Jeremiah 31

English: At the same time, says the LORD, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

Malayalam: ആ കാലത്തു ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സകലവംശങ്ങൾക്കും ദൈവമായും അവർ എനിക്കു ജനമായും ഇരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: Thus says the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: വാളിന്നു തെറ്റി ശേഷിച്ച ജനം മരുഭൂമിയിൽ കൃപ കണ്ടെത്തി; ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു വിശ്രാമം വരുത്തുവാൻ പോകുന്നു.

English: The LORD has appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn you.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ദൂരത്തുനിന്നു എനിക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷമായി അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: നിത്യസ്നേഹംകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിന്നെ സ്നേഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിനക്കു ദയ ദീർഘമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Again I will build you, and you shall be built, O virgin of Israel: you shall again be adorned with your timbrels, and shall go forth in the dances of them that make merry.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽകന്യകേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വീണ്ടും അഭിവൃദ്ധി വരുത്തുകയും നീ അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്രാപിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; നീ ഇനിയും ചേലോടെ തപ്പു എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു സന്തോഷിച്ചു, നൃത്തംചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ നിരയിൽ പുറപ്പെടും.

English: You shall yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things.

Malayalam: നീ ഇനിയും ശമർയ്യപർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കും; കൃഷിക്കാർ കൃഷിചെയ്തു ഫലം അനുഭവിക്കും.

English: For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise all of you, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.

Malayalam: എഴുന്നേല്പിൻ; നാം സീയോനിലേക്കു, നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കു, കയറിപ്പോക എന്നു കാവൽക്കാർ എഫ്രയീംമലനാട്ടിൽ വിളിച്ചുപറയുന്ന നാൾ വരും.

English: For thus says the LORD; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish all of you, praise all of you, and say, O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യാക്കോബിനെച്ചൊല്ലി ഘോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിപ്പിൻ! ജാതികളുടെ തലവനെക്കുറിച്ചു സന്തോഷിച്ചു ആർപ്പിടുവിൻ! ഘോഷിച്ചും സ്തുതിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു: യഹോവേ, യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ശേഷിപ്പായിരിക്കുന്ന നിന്റെ ജനത്തെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറവിൻ!

English: Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that labors with child together: a great company shall return thither.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരെ വടക്കുദേശത്തുനിന്നു വരുത്തുകയും ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു അവരെയും അവരോടുകൂടെ കുരുടനെയും മുടന്തനെയും ഗർഭിണിയെയും നോവുകിട്ടിയവളെയും എല്ലാം ശേഖരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; അങ്ങനെ വലിയോരു സംഘം ഇവിടേക്കു മടങ്ങിവരും.

English: They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

Malayalam: അവർ കരഞ്ഞുംകൊണ്ടു വരും; യാചിക്കുന്നവരായി ഞാൻ അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവരും; അവർ ഇടറിപ്പോകാത്ത നിരപ്പുള്ള വഴിയിൽ ഞാൻ അവരെ നീർത്തോടുകൾക്കരികെ നടത്തും; ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു പിതാവും എഫ്രയീം എന്റെ ആദ്യജാതനുമല്ലോ.

English: Hear the word of the LORD, O all of you nations, and declare it in the isles far off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.

Malayalam: ജാതികളേ, യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ! ദൂരദ്വീപുകളിൽ അതിനെ പ്രസ്താവിപ്പിൻ! യിസ്രായേലിനെ ചിതറിച്ചവൻ അവനെ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു, ഒരിടയൻ തന്റെ കൂട്ടത്തെ കാക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവനെ കാക്കും എന്നു പറവിൻ.

English: For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.

Malayalam: യഹോവ യാക്കോബിനെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തു അവനെക്കാൾ ബലവാനായവന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു അവനെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.

Malayalam: അവർ വന്നു സീയോൻമുകളിൽ കയറി ഘോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിക്കും; ധാന്യം, വീഞ്ഞു, എണ്ണ, കുഞ്ഞാടുകൾ, കാളക്കുട്ടികൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള യഹോവയുടെ നന്മയിലേക്കു ഓടിവരും; അവരുടെ പ്രാണൻ നനഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന തോട്ടം പോലെയാകും; അവർ ഇനി ക്ഷീണിച്ചു പോകയുമില്ല.

English: Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.

Malayalam: അന്നു കന്യകയും യൌവനക്കാരും വൃദ്ധന്മാരും ഒരുപോലെ നൃത്തംചെയ്തു സന്തോഷിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ദുഃഖം മാറ്റി സന്തോഷമാക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു സങ്കടംപോക്കി സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കും.

