John 15

English: I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ സാക്ഷാൽ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയും എന്റെ പിതാവു തോട്ടക്കാരനും ആകുന്നു.

English: Every branch in me that bears not fruit he takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, he purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Malayalam: എന്നിൽ കായ്ക്കാത്ത കൊമ്പു ഒക്കെയും അവൻ നീക്കിക്കളയുന്നു; കായക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും അധികം ഫലം കായ്ക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ചെത്തി വെടിപ്പാക്കുന്നു.

English: Now all of you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ച വചനം നിമിത്തം നിങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ശുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരാകുന്നു.

English: Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can all of you, except all of you abide in me.

Malayalam: എന്നിൽ വസിപ്പിൻ; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളിലും വസിക്കും; കൊമ്പിന്നു മുന്തിരവള്ളിയിൽ വസിച്ചിട്ടല്ലാതെ സ്വയമായി കായ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്തതുപോലെ എന്നിൽ വസിച്ചിട്ടല്ലാതെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു കഴികയില്ല.

English: I am the vine, all of you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me all of you can do nothing.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയും നിങ്ങൾ കൊമ്പുകളും ആകുന്നു; ഒരുത്തൻ എന്നിലും ഞാൻ അവനിലും വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ വളരെ ഫലം കായക്കും; എന്നെ പിരിഞ്ഞു നിങ്ങൾക്കു ഒന്നും ചെയ്‍വാൻ കഴികയില്ല.

English: If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Malayalam: എന്നിൽ വസിക്കാത്തവനെ ഒരു കൊമ്പുപോലെ പുറത്തു കളഞ്ഞിട്ടു അവൻ ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോകുന്നു; ആ വക ചേർത്തു തീയിൽ ഇടുന്നു;

English: If all of you abide in me, and my words abide in you, all of you shall ask what all of you will, and it shall be done unto you.

Malayalam: അതു വെന്തുപോകും. നിങ്ങൾ എന്നിലും എന്റെ വചനം നിങ്ങളിലും വസിച്ചാൽ നിങ്ങൾ ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നതു എന്തെങ്കിലും അപേക്ഷിപ്പിൻ; അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു കിട്ടും.

English: Herein is my Father glorified, that all of you bear much fruit; so shall all of you be my disciples.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ വളരെ ഫലം കായക്കുന്നതിനാൽ എന്റെ പിതാവു മഹത്വപ്പെടുന്നു; അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാർ ആകും.

English: As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you: continue all of you in my love.

Malayalam: പിതാവു എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാനും നിങ്ങളെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ സ്നേഹത്തിൽ വസിപ്പിൻ.

English: If all of you keep my commandments, all of you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ കല്പനകൾ പ്രമാണിച്ചു അവന്റെ സ്നേഹത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ കല്പനകൾ പ്രമാണിച്ചാൽ എന്റെ സ്നേഹത്തിൽ വസിക്കും.

English: These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Malayalam: എന്റെ സന്തോഷം നിങ്ങളിൽ ഇരിപ്പാനും നിങ്ങളുടെ സന്തോഷം പൂർണ്ണമാകുവാനും ഞാൻ ഇതു നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: This is my commandment, That all of you love one another, as I have loved you.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സ്നേഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളും തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നാകുന്നു എന്റെ കല്പന.

English: Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Malayalam: സ്നേഹിതന്മാർക്കുവേണ്ടി ജീവനെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതിലും അധികമുള്ള സ്നേഹം ആർക്കും ഇല്ല.

English: All of you are my friends, if all of you do whatsoever I command you.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നതു ചെയ്താൽ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ സ്നേഹിതന്മാർ തന്നേ

English: Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knows not what his lord does: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Malayalam: യജമാനൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതു ദാസൻ അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ദാസന്മാർ എന്നു ഇനി പറയുന്നില്ല; ഞാൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിനോടു കേട്ടതു എല്ലാം നിങ്ങളോടു അറിയിച്ചതു കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ സ്നേഹിതന്മാർ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: All of you have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that all of you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever all of you shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു എന്നല്ല, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു, നിങ്ങൾ പോയി ഫലം കായ്ക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഫലം നിലനിൽക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നിങ്ങളേ ആക്കിവെച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ പിതാവിനോടു അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും അവൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരുവാനായിട്ടു തന്നേ.

English: These things I command you, that all of you love one another.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ സ്നേഹിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ഇതു നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നു.

English: If the world hate you, all of you know that it hated me before it hated you.

Malayalam: ലോകം നിങ്ങളെ പകെക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പെ എന്നെ പകെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അറിവിൻ.

English: If all of you were of the world, the world would love his own: but because all of you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ലോകക്കാർ ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ലോകം തനിക്കു സ്വന്തമായതിനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുമായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ ലോകക്കാരായിരിക്കാതെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ലോകത്തിൽ നിന്നു തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തതുകൊണ്ടു ലോകം നിങ്ങളെ പകെക്കുന്നു.

English: Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Malayalam: ദാസൻ യജമാനനെക്കാൾ വലിയവനല്ല എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കു ഓർപ്പിൻ. അവർ എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളെയും ഉപദ്രവിക്കും; എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിച്ചു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളുടേതും പ്രമാണിക്കും.

English: But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും എന്നെ അയച്ചവനെ അവർ അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ നാമം നിമിത്തം ഇതു ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങളോടു ചെയ്യും.

English: If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ വന്നു അവരോടു സംസാരിക്കാതിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കു പാപം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു; ഇപ്പോഴോ അവരുടെ പാപത്തിന്നു ഒഴികഴിവില്ല.

English: He that hates me hates my Father also.

Malayalam: എന്നെ പകെക്കുന്നവൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും പകെക്കുന്നു.

English: If I had not done among them the works which no other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

Malayalam: മറ്റാരും ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പ്രവൃത്തികളെ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചെയ്തിരുന്നില്ല എങ്കിൽ അവർക്കു പാപം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു; ഇപ്പോഴോ അവർ എന്നെയും എന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും കാൺകയും പകെക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: But this comes to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

Malayalam: “അവർ വെറുതെ എന്നെ പകെച്ചു” എന്നു അവരുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്ന വചനം നിവൃത്തിയാകേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.

English: But when the Comforter has come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽനിന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അയപ്പാനുള്ള കാര്യസ്ഥനായി പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുന്ന സത്യാത്മാവു വരുമ്പോൾ അവൻ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയും.

English: And all of you also shall bear witness, because all of you have been with me from the beginning.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളും ആദിമുതൽ എന്നോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കകൊണ്ടു സാക്ഷ്യം പറവിൻ.
