Exodus 34

English: And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew you two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which you brake.

Malayalam: യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: മുമ്പിലത്തേവ പോലെ രണ്ടു കല്പലക ചെത്തിക്കൊൾക; എന്നാൽ നീ പൊട്ടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞ മുമ്പിലത്തെ പലകയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന വചനങ്ങളെ ഞാൻ ആ പലകയിൽ എഴുതും.

English: And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning unto mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me in the top of the mount.

Malayalam: നീ രാവിലേ ഒരുങ്ങി രാവിലേ തന്നേ സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽ കയറി; പർവ്വതത്തിന്റെ മുകളിൽ എന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ വരേണം.

English: And no man shall come up with you, neither let any man be seen throughout all the mount; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.

Malayalam: നിന്നോടു കൂടെ ആരും കയറരുതു. പർവ്വതത്തിലെങ്ങും ആരെയും കാണരുതു. പർവ്വതത്തിൻ അരികെ ആടുകളോ കന്നുകാലികളോ മേയുകയും അരുതു.

English: And he hewed two tables of stone like unto the first; and Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up unto mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tables of stone.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ മോശെ മുമ്പിലത്തേവ പോലെ രണ്ടു കല്പലക ചെത്തി, അതികാലത്തു എഴുന്നേറ്റു യഹോവ തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോല സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽ കയറി; കാല്പലക രണ്ടും കയ്യിൽ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു പോയി:

English: And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ യഹോവ മേഘത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങി അവിടെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ ഘോഷിച്ചു.

English: And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

Malayalam: യഹോവ അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ കടന്നു ഘോഷിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവ, യഹോവയായ ദൈവം, കരുണയും കൃപയുമുള്ളവൻ; ദീർഘക്ഷമയും മഹാദയയും വിശ്വസ്തതയുമുള്ളവൻ.

English: Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

Malayalam: ആയിരം ആയിരത്തിന്നു ദയ പാലിക്കുന്നവൻ; അകൃത്യവും അതിക്രമവും പാപവും ക്ഷമിക്കുന്നവൻ; കുറ്റമുള്ളവനെ വെറുതെ വിടാതെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ അകൃത്യം മക്കളുടെമേലും മക്കളുടെ മക്കളുടെമേലും മൂന്നാമത്തെയും നാലാമത്തെയും തലമുറയോളം സന്ദർശിക്കുന്നവൻ.

English: And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

Malayalam: എന്നാറെ മോശെ ബദ്ധപ്പെട്ടു സാഷ്ടാംഗം വീണു നമസ്കരിച്ചു:

English: And he said, If now I have found grace in your sight, O LORD, let my LORD, I pray you, go among us; for it is a stubborn people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for yours inheritance.

Malayalam: കർത്താവേ, നിനക്കു എന്നോടു കൃപയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കർത്താവു ഞങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ നടക്കേണമേ. ഇതു ദുശ്ശാഠ്യമുള്ള ജനം തന്നേ എങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യവും പാപവും ക്ഷമിച്ചു ഞങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ അവകാശമാക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which you are shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with you.

Malayalam: അതിന്നു അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാൽ: ഞാൻ ഒരു നിയമം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ഭൂമിയിലെങ്ങും ഒരു ജാതിയിലും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത അത്ഭുതങ്ങൾ നിന്റെ സർവ്വജനത്തിന്നും മുമ്പാകെ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യും; നീ സഹവാസം ചെയ്തുപോരുന്ന ജനം ഒക്കെയും യഹോവയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ കാണും; ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു ചെയ്‍വാനിരിക്കുന്നതു ഭയങ്കരമായുള്ളതു തന്നേ.

English: Observe you that which I command you this day: behold, I drive out before you the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

Malayalam: ഇന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നതു സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊൾക; അമോർയ്യൻ, കനാന്യൻ, ഹിത്യൻ, പെരിസ്യൻ, ഹിവ്യൻ, യെബൂസ്യൻ എന്നിവരെ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു ഓടിച്ചുകളയും.

English: Take heed to yourself, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you go, lest it be for a snare in the midst of you:

Malayalam: നീ ചെല്ലുന്ന ദേശത്തിലെ നിവാസികളോടു നീ ഒരു ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പാൻ കരുതിക്കൊൾക; അല്ലാഞ്ഞാൽ അതു നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഒരു കണിയായിരിക്കും.

English: But all of you shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ ബലി പീഠങ്ങളെ ഇടിച്ചു വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ തകർത്തു അശേരപ്രതിഷ്ഠകളെ വെട്ടിക്കളയേണം.

English: For you shall worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Malayalam: അന്യദൈവത്തെ നമസ്കരിക്കരുതു; യഹോവയുടെ നാമം തീക്ഷ്ണൻ എന്നാകുന്നു; അവൻ തീക്ഷ്ണതയുള്ള ദൈവം തന്നേ.

English: Lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call you, and you eat of his sacrifice;

Malayalam: ആ ദേശത്തിലെ നിവാസികളോടു ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്കയും അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു അവർ പരസംഗം ചെയ്തു അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാർക്കു ബലി കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിന്നെ വിളിക്കയും നീ ചെന്നു അവരുടെ ബലികൾ തിന്നുകയും

English: And you take of their daughters unto your sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make your sons go a whoring after their gods.

Malayalam: അവരുടെ പുത്രിമാരിൽനിന്നു നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കു ഭാര്യമാരെ എടുക്കയും അവരുടെ പുത്രിമാർ തങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു പരസംഗം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെക്കൊണ്ടു അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു പരസംഗം ചെയ്യിക്കയും ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഇടവരരുതു.

English: You shall make you no molten gods.