English: And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, says the LORD.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ പുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെ പ്രാണനെ പുഷ്ടികൊണ്ടു തണുപ്പിക്കും; എന്റെ ജനം എന്റെ നന്മകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തിപ്രാപിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Thus says the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: രാമയിൽ ഒരു ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു! വിലാപവും കഠിനമായുള്ള കരച്ചലും തന്നേ; റാഹേൽ തന്റെ മക്കളെക്കുറിച്ചു കരയുന്നു; അവർ ഇല്ലായ്കയാൽ അവരെച്ചൊല്ലി ആശ്വാസം കൈക്കൊൾവാൻ അവൾക്കു മനസ്സില്ല.

English: Thus says the LORD; Refrain your voice from weeping, and yours eyes from tears: for your work shall be rewarded, says the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: കരയാതെ നിന്റെ ശബ്ദവും കണ്ണുനീർ വാർക്കാതെ നിന്റെ കണ്ണും അടക്കിക്കൊൾക; നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കു പ്രതിഫലമുണ്ടാകും; അവർ ശത്രുവിന്റെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു മടങ്ങിവരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And there is hope in yours end, says the LORD, that your children shall come again to their own border.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ ഭാവിയെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രത്യാശയുണ്ടു; നിന്റെ മക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങിവരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock is not accustomed to the yoke: turn you me, and I shall be turned; for you are the LORD my God.

Malayalam: നീ എന്നെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചു; മരുക്കമില്ലാത്ത കാളക്കുട്ടിയെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ ശിക്ഷ പ്രാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ മടങ്ങി വരേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നെ മടക്കിവരുത്തേണമേ; നീ എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയല്ലോ.

English: Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I stroke upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ തെറ്റിപ്പോയശേഷം അനുതപിച്ചും ഉപദേശം ലഭിച്ചശേഷം തുടമേൽ അടിച്ചു നാണിച്ചും ലജ്ജിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ യൌവനത്തിലെ നിന്ദയല്ലോ ഞാൻ വഹിക്കുന്നതു എന്നിങ്ങനെ എഫ്രയീം വിലപിക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ നല്ലവണ്ണം കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spoke against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, says the LORD.

Malayalam: എഫ്രയീം എന്റെ വാത്സല്യപുത്രനോ? ഓമനക്കുട്ടിയോ? ഞാൻ അവന്നു വിരോധമായി സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു എന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ സ്ഥായി തോന്നുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ ഉള്ളം അവനെച്ചൊല്ലി ഉരുകുന്നു; ഞാൻ അവനോടു കരുണ കാണിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Set you up guideposts, make you high heaps: set yours heart toward the highway, even the way which you went: return, O virgin of Israel, return to these your cities.

Malayalam: നിനക്കു അടയാളങ്ങളെ വെക്കുക; കൈചൂണ്ടികളെ നാട്ടുക; നീ പോയ പെരുവഴി മനസ്സിൽ വെച്ചുകൊൾക; യിസ്രായേൽകന്യകേ, മടങ്ങിവരിക; നിന്റെ ഈ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലേക്കു തന്നേ മടങ്ങിവരിക.

English: How long will you go about, O you backsliding daughter? for the LORD has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.

Malayalam: വിശ്വാസത്യാഗിനിയായ മകളേ! നീ എത്രത്തോളം ഉഴന്നുനടക്കും? യഹോവ ദേശത്തു ഒരു പുതുമ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു: സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷനെ ചുറി പരിപാലിക്കും.

English: Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless you, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ അവരുടെ പ്രവാസികളെ മടക്കിവരുത്തുമ്പോൾ അവർ ഇനിയും യെഹൂദാദേശത്തും അതിലെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും, നീതി നിവാസമേ, വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതമേ, യഹോവ നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ എന്നീ വാക്കു പറയും.

English: And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks.

Malayalam: അതിൽ യെഹൂദയും അതിന്റെ സകല നഗരവാസികളും കൃഷിക്കാരും ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നവരും ഒരുപോലെ പാർക്കും.

English: For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

Malayalam: ദാഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവനെ ഞാൻ തണുപ്പിക്കും; വിശന്നു ക്ഷീണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഏവന്നും ഞാൻ തൃപ്തി വരുത്തും.

English: Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.

