ വന്നില്ല എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.

English: Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we you an hungered, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto you?

Malayalam: അതിന്നു അവർ: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ വിശക്കുന്നവനോ ദാഹിക്കുന്നവനോ അതിഥിയോ നഗ്നനോ രോഗിയോ തടവിലോ ആയി എപ്പോൾ കണ്ടു നിനക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും. അവൻ അവരോടു:

English: Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as all of you did it not to one of the least of these, all of you did it not to me.

Malayalam: ഈ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിവരിൽ ഒരുത്തന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാഞ്ഞേടത്തോളമെല്ലാം എനിക്കു ആകുന്നു ചെയ്യാഞ്ഞതു എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം അരുളും.

English: And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Malayalam: ഇവർ നിത്യദണ്ഡനത്തിലേക്കും നീതിമാന്മാർ നിത്യജീവങ്കലേക്കും പോകും.”