Malayalam: ദേവന്മാരെ വാർത്തുണ്ടാക്കരുതു.

English: The feast of unleavened bread shall you keep. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib you came out from Egypt.

Malayalam: പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ ഉത്സവം നീ ആചരിക്കേണം. ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ആബീബ് മാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചയിച്ച സമയത്തു ഏഴു ദിവസം പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം തിന്നേണം; ആബീബ് മാസത്തിലല്ലോ നീ മിസ്രയീമിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോന്നതു.

English: All that opens the womb is mine; and every first born among your cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.

Malayalam: ആദ്യം ജനിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും നിന്റെ ആടുകളുടെയും കന്നുകാലികളുടെയും കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കടിഞ്ഞൂലായ ആൺഒക്കെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു ആകുന്നു.

English: But the first born of an ass you shall redeem with a lamb: and if you redeem him not, then shall you break his neck. All the firstborn of your sons you shall redeem. And none shall appear before me empty.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ കഴുതയുടെ കടിഞ്ഞൂലിനെ ആട്ടിൻ കുട്ടിയെക്കൊണ്ടു വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളേണം. വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിന്റെ കഴുത്തു ഒടിച്ചുകളയേണം. നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ ആദ്യജാതനെ ഒക്കെയും വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളേണം. വെറുങ്കയ്യോടെ നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരരുതു.

English: Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest: in earring time and in harvest you shall rest.

Malayalam: ആറു ദിവസം വേല ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കേണം; വിതകാലമോ കൊയ്ത്തുകാലമോ ആയാലും സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കേണം.

English: And you shall observe the feast of weeks, of the first-fruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

Malayalam: കോതമ്പുകെയ്ത്തിലെ ആദ്യഫലോത്സവമായ വാരോത്സവവും ആണ്ടറുതിയിൽ കായ്കനിപ്പെരുനാളും നീ ആചരിക്കേണം.

English: Three times in the year shall all your male children appear before the LORD God, the God of Israel.

Malayalam: സംവത്സരത്തിൽ മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം പുരുഷന്മാരൊക്കയും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായി യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരേണം.

English: For I will cast out the nations before you, and enlarge your borders: neither shall any man desire your land, when you shall go up to appear before the LORD your God three times in the year.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ ജാതികളെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു ഓടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു നിന്റെ അതൃത്തികളെ വിശാലമാക്കും; നീ സംവത്സരത്തിൽ മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ചെല്ലുവാൻ കയറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനും നിന്റെ ദേശം മോഹിക്കയില്ല.

English: You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.

Malayalam: എന്റെ യാഗരക്തം പുളിപ്പുള്ള അപ്പത്തോടുകൂടെ അർപ്പിക്കരുതു. പെസഹപെരുനാളിലെ യാഗം പ്രഭാതകാലംവരെ വെച്ചേക്കരുതു.

English: The first of the first-fruits of your land you shall bring unto the house of the LORD your God. You shall not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ നിലത്തിലെ ആദ്യവിളവിന്റെ ആദ്യഫലം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരേണം. കോലാട്ടിൻ കുട്ടിയെ അതിന്റെ തള്ളയുടെ പാലിൽ പാകം ചെയ്യരുതു.

English: And the LORD said unto Moses, Write you these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.

Malayalam: യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു: ഈ വചനങ്ങളെ എഴുതിക്കൊൾക; ഈ വചനങ്ങൾ ആധാരമാക്കി ഞാൻ നിന്നോടും യിസ്രായേലിനോടും നിയമം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Malayalam: അവൻ അവിടെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാതെയും വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാതെയും നാല്പതു പകലും നാല്പതു രാവും യഹോവയോടു കൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു; അവൻ പത്തു കല്പനയായ നിയമത്തിന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ പലകയിൽ എഴുതിക്കൊടുത്തു.

English: And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses know not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

Malayalam: അവൻ തന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു നിമിത്തം തന്റെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക്ക് പ്രകാശിച്ചു എന്നു മോശെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്റെ പലക രണ്ടും കയ്യിൽ പടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽനിന്നു ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ അറിഞ്ഞില്ല.

English: And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.

Malayalam: അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ എല്ലാവരും മോശെയെ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അവന്റെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക്ക് പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു; അതു കൊണ്ടു അവർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെല്ലുവാൻ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു.

English: And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them.

Malayalam: മോശെ അവരെ വിളിച്ചു; അപ്പോൾ അഹരോനും സഭയിലെ പ്രമാണികൾ ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ മടങ്ങി വന്നു; മോശെ അവരോടു സംസാരിചു.

English: And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh: and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശേഷം യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു. സീനായി പർവ്വതത്തിൽവെച്ചു യഹോവ തന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതൊക്കെയും അവൻ അവരോടു ആജ്ഞാപിച്ചു.

English: And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face.

Malayalam: മോശെ അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവൻ തന്റെ മുഖത്തു ഒരു മൂടുപടം ഇട്ടു.

English: But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spoke unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.

Malayalam: മോശെ യഹോവയോടു സംസാരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്റെ സന്നിധാനത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോൾ പുറത്തു വരുവോളം മൂടുപടം നീക്കിയിരിക്കും; തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതു അവൻ പുറത്തുവന്നു യിസ്രയേൽമക്കളോടു പറയും.

English: And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ മോശെയുടെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക്ക് പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നതായി കണ്ടതുകൊണ്ടു മോശെ അവനോടു സംസാരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അകത്തു കടക്കുവോളം മൂടുപടം പിന്നെയും തന്റെ മുഖത്തു ഇട്ടുകൊള്ളും.