Malayalam: ഇതിങ്കൽ ഞാൻ ഉണർന്നു എന്റെ നിദ്ര എനിക്കു സുഖകരമായിരുന്നു എന്നു കണ്ടു.

English: Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിലും യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തിലും മനുഷ്യരുടെയും മൃഗങ്ങളുടെയും വിത്തു വിതെക്കുന്ന കാലം വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And it shall come to pass, that like I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, says the LORD.

Malayalam: അന്നു ഞാൻ പറിപ്പാനും പൊളിപ്പാനും ഇടിപ്പാനും നശിപ്പിപ്പാനും കഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തുവാനും അവരുടെ മേൽ ജാഗരിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ പണിവാനും നടുവാനും അവരുടെ മേൽ ജാഗരിച്ചിരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge.

Malayalam: അപ്പന്മാർ പച്ചമുന്തിരിങ്ങാ തിന്നു മക്കളുടെ പല്ലു പുളിച്ചു എന്നു അവർ അന്നാളിൽ ഇനി പറകയില്ല.

English: But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eats the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.

Malayalam: ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ അകൃത്യംനിമിത്തമത്രേ മരിക്കുന്നതു; പച്ചമുന്തിരിങ്ങാ തിന്നുന്നവന്റെ പല്ലേ പുളിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

English: Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടും യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടും പുതിയോരു നിയമം ചെയ്യുന്ന കാലം വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, says the LORD:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെ കൈക്കു പിടിച്ചു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന നാളിൽ ഞാൻ അവരോടു ചെയ്ത നിയമംപോലെയല്ല; ഞാൻ അവർക്കു ഭർത്താവായിരുന്നിട്ടും അവർ എന്റെ നിയമം ലംഘിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ഈ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു ചെയ്‍വാനിരിക്കുന്ന നിയമം ഇങ്ങനെയാകുന്നു: ഞാൻ എന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം അവരുടെ ഉള്ളിലാക്കി അവരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിൽ എഴുതും; ഞാൻ അവർക്കു ദൈവമായും അവർ എനിക്കു ജനമായും ഇരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Malayalam: ഇനി അവരിൽ ആരും തന്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരനെയും തന്റെ സഹോദരനെയും യഹോവയെ അറിക എന്നു ഉപദേശിക്കയില്ല; അവർ ആബാലവൃദ്ധം എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ അറിയും; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ അകൃത്യം മോചിക്കും; അവരുടെ പാപം ഇനി ഓർക്കയും ഇല്ല എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Thus says the LORD, which gives the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:

Malayalam: സൂര്യനെ പകൽ വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നും ചന്ദ്രന്റെയും നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളുടെയും വ്യവസ്ഥയെ രാത്രി വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നും നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവനും കടലിലെ തിരകൾ അലറുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അതിനെ ഇളക്കുന്നവനും സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ എന്നു നാമമുള്ളവനുമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു:

English: If those ordinances depart from before me, says the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.

Malayalam: ഈ വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു മാറിപ്പോകുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, യിസ്രായേൽ സന്തതിയും സദാകാലം എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഒരു ജാതിയാകാതവണ്ണം മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Thus says the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, says the LORD.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: മീതെ ആകാശത്തെ അളക്കുവാനും താഴെ ഭൂമിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ ശോധന ചെയ്‍വാനും കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ, ഞാനും യിസ്രായേൽസന്തതിയെ ഒക്കെയും അവർ ചെയ്ത സകലവുംനിമിത്തം തള്ളിക്കളയും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that the city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto the gate of the corner.

Malayalam: ഈ നഗരം ഹനനേൽഗോപുരംമുതൽ കോൺവാതിൽവരെ യഹോവെക്കായി പണിവാനുള്ള കാലം വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

English: And the measuring line shall yet go forth opposite to it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath.

Malayalam: അളവുചരടു പിന്നെയും നേരെ ഗാരേബ് കുന്നിലേക്കു ചെന്നു ഗോവഹിലേക്കു തിരിയും.

English: And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.

Malayalam: ശവങ്ങൾക്കും വെണ്ണീരിന്നും ഉള്ള താഴ്വര മുഴുവനും കിദ്രോൻ തോടുവരെയും കിഴക്കോട്ടു കുതിരവാതിലിന്റെ കോണുവരെയും ഉള്ള നിലങ്ങൾ മുഴുവനും യഹോവെക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കും; അതിനെ ഇനി ഒരുനാളും പറിച്ചുകളകയില്ല, ഇടിച്ചുകളയുമില്ല.
