Healing

മനംതകർന്നവരെ അവൻ സൌഖ്യമാക്കുകയും അവരുടെ മുറിവുകളെ കെട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; അവന്റെ ഉപകാരങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും മറക്കരുതു.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

എന്നാൽ അവൻ നമ്മുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങൾനിമിത്തം മുറിവേറ്റും നമ്മുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾനിമിത്തം തകർ‍ന്നും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നമ്മുടെ സമാധാനത്തിന്നായുള്ള ശിക്ഷ അവന്റെമേൽ ആയി അവന്റെ അടിപ്പിണരുകളാൽ നമുക്കു സൌഖ്യം വന്നുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ വാക്കു നീ ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ കേട്ടു അവന്നു പ്രസാദമുള്ളതു ചെയ്കയും അവന്റെ കല്പനകളെ അനുസരിച്ചു അവന്റെ സകല വിധികളും പ്രമാണിക്കയും ചെയ്താൽ ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു വരുത്തിയ വ്യാധികളിൽ ഒന്നും നിനക്കു വരുത്തുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കുന്ന യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

And said, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that heals you.

യഹോവേ, എന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കേണമേ, എന്നാൽ എനിക്കു സൌഖ്യം വരും; എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ, എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ രക്ഷപ്പെടും; നീ എന്റെ പുകഴ്ചയല്ലോ.

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for you are my praise.

എന്നാൽ വിശ്വാസത്തോടുകൂടിയ പ്രാർത്ഥന ദീനക്കാരനെ രക്ഷിക്കും; കർത്താവു അവനെ എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കും; അവൻ പാപം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കും.

And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

അവയെ കിട്ടുന്നവർക്കു അവ ജീവനും അവരുടെ സർവ്വദേഹത്തിന്നും സൌഖ്യവും ആകുന്നു.

For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

യഹോവ അവനെ രോഗശയ്യയിൽ താങ്ങും. ദീനത്തിൽ നീ അവന്റെ കിടക്ക എല്ലാം മാറ്റിവിരിക്കുന്നു.

The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: you will make all his bed in his sickness.

അവൻ അവളോടു: “മകളേ, നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം നിന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; സമാധാനത്തോടെ പോയി ബാധ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു സ്വസ്ഥയായിരിക്ക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And he said unto her, Daughter, your faith has made you whole; go in peace, and be whole of your plague.

സന്തുഷ്ടഹൃദയം നല്ലോരു ഔഷധമാകുന്നു; തകർന്ന മനസ്സോ അസ്ഥികളെ ഉണക്കുന്നു.

A merry heart does good like a medicine: but a broken spirit dries the bones.
