Jeremiah 46

English: The word of the LORD which came to Jeremiah the prophet against the Gentiles;

Malayalam: ജാതികളെക്കുറിച്ചു യിരെമ്യാപ്രവാചകന്നുണ്ടായ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Against Egypt, against the army of Pharaohnecho king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon stroke in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീമിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ളതു: ഫ്രാത്ത് നദീതീരത്തു കർക്കെമീശിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതും ബാബേൽ രാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ് നേസർ യോശീയാവിന്റെ മകനായി യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ യെഹോയാക്കീമിന്റെ നാലാം ആണ്ടിൽ തോല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞതുമായ ഫറവോൻ നെഖോ എന്ന മിസ്രയീംരാജാവിന്റെ സൈന്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ളതു തന്നേ.

English: Order all of you the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle.

Malayalam: പരിചയും പലകയും ഒരുക്കി യുദ്ധത്തിന്നടുത്തുകൊൾവിൻ!

English: Harness the horses; and get up, all of you horsemen, and stand forth with your helmets; polish the spears, and put on the protective armor.

Malayalam: കുതിരച്ചേവകരേ, കുതിരകൾക്കു കോപ്പിട്ടു കയറുവിൻ! തലക്കോരികയുമായി അണിനിരപ്പിൻ; കുന്തങ്ങളെ മിനുക്കി കവചങ്ങളെ ധരിപ്പിൻ.

English: Wherefore have I seen them dismayed and turned away back? and their mighty ones are beaten down, and are fled swiftly, and look not back: for fear was round about, says the LORD.

Malayalam: അവർ ഭ്രമിച്ചു പിന്മാറിക്കാണുന്നതെന്തു? അവരുടെ വീരന്മാർ വെട്ടേറ്റു തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കാതെ മണ്ടുന്നു! സർവ്വത്രഭീതി എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Let not the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape; they shall stumble, and fall toward the north by the river Euphrates.

Malayalam: വേഗവാൻ ഓടിപ്പോകയില്ല; വീരൻ ചാടിപ്പോകയുമില്ല; വടക്കു ഫ്രാത്ത് നദീതീരത്തു അവർ ഇടറിവീഴും.

English: Who is this that comes up as a flood, whose waters are moved as the rivers?

Malayalam: നീലനദിപോലെ പൊങ്ങുകയും നദികളിലെ വെള്ളംപോലെ അലെക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നോരിവനാർ?

English: Egypt rises up like a flood, and his waters are moved like the rivers; and he says, I will go up, and will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and the inhabitants thereof.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീം നീലനദിപോലെ പൊങ്ങുകയും അതിന്റെ വെള്ളം നദികൾപോലെ അലെക്കയും ഞാൻ പെരുകി ദേശത്തെ മൂടി നഗരത്തെയും അതിലെ നിവാസികളെയും നശിപ്പിക്കും എന്നു പറകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: Come up, all of you horses; and rage, all of you chariots; and let the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend the bow.

Malayalam: കുതിരകളേ, കുതിച്ചു ചാടുവിൻ; രഥങ്ങളേ, മുറുകി ഓടുവിൻ! വീരന്മാർ പുറപ്പെടട്ടെ; പരിച പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കൂശ്യരും പൂത്യരും വില്ലെടുത്തു കുലെക്കുന്ന ലൂദ്യരും കൂടെ.

English: For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts has a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.

Malayalam: ആ ദിവസം സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു തന്റെ വൈരികളോടു പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രതികാരദിവസം ആകുന്നു; വാൾ വേണ്ടുവോളം തിന്നുകയും അവരുടെ രക്തം കുടിച്ചു മദിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; വടക്കു ഫ്രാത്ത് നദീതീരത്തു സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്നു ഒരു ഹനനയാഗമുണ്ടല്ലോ.

English: Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt: in vain shall you use many medicines; for you shall not be cured.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീംപുത്രിയായ കന്യകേ! ഗിലെയാദിൽ ചെന്നു തൈലം വാങ്ങുക; നീ വളരെ ഒൗഷധം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നതു വെറുതെ! നിനക്കു രോഗശാന്തി ഉണ്ടാകയില്ല.

English: The nations have heard of your shame, and your cry has filled the land: for the mighty man has stumbled against the mighty, and they are fallen both together.

Malayalam: ജാതികൾ നിന്റെ ലജ്ജയെക്കുറിച്ചു കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ നിലവിളി ദേശത്തു നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; വീരൻ വീരനോടു മുട്ടി രണ്ടുപേരും ഒരുമിച്ചു വീണിരിക്കുന്നു!

English: The word that the LORD spoke to Jeremiah the prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should come and strike the land of Egypt.

Malayalam: ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ വന്നു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ ജയിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു യിരെമ്യാപ്രവാചകനോടു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Declare all of you in Egypt, and publish in Migdol, and publish in Noph and in Tahpanhes: say all of you, Stand fast, and prepare you; for the sword shall devour round about you.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീമിൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു മിഗ്ദോലിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കി, നോഫിലും തഹ്പനേസിലും കേൾപ്പിപ്പിൻ; അണിനിരന്നു ഒരുങ്ങിനിൽക്ക എന്നു പറവിൻ! വാൾ നിന്റെ ചുറ്റം തിന്നുകളയുന്നുവല്ലോ.

English: Why are your valiant men swept away? they stood not, because the LORD did drive them.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ ബലവാന്മാർ വീണുകിടക്കുന്നതെന്തു? യഹോവ അവരെ തള്ളിയിട്ടതുകൊണ്ടു അവർക്കു നില്പാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.

English: He made many to fall, yea, one fell upon another: and they said, Arise, and let us go again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing sword.

Malayalam: അവൻ പലരെയും ഇടറി വീഴുമാറാക്കി; ഒരുത്തൻ മറ്റൊരുത്തന്റെ മീതെ വീണു; എഴുന്നേല്പിൻ; നശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വാളിന്നു ഒഴിഞ്ഞു നാം സ്വജനത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കലേക്കും ജന്മദേശത്തേക്കും മടങ്ങിപ്പോക എന്നു അവർ പറയും.

English: They did cry there, Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise; he has passed the time appointed.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീംരാജാവായ ഫറവോന്നു: വിനാശം എന്നും സമയം തെറ്റി വരുന്നവൻ എന്നും പേർ പറവിൻ!

English: As I live, says the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he comes.

Malayalam: എന്നാണ, പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽവെച്ചു താബോർപോലെയും കടലിന്നരികെയുള്ള കർമ്മേൽപോലെയും നിശ്ചയമായിട്ടു അവൻ വരുമെന്നു സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ എന്നു നാമമുള്ള രാജാവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: O you daughter dwelling in Egypt, furnish yourself to go into captivity: for Noph shall be waste and desolate without an inhabitant.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീമിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന പുത്രീ, പ്രവാസത്തിന്നു പോകുവാൻ കോപ്പുകൂട്ടുക; നോഫ് നിവാസികളില്ലാതെ ശൂന്യമായി വെന്തുപോകും.

English: Egypt is like a very fair heifer, but destruction comes; it comes out of the north.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീം ഏറ്റവും അഴകുള്ള പശുക്കിടാവാകുന്നു; എന്നാൽ വടക്കുനിന്നു ഈച്ച അതിന്മേൽ വരുന്നു.

English: Also her hired men are in the midst of her like fatted bullocks; for they also are turned back, and are fled away together: they did not stand, because the day of their calamity was come upon them, and the time of their visitation.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ കൂലിച്ചേവകർ അതിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ തടിപ്പിച്ച കാളക്കിടാക്കളെപ്പോലെയാകുന്നു; അവരും പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞു ഒരുപോലെ ഓടിപ്പോയി; അവരുടെ അപായദിവസവും സന്ദർശനകാലവും വന്നിരിക്കയാൽ അവർക്കു നില്പാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.

English: The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an army, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശബ്ദം പാമ്പു ഓടുന്ന ശബ്ദംപോലെ; അവർ സൈന്യത്തോടുകൂടെ നടന്നു, മരം മുറിക്കുന്നവരെപ്പോലെ കോടാലികളുമായി അതിന്റെ നേരെ വരും.

English: They shall cut down her forest, says the LORD, though it cannot be searched; because they are more than the grasshoppers, and are innumerable.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ കാടു തിങ്ങിയതായിരുന്നാലും അവർ അതിനെ വെട്ടിക്കളയും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു; അവർ വെട്ടുക്കിളികളെക്കാൾ അധികം; അവർക്കു സംഖ്യയുമില്ല.

English: The daughter of Egypt shall be confounded; she shall be delivered into the hand of the people of the north.

Malayalam: മിസ്രയീംപുത്രി ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകും; അവൾ വടക്കെ ജാതിയുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെടും.

English: The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, says; Behold, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and all them that trust in him:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നോവിലെ അമ്മോനെയും ഫറവോനെയും മിസ്രയീമിനെയും അതിന്റെ ദേവന്മാരെയും രാജാക്കന്മാരെയും സന്ദർശിക്കും; ഫറവോനെയും അവനിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവരെയും സന്ദർശിക്കും എന്നു യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: And I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, says the LORD.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരെ, അവർക്കു പ്രാണഹാനി വരുത്തുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നവരുടെ കയ്യിലും ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്റെ കയ്യിലും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിലും ഏല്പിക്കും; അതിന്റെശേഷം അതിന്നു പുരാതനകാലത്തെന്നപോലെ നിവാസികൾ ഉണ്ടാകും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: But fear not you, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save you from far off, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബേ, നീ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; യിസ്രായേലേ, നീ ഭ്രമിക്കേണ്ടാ; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ദൂരത്തുനിന്നും നിന്റെ സന്തതിയെ അവരുടെ പ്രവാസദേശത്തുനിന്നും രക്ഷിക്കും; യാക്കോബ് മടങ്ങിവന്നു സ്വസ്ഥമായും സ്വൈരമായും ഇരിക്കും; ആരും അവനെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയുമില്ല.

English: Fear you not, O Jacob my servant, says the LORD: for I am with you; for I will make a full end of all the nations where I have driven you: but I will not make a full end of you, but correct you in measure; yet will I not leave you wholly unpunished.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബേ നീ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; ഞാൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടെന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. നിന്നെ ഞാൻ ചിതറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞ സകലജാതികളെയും ഞാൻ മുടിച്ചുകളയും; എങ്കിലും നിന്നെ ഞാൻ മുടിച്ചുകളകയില്ല; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ന്യായമായി ശിക്ഷിക്കും; നിന്നെ ശിക്ഷിക്കാതെ വിടുകയില്ലതാനും.
